I am so pleased with the cleaning I received. Martha, Sam, and Bear did a great job making sure I would walk into a clean-smelling house, free of dust, and all surfaces were shiny - including the baseboards. My cabinet facings look so much better and my beds are professionally made. Highly recommend this service and I will be using them each month to keep my house fresh. I am a very picky person when it comes to a clean house and Two Maids has impressed me.

12/18: New cleaning update: Today I was blessed by having Grace and Felicia clean my home. They, too, did a fabulous job and were very detail-oriented. I LOVE THIS SERVICE and they have helped free up some of my time so I can enjoy my time off instead of clean the house, then work, then clean the house, then work, etc... I highly recommend this service and am so thankful I found them!

Two Maids and a Mop did an excellent job in my apartment that I share with my husband. It was very dusty and they thoroughly made it shine. And it smelled so good! My bathrooms and kitchen were the worst and it was obvious they spent plenty of time in these areas and mopped their way out. Definitely going to be a repeat service - thank you!

I booked a deep clean with Two Maids for $560, in preparation for listing our house. I communicated with them in advance that we really needed our vents and fans dusted. Not only were vents and fans not dusted, almost no surface in the house had been dusted at all. Any vacuuming done was minimal and missed a ton of visible dust and lint, the primary shower was exactly as it was when I left the house, there was food crud left in the sink, counters had visible dirt remaining, pink mold was left on the sinks, and splashes of cleaning solutions were left haphazardly on the corners of most of the kitchen appliances. The only thing that I can say got cleaned was the interior of the oven, which was not even a priority. Requested a refund, since we’re actively showing our house and can’t schedule a reclean, and will be disputing the charge.

Jenny and Amanda did an excellent job cleaning and tightening up the house. Both maids were pleasant and considerate to the family and animals, and they ensured that everything met or exceeded expectations. I've been using two maids for a few months now and have no complaints about any of the maids who have been to clean my house; they always do an excellent job of cleaning and tightening up the house.

Today was our first experience with two maids. Our prior house cleaner was with us for a couple of years and recently changed careers. So after a long search I decided on Two Maids.

Victoria and Stephanie were exceptional. They were friendly, efficient and courteous, and most-importantly, our dog liked them. We definitely want to use them again, and if these ladies are an example of the service quality from Two Maids (of Marietta) I can HIGHLY recommend.

Hired for a move in/out clean. I was unable to be on site when cleaners arrived. I did not receive any notification upon completion. My husband went by after a few hours to complete some other tasks & the cleaners were already gone. Upon inspection, NONE of the cabinets in the kitchen, bathrooms, or laundry had been cleaned. There was still food stuck to kitchen counter. Tops of fans were still dusty. Which is part of their, however many point , move in/out cleaning list. So I called to let them know we were not satisfied. A maid returned, while my husband remained to ensure work was properly completed. She told him the reason she did not clean those areas is because she “could not reach up there”. I was shocked. What about all the lower cabinets & drawers? Couldn’t reach those? If the cleaners are only cleaning from 5’ down, that’s an issue. Perhaps they should bring a step stool. We need a regular cleaner for our new home, but it won’t be this company.

I purchased a deep clean for $325. They put a hold on my credit card for that amount prior to service and when it was completed I had a few issues. Some areas of my home were not swept or dusted and I found fingerprint smudges on my glass table. When I brought it up to the managers attention, she argued that my floors had so much kitty litter that it was hard to get to it all up. Mind you, I'm paying for a service to have my house deep cleaned! The manager said she would send someone right over to fix any concerns but it was too late and I had workers on their way to my home She then asked me "TO STALL MY THEM" I told her no, why would I do that? By the time her assistant manager came I was busy with the other company I had at my door. I quickly showed her the areas and she said she was sorry that the areas were missed and it should not have been overlooked.I told her I couldn't let her fix the problem because I was busy with the other company. . I then got a call from Cynthia the manager. All she did was argue with me but when I said I would write a review regarding my issue, she said "No, please Don't! I will refund $25 for any issues" I felt bad and agreed to $25 being knocked off. I let a week pass by thinking I would see a $25 credit since my card was charged $325. When I didn't see the credit I tried calling Cynthia and she didnt answer. I messaged her and told her I didn't see the $25 we agreed that she would take off. She texted me back saying that the service was $350. and that she took the $25 off already which is what I had seen on my statement being $325. She wouldn't answer her phone and just hid behind the keyboard and argued with me. I never got an invoice for the service or for the refund. She later changed her story and said that the service is actually $400 and that I already had gotten multiple discounts, trying to make me feel better and fool me with numbers is not going to work. Unprofessional customer service, arguing with the customer instead of making things right. Her argument was that since I didn't let the assistant manager fix the issues it was my fault. The service should of been done correctly the first time!

My husband and I have used Two Maids of Marietta twice, and we have been consistently impressed by the exceptional quality of cleaning each time. My experience with this company so far has been excellent. My cleaners have been wonderful, thorough and very accommodating. They do a fantastic Job with bathrooms and kitchens, especially. My favorite part is if you need something redone or done better they take care of it immediately and happily with no questions asked! I have had a few different cleaners because I’ve had to change my day and time once or twice, but if you want it to be consistent and want the same cleaners, you can call and ask for that. Amanda, Sandra, Jasmine, Le, and Stephanie have all done a wonderful job. My one negative comment is about the four hour window they have to arrive. That is very inconvenient. If you have other things you need to do during the day. I really wish the window was shorter on the day that they come and clean. But the cleaning itself is meticulous thorough, and all the cleaners seem to really want to do a good job!
