Da'Shon and Adrian did a great job putting up the Christmas lights on our house. The whole process was smooth from getting a quote to finishing up with installation.

Windows were dirtier after they cleaned twice than before. Very questionable window washing technique when only using a broom and ionized water. In addition to not cleaning my windows, the liquid they used burned my grass and stained my wood stairs and wood retaining wall. I’m very surprised by all those good reviews. Never again!

Wiseguys Prowash is a top notch organization. Our techs Yanis and Allen were courteous, knowledgeable and very thorough in the process of cleaning our Courtyard sidewalks. Their effort and results far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Wiseguys for any cleaning/pressure washing needs. They are fairly priced and extremely professional. We look forward to having them address our needs in the future!

Really disappointed in the quality control and customer service on this company now. We have used them for years and yet for some reason the staining in our driveway did not come out in the most recent wash. I called to express my disappointment, they sent a second team which I appreciated. But they were not able to help alleviate the issue. What is strange is that this is a yearly cleaning and they’ve always done a great job in the past. Since the driveway still looks like it needs to be cleaned, I requested a refund. They offered a 20% discount which I felt was insulting. I do realize they have to pay their people so I requested a 50% refund. I got a call back later offering a 25% discount… which really surprised me. Sadly, I will take my regular business elsewhere and hope they remember their roots in customer service as this is not the way to treat a loyal client.

I'm wasting my money and they are wasting my time.

Booked these guys to clean my house. First, they gave me a window of an entire week to come out. When i called and told them that was not acceptable, they gave me a firm date.

The first time they came out, there was an entire section of the housethey simply did not clean. I called them and they said they have a 30 day guarantee and would send someone else.

Today, the same guy showed up, apologized and said he'd take care of it. The results were basically the same.

Am I expecting too much?

UPDATE 2: after they promised me a refund on Sep 12 in exchange for me changing the review, they have failed to deliver. Just another lie they told me.

I do not like to nor rarely leave a bad review but I believe I have been scammed by Wise Guys. I do not recommend using this company. I was quoted a price to have my driveway cleaned, and windows and trim washed. The worker told me the price I had been quoted was wrong and wanted 45% more to do the complete driveway, I ended up with half a clean driveway and had to pay an additional amount just to get that. He told me he was allotted 5 1/2 hours for the job and finished in 3. On the half light doors he only cleaned the top and not the bottom. There ‘soft’ literally peeled off the top layer of my driveway. I did not receive nearly the satisfaction one would expect. Don’t trust radio commercials and personalities and be sure to do your homework.

Nick provided excellent care to our older home and did a very thorough job!

Would absolutely recommend!

Wow Wise Guys came out and pressure washed out very dingy white townhomes and they came out looking amazing! So clean! Bobby and Key pressure washed the white painted brick, concrete board, driveways, and cleaned the exterior windows. They got it done ahead of schedule and made it look fantastic even finishing in the rain. We will be brining them back in a few years and ask for Bobby and Key again! Working with Matt on the estimate and prep was easy and cost less than i expected for so much!

Nick serviced my home today and was great! Upon arrival, we walked around the home discussing the problem areas I have, and his plan of action. This put me at ease as he was extremely professional and super helpful / knowledgeable when it came to the questions I had. He was able to finish the job quickly and even did another walk-through with me after he was completed explaining the things he noticed while doing the power / soft wash. 100 out of 10 would recommend! Ask for Nick to service your home!! :-)

Zachary’s work with Wise Guys Pro-Wash was exceptional!! He was very friendly and communicative throughout, and he had great attention to detail (with taping off to protect outlets, keypad locks, etc.), which we definitely appreciated! He cleaned our driveway, curbs, sidewalks, front porch, back deck area, siding, gutters, eaves, and windows, and the difference it makes is CRAZY!!! I’ve never seen our house and property so clean and sparkling. I love it!! The price was very reasonable too. I give Wise Guys Pro-Wash and Zachary a whole-hearted recommendation. Well worth it! (I only wish I had proper ‘before’ photos to showcase the difference. It’s night and day!)

This is the first time I’ve had professional Christmas lights put on my home and I couldn’t be more thrilled! It was magical when it got dark last night. Pablo and Jeff were so kind and professional. The attention to detail was phenomenal. I can’t get over how neat and clean it looks! My pet peeve is wires and ZERO are showing anywhere! So it’s magical during the day too. I love how they send a photo before they arrive and give you a heads up as to exactly when they will arrive. Knowing I don’t have the work of taking the lights down or storing them is wonderful! I highly recommend Wise Guys! Can we give 10 stars?

I cannot believe how beautiful my house looks! It looks as if there’s a fresh coat of paint.
If I could give 1 million stars I would. Both Thomas and Pablo were amazing. The deck, the windows, the fence, the railing the roof all are sparkling clean.
They showed up on time, prepped the area, and worked diligently all day. They really care about their work. I can’t see enough good things.

Kenny, the technician was great 5/5 stars for my experiencewith him alone. He was on time, personable and was able to do a fine job getting rid of the tough stains and mildew during the house wash and window clean.

I would have given 5 stars for my overall experience with WiseGuys, however the salesperson I made the appointment with failed to let me know that porches were not included in the quote he gave me. I was surprised when signing off on the work the day of the wash that this would come as an extra fee. It wasn't insurmountable and I paid it, but transparency from sales is so important to me to feel like im being respected as a customer.

Denny was great! We had our deck, driveway, and house pressure washed, all turned out looking FAR better than anticipated in the end.

I don't have a before/after photo of each area covered, but in the attached photos (the last two photos), there is a before/after difference of our driveway and walk area.

Been using Wise Guys multiple times now. Very professional, excellent service. Stephen S., Pablo G., and Levi (?) did a great job.

Would recommend Wise Guys to friends and family for sure.

Huge shoutout to Wiseguys Pro-Wash in Peachtree Corners / Norcross GA. Their team did an outstanding job, and their washing technician Ibrahim truly went above and beyond to make sure our property looked even better than we ever expected. He moved furniture, was careful around freshly painted main gates, and pressure washed all the minor areas most people would miss. Professional, thorough, and easy to work with. Our HOA highly recommends them.
