These guys did an amazing job! They were servicing a neighbor and were able to come over and assess our yard/trees, and were able to immediately add us to the schedule. They were quick, coordinated, and professional. My husband and I spoke directly with Connor, and he was professional throughout. I highly recommend this company!

I had the opportunity to work with Milam’s Tree Service over the weekend. We had about 20 trees that we were needing removed and I can’t say enough about how pleased we were with the results. They were in and out in about 2 hours, and left the grounds in great shape. The entire team was very nice and professional. If you have any needs for tree removal I would encourage you to give them a call. They will not disappoint you!

My husband prefers to cut our trees himself; he knew these 4 were gonna best him!!! So he called Milam’s. We have used them 1 other time and were pleased with that job.
Once we called, they scheduled to come out the next day (to give the estimate) - later that same day, they said they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come right then! We are anxious to get the trees down and excited to get the ball rolling. They scheduled a time for the next day to remove 4 trees (2 were 75+ ft) and text us before they arrived. I spoke to Connor and then they got to work. Not only were they extremely polite and personable…they didn’t mess around! They were done in less than an hour and piled the debris out of the way. In recent times, I have encountered young men who don’t appear to like their jobs and/or who seem to not understand customer service. NOT Milam’s!!! Their crew reassured me about the process, were efficient and the fact that they communicate arrival times- is outstanding. I don’t know how many times we’ve waited for a service call and the person gives an 8 hr arrival window or doesn’t show up!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company Yesterday we had over 20 trees removed. They were super professional and worked with us five stars all the way Connor and his team did a great job. They came in evaluated everything before they brought their equipment. They worked hard all day and clean everything up at the end of the job.

I have used this company for the past 20 years for some tricky tree removals. They did 5 Leland cypress that were leaning towards the house; a tree that grew over the property line and was laying on my neighbors shed (at the back of a wooded lot); and most recently a large oak. They are always prompt in responding, provide a quote, and provide their bonding and insurance information. The tree was very close to the house and they had measures in place to protect my windows and retaining wall. They also removed a large pine covered in English ivy that was growing on a slope. They have the expertise and the equipment to handle difficult tree extraction. I highly recommend this company.

I received a few quotes before deciding to go with Milam’s and l am so grateful I found them, thanks to ChatGPT. I wanted a tree cut down that had some small bushes surrounding it that I wanted to save. A few of the other companies said it wasn't even possible. Milam’s got it done while saving the surrounding bushes and did it quickly! The customer service was also outstanding. I will be recommending this business for any tree removal services.
