I hope their building skills are better than the driving skills.

I needed to add a driveway to my house because I only had a gravel driveway. I did had a couple of companies to come and give me a quote , and CGS llc was one of the cheapest and not only that the whole process with them was super easy too they were able to get the job done really fast I didn’t have to wait a lot and everything was super nice. Totally recommend this company because of time frame and just the price.

I just finished a project with CGS and I’m in love with their service.
They’ve installed an interior waterproofing system in my basement, it was incredibly fast, professional and clean. It’s been over a month since they finished and besides all the rain we had these last days I didn’t have any infiltration inside my basement.
I finally can use my basement without worry if after a storm I’ll have my furniture and itens wet and I’ll need to clean/dry the room.
I’ve been dealing with this situation for a while, and it got worse as time passed until I decided to go forward with CGS. I’m so glad I’ve put my trust on the right company.

Once again CGS delivers, they helped me water proof my house and now my office building since it had foundation issues and the guys from CGS were not only the price that made more sense but the easiest and fastest to deal with, will recommend.

Mike with CGS was amazing! My home needed floor stabilization and he thoroughly explained the process. The crews showed up on time and Mike not only followed up, but also stopped at my home to ensure the work was going smoothy due to the complicated nature of the project.. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family. Thank you Mike and CGS!

Cgs restoration team went above and beyond. They were onsite immediately on the day of our fire, installing ventilation equipment and other things to keep the damage contained as much as possible within our apartment. Once the insurance investigation was compete, Cgs team wasted no time cleaning out the damage, stripping the damaged walls, ceilings and floors, and fully mitigating potential fire smell in all of our base structures. I cannot recommend them more highly

This company took care of our property as if it was theirs. I can’t be more grateful with CGS for the amazing job they performed. They were efficient, patient and fast. I was worried because i didn’t know how the process works when there a fire damage, but they took the time to explain and educate on every phase

After experiencing fire damage, I didn’t know where to start. This company made me feel supported throughout this horrible situation. The team took charge and made the restoration process seamless. They cleaned up the smoke residue, repaired water damage from the sprinklers, and even helped with the whole insurance claim process. Truly outstanding service!

Great work done by CGS!!! They did concrete stair repairs for us. Very responsive and did such an awesome job!! Will definitely be my go!

I had a small kitchen fire at my Mom's home in Marietta.
Cgs team came in right away, cleaned up the mess, redid the whole framing and drywall, painted the kitchen, and made it look like nothing ever happened.
They were nice, professional, quick and accommodating, they brought my home back to Life

My brother’s basement was flooded and the damage was extensive. I contacted several businesses that work to remediate flood damage. By far, Cgs contractors was the fairest and most professional. The owner came to his house and was very knowledgeable and courteous. I accepted their bid and we agreed upon a start date. From beginning to end, their workers were experts and skilled. They were very patient throughout the whole insurance process and explained all steps in detail.

We have had 2 separate water/mold damage issues in our home. Each time they came immediately, were extremely professional, efficient, reliable and did excellent work. these guys made this a seamless process and I would highly recommend them to restore your property
