I need it a new roof at my home. I had so many different companies knocking on my door. A close a friend of mine had used CGS before so I decided to go with them. I can not be more happy with my decision. They had the best pricing and were so friendly! Within a day they were done with my roof. Later on i called then back because i needed new gutters, also one day in and out. Thanks CGS

I did turned my garage to a bedroom / two rooms few months ago. I didn’t notice no problem for awhile, but with the last few rains I noticed my carpet got wet from “no where”.
I had a plumber to check it, but he said it mostly like be a foundation issue.
I requested an inspection with CGS and they confirmed that the water was coming inside through the “walls/garage doors” and the best solution would be to install channel drain outside, in front of this rooms since we didn’t have actually a foundation wall in that point where they could install a system from inside.
So, I did move forward with them and it really resolve the water intrusion problem, haven’t been noticed no water since it. It was a very good job.

We originally contracted with CGS to repair a section of driveway and to replace the garage floor with was cracked due to subsidence. The garage project was a seemingly never ending disaster as we discovered there was no foundation or support beam (there was living space above the garage) and dry rot and termites had destroyed a lot of the framing. CGS, and Jay in particular, stuck with us to keep the project moving. He was able to bring different teams to install helical piers, install new beams and footings, and drywall and paint the garage. Everything was done according to the structural engineers recommendations. I was impressed with the ability of Jay and CGS to bring in experts. They did far more than just tear out and repour a garage floor. I'd hire them for any of this type of work and ask for Jay as project manager.

Very pleased with the entire process - from initial survey & quote to finished product. Staff were all professional, they arrived when scheduled, worked extremely hard, and did an amazing job. Kept us updated on progress and there were no “gotchas”. Check out the before and after photos…we have a lovely new front porch and patio! Highly recommended.

CGS Contractors did an incredible job with our fire reconstruction. During a very stressful time, their team was compassionate, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They guided us through the entire process, communicated clearly, and delivered high-quality work that brought our home back to life. The results exceeded our expectations, and we’re beyond grateful for their dedication and attention to detail. We highly recommend CGS Contractors for fire reconstruction and restoration services.

CGS Contractors did a fantastic job on our siding. The quality of their work was excellent, and you can really see the attention to detail. Their team was professional, courteous, and kept us updated every step of the way. Our home looks amazing, and the siding turned out even better than we imagined. We’re extremely happy with their work and highly recommend CGS Contractors.

We recently purchased our house this year and it had been completely remodeled by CGS prior to our purchase. We noticed one of the vanities in the half bath was slowly pulling out of the wall. I didn't even have all of the paperwork for their full job but I reached out to them in an email seeing if I could get any help. They responded promptly & came out the next week. They not only fixed it but made any cosmetic repairs needed after the job was complete. They were courteous and efficient. It took a huge weight off of my shoulders with moving, touch ups, & hosting holiday events. They saved the day!!!

We had an incredible experience with CGS this year. We had a tree fall on our house at the beginning of the year in a bad storm and CGS came in and worked directly with our insurance company to help us receive the proper amount from insurance to repair the damage. They then did a fantastic and fast job of fixing our house back to its original state. The CGS team is really great to work with, produce high-quality work, and are fast at what they do. We will definitely use CGS for future renovations!
