We had a great experience with the services of Zerorez! The Zerorez tech, Mr Thomas was very professional. He was open to educating us in the Zerorez process and how to keep our carpets looking great moving forward. We will definitely be back. Thank you! R. Owens

With all the carpet cleaning companies out there Zerorez did an excellent and thorough professional cleaning. Price point and what they offer are both very good. Noah the technician that came was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He explained everything that was needed and asked for concerns and problematic areas. The house look and feel very clean. No stains or dirty carpet. Very pleased with service. 100% recommend.

I was loyal customer of Zerorez until today. I scheduled a cleaning for my rental property, which cost over $350. Unfortunately, I was not notified prior to the technician's arrival, as I do not live there. I was promised a 30-minute call before arrival, but that did not happen.
When I arrived, the technician was courteous but informed me that the knob on his pretreatment equipment was broken and that I would need to reschedule. He mentioned he would provide a deep discount. While I understand things can go wrong, this required me to take time off work and navigate Atlanta traffic.
I subsequently called the Atlanta office to speak with a manager and was connected to Caroline. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and only offered me a $25 discount when the technician had indicated a deeper discount would be available. When I inquired about waiving the walking closet fee, she declined. I expressed my expectation for thorough carpet cleaning and mentioned that I would be particular about it. Caroline then stated she would cancel my appointment because "we don't want your business." This response felt unprofessional and hurtful. I would stay away from the Atlanta location go to a different location. Caroline, a manager here is very unprofessional and disrespectful. -
Very professional. Kept in contact via emails with confirmations. The carpet and upholstery were left as brand new! I will definitely be a return customer and I highly recommend!

Ok..so my review just changed from 5 star to 1 because of the severe damage to the property.
After their services for duct cleaning, the condensation pump was either unplugged intentionally to work by their technician or knocked off by their vacuum line they used for duct cleaning.
The water overflew to the basement damaging the laminate flooring. Tried giving them a call but they are closed at the time of contact.
Awaiting their response regarding the damages
UPDATE: After a few times of explaining the situation over the phone, they sent a technician to look at it on-site. I was told since there is no proof of them causing the damage, they will not cover any repairs.
Let’s not forget that they could not have done their duct cleaning job with the pump power line being in the way in which they had to unplug to move forward with their services.
Excuse was that other people may have accessed the mechanical room. 1. It’s only the hvac system in there and water heater. 2. No other person used that room. 3. How come this happened exactly a day after duct cleaning?
After a month of going back and forth I was offered to sign a release of liability form and in return I wouldn’t have to pay for the duct cleaning service that was done.
If you are so sure of not causing the damage why offer such deal?
I would personally not ever use them after having to spend $3800 to redo the entire basement laminate.... -
Beware of Zerorez Atlanta – Classic Bait and Switch!
I feel completely deceived by Zerorez Atlanta. I booked upholstery cleaning after being promised over the phone that their system would remove pet stains/odors and even make my furniture last longer. I agreed to a quote of $310.
When the crew arrived, I was hit with a surprise: apparently, I had only signed up for a “Tier I” cleaning (something NEVER mentioned before). To actually remove the pet odors I specifically asked about, they wanted another $65. Then they had the nerve to push a $75-per-sofa “stain guard” on top of that.
This is nothing short of a bait-and-switch scheme. They lure you in with bold claims, then pressure you into expensive “upgrades” the moment they’re inside your home.
The technicians themselves were kind and professional, but the business practices are manipulative and dishonest. I was left with drying furniture, a lighter wallet, and a sick feeling that I had been scammed.
Save yourself the frustration. Get everything in writing if you dare use them—or better yet, take your business elsewhere. -
Had a great first experience with Zerorez today. Brandon and Jay were very courteous and knowledgeable. Brandon demonstrated a level of care rarely seen. Scheduled both HVAC systems to be cleaned along with air ducts. Upon seeing the 2nd system and the zoning set up on it, Brandon advised it would not be best to service it due to the damage that could be caused. He could have easily performed the service and left me with a nightmare. Thanks Brandon for educating and doing the right thing. The service performed on our upstairs unit was great, but the customer service exhibited was superb.

Zero experience or knowledge in handling oriental rugs. Tore it while stuffing into the back of his van. I’m heartbroken and wish I had never trusted them. Do not use!
Update: Zerorez refused to clean my rug that they damaged so they did an unscheduled drop off and left it on the street uncovered and unprotected. -
I had an appointment set today for a window between 12 and 3 PM and at 245. I get a text that they will be late. I called to confirm and they said they were 60 minutes out. I waited an additional 10 minutes and they are still not here. What a horrible experience. I spent all morning prepping and moving furniture so they can come in and swiftly do their service. Why bother setting an appointment and the flood of appointment confirmations via text?

The guy was awesome. I wish my carpet would've come cleaner but he did give a disclaimer so I can't complain too much. I've seen other companies get those high traffic stains up but I suppose it's the tradeoff for not using harsh chemicals. Overall the customer service was great and the rest of the carpet looks ok. I don't have another company to compare it to directly so we'll see next time ill try someone else.

"ZeroRes completely ruined our expensive silk-and-wool rug.
Despite multiple attempts to fix it, they left us with a completely damaged rug and "ZERO RESOLUTION!! A small yellowing spot they managed to spread to a 4 foot square area. Their customer service was unhelpful, and then offered to come back out to clean the pad for $65. The pad was not even the problem! I would not recommend their services in a million years!!! -
Every single aspect of the service was fantastic. From the easy scheduling, the payment process, and the cleaning service itself. We had 3 rooms and a hallway done, and the carpet had gone through A LOT before Zerorez came. The result was carpet that looked like it did when we moved in. The technician checked in before, during, and after the appointment, since I could not be there. Customer service is top-tier. Truly appreciative of the experience.

The cleaning technician was on time, courteous, excellent communicator. He explained every step of the process and did and awesome job! He gets a 10 as far as we are concerned.

I wasn't home when my carpets were clean. However, my mom, son, and daughter stated that the technician was very professional and took time to thoroughly clean each room. I had my carpets clean by another company and was very dissatisfied. Your technician did NOT disappoint. I will definitely use again and will request the same technician if possible.

Dylan did a great job! Our cats had really done their best to destroy our basement carpet. But after ZeroRez, carpet is back to white, looks and smells great.

From scheduling my appointment to the technician arriving at my house to clean my carpets, the entire process was a BREEZE! Zero Rez Atlanta is a top notch company. Very professional and my old carpets look brand new! My technician, Dylan was the best! Very polite and courteous. He explained the entire process and then got to work. 4 rooms done in 45 min!! I would 1000% book with them again!

The technician (Garrison) was on time, very friendly and knowledgeable of all the services, products and options available. This is my second time working with Zerorez and will definitely use them again. My carpet looks and smells terrific!

Horrible Service – Incompetent Technicians, Shady Sales Tactics & Terrible Customer Support
I didn’t think I’d be one of these people because it’s so cliché but, if I could give ZeroRez zero stars, I would. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a cleaning company. We hired them on February 21 to remove pet stains from our carpets, and it was a disaster from start to finish.
Their technician, Jacob, was a pleasant enough guy to interact with, but he was completely incompetent at his job. To be fair, I don’t think it was entirely his fault—he seemed more like a used car salesman than a cleaning professional, constantly pushing unnecessary treatments that didn’t actually work. He had to come back twice because he failed to get the job done correctly the first time. And worse, when he attempted to fix his mistakes, he ruined our $8,600 couch. He should have realized he was causing even more damage to the upholstery fabric as he kept trying (and failing) to undo the problem he created.
What followed was an infuriating and intentional customer service runaround. Their customer service reps use technology to their advantage and your disadvantage—when you call in and ask for a manager, they pretend to transfer you but just send you back to an entry-level employee who asks the same scripted question: “Is this for a home or business?” It’s a deliberate tactic to stall, frustrate, and discourage customers from escalating complaints.
Once I finally got through, things didn’t improve. Technician Manager Jonathon completely ignored me—he didn’t respond to four emails or any of the 15+ phone calls my wife and I made. Instead of addressing the issue, he just disappeared.
Then, when we tried escalating the matter, Customer Service Manager Caroline did everything in her power to stonewall us. At one point, I was on hold with her for 15 minutes, and when she finally came back, all she could offer was a refund for the $135 couch cleaning fee—a refund we had already been offered on the spot by Jacob, the technician who ruined it. It’s laughable that they even considered charging us for their failed attempt that destroyed an $8,600 piece of furniture.
Only after forcing Caroline to let me speak to her supervisor, Taylor, did we finally get anywhere. After a long battle, we were grudgingly offered a 50% refund, which, as of now, we still haven’t received.
ZeroRez is a joke—their technicians don’t know what they’re doing, their managers ghost customers when things go wrong, and their customer service is trained to dodge responsibility.
I am posting this review on Google, Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) of Georgia to warn others. If you value your home and sanity, stay far away from this company. -
Great Customer Service and the Carpet Cleaner Tobias was great my carpet looks 10x better. I will be using this company again. Thanks for the great service

Zerorez came in the clutch. Our carpets haven’t been cleaned in a while. Q was awesome in making sure our carpet was spotless (minus my paint stain, which almost came out as well). I’d definitely bring them back out at anytime. 10 out of 10.
