I absolutely loved the two girls, Deja and Chantel, who came to clean my house. They were very thorough, professional and easy to get along with. They started with a walk through of my house and made sure to ask questions of how I liked thing. They focused on the areas I needed the most and even added small special touches that made my house look great! After the service, my house looked like a whole new place! I am very excited to work with them again!

Two maids cleaning did a wonderful job!! Gloria and Caterra took their time and did a very thorough job cleaning our home, highly recommend!

It was my first cleaning and the women did a good job at what they cleaned, but I asked for something specific and it wasnt done as was many things on the list of services. Countertops were wiped down around jars, instead of wiping under them. Cabinets were not spot cleaned, windows were not spot cleaned, end tables were not cleaned underneath. I have a list of things they missed or ignored & photos. I called and talked with corporate about it and my local Marietta office was supposed to call and discuss and no one called. Not totally unhappy with the service, but I am considering cancelling it.

I’m extremely disappointed. The package I selected said there would be 2 staff members cleaning - only 1 came, leaving a lot of work undone. I called and was told someone would be coming the following day to finish the cleaning job, nobody showed up.

I got a design with time 2 hours cleaning in just $197. And i got two ladies coming in and they have given an exceptional cleaning service.

I wasn’t sure how the process worked, but they were fantastic communicators, letting me know what they were doing and making sure I was comfortable. They even let me request certain areas to be left as they were, which I really appreciated. Now my space feels so much fresher and lighter—just in time for spring!

Rude employees very dissatisfied service. much more quality service at The Cleaning authority. They go above and beyond and have an excellent inspector come out to inspect cleanings and an excellent office manager Cristina. Wonderful company unlike this company just for their RUDE service employees.

Very disappointed in this service. I booked a deep clean, easy 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Once I was able to thoroughly inspect, I realized the tub and shower wall were not cleaned, dust was left in many areas, debris still on the floor. I had to sweep after they left! I wiped down my own bedroom furniture. Please take heed to this review, do your due diligence and use another company. This one should close down. Not sure who they are paying to write positive reviews but the job they did in my home was very disappointing. They offered to come back and clean again; essentially inconveniencing me to make time for them to come back and do what they were already paid to do. No thank you.

I’ve been on their premium monthly service for about four months now, and honestly, they’ve been doing an amazing job every single time. I also love how they offer great discounts for their customers, it really shows they care. The cleaners are so dedicated and put real effort into the cleaning, which is something you don’t always see. Overall, super impressed!

Ahhh. Today we had our first, but not our last, experience with a maid service. We are both in our mid-seventies, and some things we just can’t do any longer. But Maria can do it! She’s hard working, knowledgeable, and focused. We went for a deep cleaning, and were extremely pleased. Now we are scheduled for at least a monthly service now.
