Constraction reviews in Norcross, Georgia

Zack and his team did a great job on our recent driveway replacement. Site King was responsive and efficient with the work done.
Thank you for my beautiful new driveway!

Zach and his entire crew did a great job replacing a large portion of our driveway. They were very professional and did exactly what they promised. They were always on time and completed the job on schedule at a very fair price. We would strongly recommend Site King without any hesitation based on our excellent experience.

We just finished a house addition that needed some serious concrete work, and Zac and his team did an amazing job. From the start, Zac’s experience really showed as he made the whole process super smooth. He’s also a great communicator, always keeping us in the loop and answering our questions. The work turned out even better than we imagined, and the whole crew was professional and easy to work with. If you need concrete work done, I’d highly recommend giving them a call!

I needed to remove an existing concrete foundation from the lot I purchased and then regrade it to accommodate a new house foundation. As I am new in the area, I asked the concrete foundation company to introduce a reliable, capable and reasonably priced company to take care of my problems. They told me that Zack was the person I needed to contact. Since then, all my problems were taken care of efficiently, reliably and economically. Zack is amazingly communicative and friendly. He was very prompt in answering all my questions via text messages/phone calls. I added the work of building a retaining wall. Although he was very busy with other jobs, he came out on Sunday with several workers to build it. I was so grateful for his dedication to customers. So, if you have any projects related to excavating, concrete and grading, I would highly recommend Zack, Site King Concrete, without any hesitation.

Zach and the SiteKing Concrete team exceeded our expectations in every way. As someone who’s managed quality, projects, and people in construction-classified environments, I’ve seen the full spectrum—from teams that simply “get it done” to those who elevate the standard. SiteKing is firmly in the latter category.

They are a top-functioning, detail-oriented team/crew whose work is meticulous and high quality. Our long and winding driveway was not just replaced—it was reimagined for durability, aesthetics, and future landscaping potential. Zach and his team proactively addressed water flow and other environmental factors that could impact longevity, ensuring the final product enhances both function and curb appeal.

Their depth of knowledge shows in every decision and recommendation. No high-pressure sales—just honest answers, thoughtful planning, and a genuine commitment to doing things right. They’re resourceful, creative, and incredibly easy to work with.

If you’re investing in a major project, you want to know you’re getting value. With SiteKing, you get that—and more. They have our full endorsement and the highest rating we can give.

Site King did a great job! I needed a slab for a backyard workshop project. I contacted Anji and didn't get any quick responses, so I searched online and found Site King, who was highly rated and experienced. I called them and Zack came to do an evaluation that day. Soon after that I had a quote in my email inbox. The guys who did the job were fast and efficient. I had never done a project like this and Zack's experience was invaluable. I asked them about widening part of my driveway, while they were at it, and it was no problem. Both parts of the job look great and they were done in two days. I know where to go for any future jobs and I've recommended them to a couple of people looking for similar jobs.

Stay away from this builder they are making few subdivisions in norcross and tucker named creekside 3/4/5 bedroom homes all homes aa junk the builder never responds for any warranty work we r tired of sending them notices never responded then we sent a registered mail twice it came back as no one signed it as they never recieved anything my home has entire ceiling coming down within 6 months of closing on bran new home Entire house is junk

Purchased a home in 2020. Sent numerous letters per the Warranty guidelines. Don't bother with Registered mail...it will not be signed for. Standard mail ONLY and we've gotten no reply. Emails, phone calls, nothing is responded to. The house is a nice layout and seems to sell quickly because of that but BUYER BEWARE! No one is being responded to in our development for any warranty items and it seems others in other developments are having the same problem. Shameful!
