I wish I could rate them zero stars. See attached photos of how awful the team's standards of clean were. Everytime they told me a room was "finished" and asked that I review it, one swipe of my hand or a rag on a surface picked up visible dirt, dust, hair, and filth that they somehow missed. They also only brought one tiny bucket to mop floors in a 2k+ square foot house and kept reusing the same dirty water over and over again. I had to go buy a bucket and some Fabuloso for them to use and remind them to frequently change the water. They also broke a glass that was part of a bar set gifted to my husband (they did claim to have ordered a replacement) and refused to put things back after moving them to clean stating "We don't do that." The Supervisor was completely unprofessional and lacked tact. They need proper equipment and some training in cleaning and customer service. I will be warning everyone I know to NEVER use Two Maids. Awful experience.

This re-clean was truly above and beyond! The first time they came out, they left 2.5 hours earlier than scheduled, but I was really wanting a deep cleaning, not just a surface clean. So after I contacted Maya and told her about it, she got them back out the very next morning for a re-clean! This time I was able to point out some of the areas I felt still needed to be addressed and what I really wanted to accomplish, and Nikki and Kayla really listened and addressed all of those concerns! They stayed as long as it took to get the job done, and did a great job! Even Jen, the manager, came out to check on how things were going, and jumped in and helped do some of the harder (and taller ;-) tasks, herself. Jen is really funny, btw, and was cracking my poor mom up while she recovered from her surgery! Everyone was very pleasant, kind, and accommodating, and they really left the place in great shape! It had been a while since my mom had been able to do much deep cleaning herself, due to illness, so this was not an easy feat. Maid Pro's re-clean policy is just above and beyond, and I am truly happy I chose to go with them! Additionally, my interactions with the office staff were exceptional, and Maya, the office manager, is an absolute pleasure to speak to. I have never encountered anyone more cheerful, gracious, and helpful in the process of getting quotes and scheduling an appt for anything in my entire 33 years. Tom, who I believe is a coordinator, was also always very pleasant and helpful when I spoke to him. I hope they want me to continue on as a customer after our encounters, because I plan to have them come and help me maintain my own home over the next few months while I prepare for a new baby, and then especially after the baby arrives. I'll be asking for Nikki and Kayla!

Today was our first time using Maid Pro! We had Aurelia & Rebecca as our cleaners. They were super friendly as soon as they walked in with introductions and made sure they knew the layout out of the house. We have no complaints as they did everything that was discussed previously. We can’t wait to have them back :) Book MaidPro & ask for Rebecca & Aurelia!

Kelsi and Lexy did a great job in cleaning the house. Happy with the service and looking forward to continuing having maid pro come back.

Kerrie and Rebecca did an excellent job cleaning our home. They were very accommodating and were able to work around our 4 kids, even cleaning the bedrooms first so naptime could still happen. Our bathrooms haven’t looked this clean in a long time and we’re definitely excited to have them back on a monthly basis.

Signed up for a deep clean for my one-bedroom apartment on Wednesday, August 30. Morgan did a great job. Arrived on time, was patient, and always had a smile on her face.

Kayla did an amazing job at our place. All her work was very neatly done. I asked MaidPro if I could have her every time and now she comes every two weeks to our home. I can not be happier with her work!

Incredibly pleased with Maid Pro from all standpoints, but espcially with the two ladies who came to clean my home today - Cheyenne and Kayla. They exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond. Both were super friendly, too. I am glad I've chosen maid pro, and look forward to my monthly service from them. .

Just had my apartment cleaned by MaidPro! I moved into a new apartment and wanted the apartment professionally cleaned before I settled in. The ladies did a great job of cleaning. Granted the apartment was pretty clean already but I still noticed a difference after their services. They got all the dust in the corners and got the pesky marks on the doors... fantastic service! Amazing! Aneesha visited my home to clean today and I couldn't be happier. She did a tremendous job. Everything was cleaned, vacuumed and dusted thoroughly. She remembers my preferences and always honors them. I feel really comfortable inviting her into my home. She is professional and does an excellent job. It's such a treat to come home to clean and tidy place.

Queen and Cynthia came and did a deep clean of our house today. They arrived in the time window we were given and did a great job! The time estimate given over the phone beforehand was right on and from what I can tell they hit all the details. Would definitely look to use them for future cleanings.

Stephanie cleaned our house this morning and did a fantastic job. She paid careful attention to details so that not only does our house smell and look clean, it actually is clean clean clean when you get down and look closely. Our kitchen floor is so clean it almost looks new. Our adult kids are coming home to visit, and our house looks so good! Thank you, Stephanie!

Jenn and Alyssica were absolutely fantastic! I’m 9 months pregnant and cleaning floors and baseboards is especially hard right now. They really scrubbed the baseboards and floors for me and made my home sparkle. Our house feels like a new home that is baby ready! Thank you for your attention to detail!

Marie is simple great. She is one of those professionals who makes the connection with the family instantly. She has almost become a part of our family. Her work is very thorough and we love her for her flexibility. She patiently listens to our needs and tailors her cleaning approach to meet our expectations. Kayla and Mary cleaned our home this time in anticipation for having guests over the Christmas weekend. They did a wonderful job! I love MaidPro! We moved to Marietta over the summer and have used MaidPro for a move-in deep clean in addition to a regular cleaning once a month. Olivier and Olivia are so kind, detail oriented, and professional. Highly recommend MaidPro!

UPDATE: I am still so incredibly happy with my service! I have bi-weekly visits with two ladies who knock out my entire house in two hours! Even though I have had different ladies come every time are consistently phenomenal! Brandy was at my house the last time and was incredible! Today, I had Mary and Shalicia again and they were AWESOME!!!! Best of all they are ALL such kind, sweet women! Maid Pro is doing a great job of hiring such stellar employees! I highly recommend their services!

Aurelia was great Excellent service My apartment is clean smells fresh and put in order. With severe arthritis I cannot do however Maid Pros did the job I use to do, just as this was their home. Pleasant on time comfortable

We had our house cleaned for the first time yesterday. The Pros who cleaned our house, Yanique, Adora and Emily did an amazing job. They were also very professional and very nice. It was a pleasure working with them.
