Oliver & Kaley cleaned our home this past week and are AWESOME! They were friendly, fast & did a great job. Our animals are always in the mix & they were both really sweet with them (even when they were in the way 🙄). We love maidpro!

I've been using MaidPro for several months and am very happy with them. Shaina was here last week and did an excellent job. She was very hardworking and paid attention to every detail. When she left the whole house just shined!

I used MaidPro for the first time and the initial clean was amazing. Oliver and Kayla did a great job and put in a lot of effort to make things look good. My whole experience thus far has been very friendly and professional. I highly recommend using this service if anyone is looking for quality work.

We just had our first cleaning from Alex, who did an excellent job with our townhome. If I didn't know any better, I'd say she installed a new set of sinks and flooring.

I was looking forward to using MaidPro after all the good reviews, but unfortunately the lack of communication & failure to complete the clean has left me deeply inconvenienced. I have multiple animals, and I was transparent about that & the state of my messy 800SF house. they only sent one cleaner out, she stayed for about 30 minutes and then informed me they needed to reschedule. She spent that 30 minutes in my bathroom, and after she left, nothing had appeared to even have been moved/cleaned.

This was extremely frustrating. Other cleaning companies could of come out if MaidPro did not have the staff to clean my home. On top of that, I took off work for this cleaning that wasn’t even finished.

I was told that they could more than likely come back tomorrow, and the owner would be giving me a call. After not hearing anything and trying to call multiple times, I finally gave up and booked with another cleaning company.

At that point, I finally received a call stating they don’t have to staff to service my home.

Very disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and book with a reliable cleaning company with appropriate staff.

We've been using MaidPro about 6 months now. Mary T and Brittany G came to clean my house last week, and they did an amazing job! Lucy came out last month and did an awesome job as well. Maidpro sent Yanique and Anabel who just finished cleaning my house after a roommate moved out and did an impeccable job. They were courteous, thorough and overall wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend and if I need a full cleaning again I will for sure hire them again.

This is the first cleaning service that we have used in the area and we have had a good experience so far. The scheduling is flexible and easy and the cleaning staff that has visited the house has been thorough and professional. Oliver did a great job solo on our last clean!

My experience with MaidPro was good. Alex came on time and did all that I asked her to do. She was scheduled for the whole house, a six hour job. I was pleased with her work and hope she will be the one to come next month.
