This is my second time using Omar & Brothers Tree Service over the last 7 years at our property in N. Dekalb. I was pleased both times with the expedited service, great clean up, and their care to not damage anything on the property other than where the tree limbs and trunk were dropped. Very friendly crew who were professional and even though they have limited spoken English skills they easily understood what I needed to communicate for my expectations.

Excellent service. Very responsive and communicative. Their quotes are detailed, outlining the scope of the project. Their work is efficient, professional and precise. I have no problem hiring them again and again. They are one of the BEST tree companies in the city. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!! Thank you Omar and Brothers!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Omar and Brothers. They did an outstanding job of removing dead trees, grinding stumps, trimming dead branches, and pruning some overgrown shrubs. They were very professional and reliable and were careful to avoid existing structures!!! I will definitely use them again! Great company.

Omar and Brothers Tree Service was the only company that truly listened when I pointed out where my huge Magnolia Tree had been struck by lightning five years ago (the strike caused one of the main limbs to split and peel downward from the trunk like a banana). I was especially concerned because the limbs on the opposite side were growing around the power line leading to my house.

They carefully trimmed that side so the branches were no longer touching the lines, and they also trimmed back a few limbs to reduce stress on the main trunk where the lightning struck all those years ago. They worked diligently, completed the job quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.

A big shout out to Atlanta Tree Movers! I contacted them via their website on the Friday after hurricane Helene regarding a rather large tree whose root ball was half out of the ground and whose top was tangled in another tree actually holding it up. I was afraid that the tree would fall and damage my house or shed so their intervention was critical. Atlanta Tree Movers got in touch with me very quickly, came and checked out the tree on Monday and by Tuesday evening it was down and gone! They were professional and efficient and their tree climber was fearless. The crew did a great job removing the tree and cleaning up the yard. Luke is to get me a price to remove the stump, but any imminent danger is gone. I would definitely recommend Atlanta Tree Movers and will be using them in the future.

Atlanta Tree Movers did an outstanding job with the removal of
my oak tree. It took two days to complete the job, because the tree was so big. The team was very professional and cleaned up the yard each day.

It’s a great experience to work with Atlanta Tree Movers from scheduling of the preliminary inspections of the trees up to the clean up of the work site afterwards.
Scheduling is super easy, Luke even inspected the trees after regular working hours bringing with him his mighty super bright lights, making sure he inspected the trees on the same day I called them.
Price is reasonable and fair. Some tree companies qouted way too much and way higher than what Atlanta Tree Movers provided. And unlike others who just verbally gave their qoutes, Luke send me professionally made written estimate of the tree work. This definitely will prevent any surprises later on when it comes to cost.
They were fast in doing their work without sacrificing quality. They were careful with the lawn considering that the trees were at the very back of our yard and they have to bring their heavy equipment at the backyard particularly at the very boundary line of our property. There were no significant damage to the grass that we have, contrary to my initial thought that we might sacrifice some green lawn.
Clean up was very professional, no traces of unwanted branches/twigs/leaves indicative of a major tree work.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the service provided by Luke and the entire Atlanta Tree Movers team (including their dog! Yes, a dog is also working during the tree job).
I will definitely use their service again if needed. I highly recommend them, you wont be disappointed.

We’ve trusted Luke for years for tree inspections and routine maintenance, and he continues to impress us every time. During a recent visit, his sharp eye spotted a serious hazard — a massive, diseased tree on our neighbor’s property that threatened our home. This wasn’t a scheduled job, but Luke immediately prioritized our safety, even though it meant throwing his schedule off for the week. Thanks to Luke and his expert climber, they safely brought down a double-trunk poplar without a single scratch to our house or fence.

When the trunk came down, we were stunned to see it was almost completely hollow inside — the heartwood had rotted away, leaving just a fragile shell holding up an enormous tree. It’s frightening to think how close our home (and children) were to a major disaster, and we’re so grateful Luke caught it in time. He’s our hero.

I called for help rescuing my cat from a pine tree and couldn’t be happier with how it went. Luke and his crew took the utmost care in rescuing Otto. Nothing about retrieving a stressed and anxious cat from a tall tree is straightforward and I was relieved to have an experienced professional who clearly cares about animals on the job. If you need this service, I can’t recommend them enough and as soon as I own some trees that need trimming I know who to call. Great people and great business.

Everything went wrong with this service. I called and canceled it before they started. Crews cant communicate with dispatch. They stayed and cleaned my gutters and reported everything was in good condition. The gutter is falling off the back of my house. Not in report. I have called in 2 times since and they say a manager will call me. 3 days waiting so far. Do not use this company.

The beginning sale pitch when I called was a little lengthy and had to say no to extras several times, but the service went as stated!
If I hadn't heard them on the roof, I wouldn't have known that they had been here!

Paid a lot of money to have brand new gutters installed. Immediately after installation we noticed there were leaks underneath the gutters on the corner pieces, and in addition when the first rain storm came the angles must have been incorrect because the water just pours over the edge of the roof and doesn't even make it into the gutter, despite the gutters being brand new and completely empty.

We waited for our next service date, today, to show the gutter servicemen the issue and they noted all the same problems. Then Ned's customer service called us letting us know their service men identified the issues mentioned above and asked if we wanted pay for the repairs. We explained these were brand new gutters installed by them and they said technically they bought the company and so any adjustments/repairs would have to be requested from the company they bought out, which I'm not sure even exists anymore. We are cancelling our cleaning service (4-6 times annually) and our HVAC service with them.

The Neds folks showed up shortly after their text message. They got straight to work to clean my roof and gutters. In a short time the work was done and they were gone. The roof looks good. This service is well worth the money as I just can't get up on the roof to do it myself these days.

The fact I can schedule them to do this twice a year is great.

I regret using Ned's Home for gutter cleaning. They charged $255.47, which is almost double what my usual company charges. While they did flush the downspouts, there was no real gutter inspection as promised—just blowing out leaves from the roof.

For the price, I expected a more thorough service. I should have stuck with my regular company, who charges less and does the same job.
