First off, customer service was great. Had some trees that needed to be removed.
A crew of 6 came and got the job done. Very professional and quick! Cleaned up all the extra debris too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I contacted Milam's over the weekend using the on-line contact on their web site. They called me first thing Monday morning and were out almost immediately with an estimate for removing a tree (probably about 40' tall) that was severely damaged by the windstorm last week. I thought their quote was very reasonable, so I told them to please go ahead. The crew was on site by 10:15 and very efficiently got the tree down and all the debris cleaned up by 11 or so. They had to make a second trip since the stump grinder wasn't available earlier, but they came out by mid-afternoon and were also able to grind down eleven stumps that my neighbor was wanting removed.

I was impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, and the fact that they had the right equipment and were using it properly and safely. I can certainly recommend Milam's to anybody in the area.

I have used Milam's for several tree issues over the years. They are AMAZING ! Very reasonable pricing, very courteous and I always know they will do it right. From making sure my other property is safe to cleaning up all the little sticks and leaves. I know if I call they will be there for me. One tree or several trees, they know what they are doing and the best way to handle it. Thanks, Everyone !!!

After using another company eight years ago we were hesitant about calling, but we needed to have some tree work done. My daughter called Milam's for tree trimming at her home. She was so pleased with the work that my sister called Milam's to have some trees removed. She too was so happy with the work that Milam's did, we decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did. They did an excellent job. They were originally suppose to take out three trees and remove the stumps then prune another one. While they were here, we had them take out a fourth tree and remove that stump plus remove a stump that a previous company left. Milam's is so professional in all aspects of the work they do. They even swept up the leaves that fell in the street and raked up the tiny limbs and leaves that dropped off in the yard. If we need more work done in the future, it will be Milam's that we call. Outstanding work!

Milam's Tree Service removed two trees on my property in McDonough recently; cleanly and efficiently and at a very affordable price. The recent storm damage took its toll and emergency tree removal looked like the one option available to me. I only moved here a few months ago from Newnan but everyone I asked recommended Milam's Tree company for the job. The tree technicians even left my yard cleaner than they found it! As I was keeping the wood, the guys went out of their way to cut it up just like I wanted which I really appreciated. Josh, the owner came out for the tree estimate and inspection the day after I called and was able to do the work later that day. Great work from a fantastic tree crew. I will surely be using and recommending them in the future for all of my tree and stump grinding needs. Their lot isn't far away so I might even stop by to check out their operation and organic mulch for sale. If every company I hire in Henry County is as upright, friendly and honest as this one, I'll be really glad I moved here!

Extremely efficient and competitively-priced. We had approximately 20 medium pine trees removed in our back yard. Milam's crew was in and out within 2-3 hours. It was really an amazing process to watch. The crew chief (Johnny) did a great job communicating throughout the day and letting me know when they'd arrive.

Milam's gets 3 stars from me because I believe they could have done a better job finishing the job. They indicated that they would smooth all of the stump grindings out, but once the trees were cut and stumps grinded, they were gone within 20 minutes of swiping my card for payment. I had to call them back out to take care of several stumps that were missed and they did, no questions asked. Still missed two, that I am going to take care of myself. Additionally, an ornamental tree was wrecked by getting caught underneath the chipper, which I'm only aware of because I watched it happen.

Ultimately, they did what they said and for a good price, but if I need additional services, I will consider elsewhere.

These guys did a great job cleaning up our fence line, removing dead branches from trees, and clearing tree debris piles from our newly purchased home property. We are very happy with the great job they did for us. They came as scheduled, worked all day with their big equipment and manpower, and got it all done in a day and a couple more hours. We highly recommend Milams.

I was looking to have several pine trees trimmed/pruned. I was looking for a competent, efficient, professional, and reliable company whose hallmarks also included integrity, good service, and excellence! I was referred to Milam's Tree Service and gave them a call. I received a prompt appt to get an estimate. I received what I believe was a fair estimate (I think it was more than fair) from the boss, Mr. Joshua Milam.
On October 5, 2020, the gentlemen that showed up to do the work represented Milam's well. They were competent, efficient, professional and reliable. They showed up on time and assessed the job, got to work, did an excellent job trimming/pruning the pine trees, and cleaned up, I had a couple of questions and requests; they were very courteous and accommodating. I was really pleased with the whole process from beginning to end... and they were fast too! I would definitely recommend Milam's Tree Service for your tree service needs.

Connor and his team did a great job of removing everything that was quoted and cleaned up the area nicely when done. Very professional team and company from the estimate process through to the end. They had a very quick turnaround on everything. Will recommend to everyone around.

Milan tree service is rude and very unprofessional... This company came to my neighbor's house to remove a tree. Without first getting permission, pulled their huge truck onto my property damaging my yard and killing my grass. On top of this the raggity truck that was parked in front of my home wasted gallons of oil in front of my home. I called the company and was lied to for no reason... I had to pay out of my pocket to get the oil up that was tracked throu
gh my driveway walkway and thru my living room destroying my rugs....I have called and sent emails with no response 😞

Excellent! We have used Milam’s Tree Service twice now and both times they did a fantastic job. The crew is very professional and work efficiently. We have had them remove several trees, grind the stumps, haul it all away and then clean up afterwards. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I wouldn’t use Milam at all.. came out and gave me an estimate to take down a maple tree for $650

Wow!! Johnny and his crew were awesome. Needed 14 trees taken down and removed. They knocked it out quick and didn’t quit until everything was cleaned up. They were even cleaning up stuff I would have just chunked in the woods. Great job. Highly recommend and very reasonable on prices. I initially thought of Milams but just to be fair, I scheduled estimate appointments with two other local companies. They didn’t even bother to show up to give an estimate. Milams honored the appointment and pricing. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Milam Tree Service is very professional and straight to the point. Everyone—from the ladies who answer the calls to the gentlemen who came out were absolutely wonderful! They gave us the best quote of the many tree companies we called. They were able to work us in a timely manner. They were prompt, fast, and efficient. Milam was very professional and on time when they came from an estimate to remove 8 pine trees. They were over $1,200 more expensive than the next highest quote and $1,800 over the company that we chose to go with. All companies were highly rated, have been in business for years, were using the same process to remove the trees, and recommended by friends/family so the services were comparable. I was shocked at how much more they were charging for the same services. I've heard they do great work and seem very professional, but make sure you shop around.

Hired them for a full day. They came out with all of their men and all of their trucks took down tons of our trees. They cleaned up and everything look great. Will definitely use these guys again.

They were here on time and worked hard to get the job done in 2.5 hours. Cut the trees into log, splitting size. Drug the tree limbs into pile for us to burn at a late day. These boys worked hard as a team. Everyone knew their job. I highly recommend Milam’s tree service. This is not the first time using their service. Pricing was better than others that we contacted.

Just had service today and the crew was spectacular. Reasonable price to remove 3 large trees and grind down 1. The crew worked really fast and was done in about 3 hours. They cleaned up everything as well. Plus the stump grinder was cool to see in action.

Milam's Tree Service took down 5 trees for us today and my Dad and I can't believe what a great job they did! All six crew members were courteous, friendly, and exhibited incredible attention to detail. They went above and beyond and cleaned up every single stray leaf so much so that the yard and driveway look way better than when they got here. They were a joy to watch as the whole operation seemed precisely choreographed. Five stars!

Forgot to leave this review until we got a thank you card from Milam for using their services. Connor and his crew came out about a month ago, and took down 4 Bradford pears for us. In just 2 hours, they had em down, chipped, stumps grinded, and cleaned up. I was really impressed with their work and at a great price too. Still have 4 to take down on the other side of the property and I WILL use Milam again.
