STANLEY STEAMER I’m coming back! I had a terrible experience with Zerorez!! They didn’t do a good job of getting my carpet cleaned thoroughly and convinced me I needed an extra service that I saw no benefit. I was offered a re-service with a Quality Lead Technician and a regular service technician showed up asking “how can I help out”. He spot cleaned the carpet and left without letting me he was done. I looked out the window and his truck was gone. Thankfully, my carpet looked better than the job the first technician did. Don’t bother give these people your business. They have no customer service skills and don’t care if their customers are satisfied with their service. Go to Stanley Steamer! They been around and know how to treat their customers!

Had my air ducts cleaned by zero rez. The technician upsold me to have the coil and blower cleaned and install a UV light to prevent mold growth in the ducts. Originally quoted $400ish the total bill with all the up sold products was $1600 which is fine seemed fair . The issue I’m having is now my hvac isn’t functioning properly and neither was my heat. The technician turned the system back on and I could feel it blowing air from the vents but the weather outside was in the 60’s so my heat and air conditioning never triggered to turn on while the tech was present . They’re supposed to be open sundays according to their website and I’ve been on hold for over an hour trying to talk to someone to help me go through their checklist of what they touched to troubleshoot why nothing is functioning properly . Very dissatisfied and feeling taken .

This was our second time using Zerorez, and once again they exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain the process, paid attention to detail, and left our carpets looking and feeling refreshed. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and the consistency in quality is why we continue to choose them. He worked meticulously, respected our home, and ensured everything was done thoroughly and cleanly.

You could immediately tell the difference in air quality after the service. There was no pressure or hard selling — just honest recommendations and a genuine focus on doing the job right.

Excellent service from Dylan! He cleaned the carpet of all the bedrooms, the hallway and the staircase meticulously. He did not rush through any of the rooms rather took time to clean all the area to ensure that it gets clean properly. I was really impressed to see how he cleaned carpet of every riser and nosing of all 15 stairs. Not a single inch of carpet got missed by him! Great job Dylan and kudos to Zerorez!!

Initially I was done with Zerorez, I was having my carpets cleaned because we have pets and it was just time. The first initial service was horrible, the technician was rushed and did a very subpar job. I called and left a message to be called back by a manager. It was less than 24hrs and I received a call by a young lady (and I’m sorry her name escapes me) but she was very helpful and got me an appointment for a re-service the very next day.
A technician showed up at the exact time window as advised and I briefly explained to him all the things that were wrong. Initially he was reluctant to hear my claims and hit me with all the company jargon, but then I posed some questions to him as this wasn’t my first time getting carpet cleaned and is when he realized maybe we didn’t get the service we should have.
He spoke with his Disptach and informed them what was going on and gave him the go ahead to move forward.

He redid the space which I had a problem with and he did a fantastic job. The carpet looked amazing.
Mr. Shamari saved the day and the reputation of Zerorez, which is why I sought them out to begin with, but it made me realize when people don’t value your vision and does something on your behalf incorrectly, it can ruin a reputation, thank you Zerorez for listening to your customer and making things right.

Tim was amazing! He was professional, personable, and made the whole experience easy from the start.

He also has a great sense of humor — super funny and easy to talk to, which made the appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about customer service.

Looking forward to seeing the final results, but so far I’m very impressed. Highly recommend!

Our technician, Hunter, did a GREAT job. He communicated his arrival time and went over all that was going to be done and confirmed with us before starting. The final condition of our home exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Wise Guys and in specific the technician Hunter!

David was incredibly thorough, paying close attention to every detail and ensuring every inch of the surface was pristine. He also clearly explained his process and pointed out specific problem areas, so he wouldn’t remove paint from the brick surface. He is a true professional who delivered an amazing result.

Andrew and Stephan did an extraordinary job. It looks like a difference house. We had them do the roof, the entire siding of the house, the driveway, the walkway, the steps, the walls surrounding the garden, pretty much everything. The roof was very dirty, and it looked old, although it wasn’t all that all. It’s restored back to looking like new. The walkway the stairs up to the front of the house and the walls or just a very dark color because they were so dirty and growing Moss. Now they are so super light and we can see the flag stone.

Tyler Watson was initially the reason why we had hired this company. They were not the cheapest, but they were by far the most professional by a mile. From my own job I appreciate a professional presentation, that includes education on what they will do/ our goals, and a personalized typed up itemized quote about 15 minutes later.

(I called 9 companies in the area, most didn’t want to come out to the house to look at it.)

I will recommend these guys to all my clients, home sellers and buyers!

I’ve used Wise Guys and been pleased with their pressure washing and Christmas light services. But I will never use them again for exterior window cleaning.

They sent one technician to clean the windows on my three-story home, and their “method” was simply spraying cleaner from the ground. No ladders, no proper equipment. As a result, several high windows were barely touched—or not cleaned at all. Two large windows on the back of my house were left streaked with dried white residue. Nothing was dried afterward, leaving every window and door dripping and spot-covered. My wood doors would have been damaged if I hadn’t dried them with a towel myself.

When I contacted them to send someone back to fix it, a "manager" called and read a scripted response offering a partial refund instead of actually resolving the problem.

Wise Guys may be fine for other services, but for window cleaning, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I recently moved into my house and i had my home professionally pressure washed and it looks brand new! Thank you Wiseguys and thank you Hunter. I look forward to doing business with you and your company soon again.

We couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, our experience with Spencer was outstanding. He pressure washed our entire home—siding, windows, driveways, walls, steps, and patios—and everything now looks absolutely spectacular.

I was completely speechless on the results and love his craftsmanship he brought to my home. The windows were sparkling and the eaves and gutters brought back to like new condition.

After we used Wise Guys services a few years ago and we were very pleased, I asked them to do my daughters 1920s 2 ac estate in Buckhead. Tyler came out and we walked the property and discussed options for the many stone and brick steps, walls, patios, iron gates plus fence and even house and windows! There was even an astroturf putting green that was drowning in mud and moss. We discussed what should and maybe not be washed with the pressure wash versus the “soft” wash.

The wash crew Joey and Joshua were fantastic and hard working. Always open to my questions. Tyler was a delightful, friendly, easy to talk to young man and yet very professional at the same time.

Communications with text, email and phone were fantastic. We will continue to use Wise guys and refer more friends to them.

Next experience: we just had Wiseguys again but at our own home. They do not disappoint, in fact, always so pleased with the outcome. Samson and his crew were wonderful. So hard working, detailed, easy to work with, very conscientious. They spent the whole day here doing driveways, retaining walls, brick and limestone front porch, iron railings, basketball court, pool deck, and more. I would recommend them for everyone!!
