Our company signed a contract with this company but is terrible, we have to clean the bathrooms ourselves because they do not mop or clean the toilets, the windows have never been cleaned since we got them it is a disaster.

Unfortunately one star is the least you can choose to leave a review...this is the worst cleaning service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The actual cleaning is dreadful and the customer service is the worst I have encountered in the industry!!!

We liked the person cleaning, but it was obvious that they had underbid the job. Now I can't even get anyone to return my phone calls at the corporate office.

They do not clean good. We called to ask why are floors were no being mopped and they terminated our contract. When the cleaner turned in his key he was rude and obnoxious. This company is not professional don’t waste your time and money

It's hard to find a good cleaner, but Coverall seems to have found the answer. We love their cleaning for health approach, and our cleaner is polite and an extension of our office family. A+ Service.

unprofessional director insults franchise owners he takes things personal he is lacking people skills he tries to micro manage your business some accounts are under price u have to work it yourself to make ends meet. Don t buy into this place until they make changes. Which i can t see happening soon there fees are crazy and accounts will cancel at a drop of a dime

We've had this service for over a year, not impressed at all. Even after I spoke with the franchise owner, nothing changed. I contacted them to cancel the service because we found another company and we've been locked into a contract for an additional year. They automatically do this. This is a bad business practice as far as I am concerned, especially since their service is not good.

As with any company you are only as good as the people who support the customer. The Atlanta office is full of good people who provide excellent support . Retention runs over 98% most months so you know they are doing a lot of right things.

Coverall cleaned our windows today and they look so good! Chuck was phenomenal. Super friendly and did a great job. We highly recommend them.

I would give a lower rating if possible, we terminated the services due to offices not getting cleaned. I have spoke to the GM, Eric Jordan and repeatedly ask for our keys back, He assured me he would take care of this. I am still waiting! Since 7/19/17!!

We had the cleaner only one week and I am shocked this lady still cleans for this company. I work for a pediatric office and cleanliness is a BIG deal. Fist clean was terrible! Not mopped, vacuumed, sanitized, wiped down, dusted, nothing! Also found out she came in at 4:00 am and left her own trash sitting around. Second night she set the alarm and left the establishment with all lights on and every single door open with nothing cleaned! No call to anyone! Unbelievable and never using this company again!

The most annoying business ever! They call our office EVERY day for months and we tell them that our office is located in a building that the business management company takes care our cleaning services. We have tried to be so nice to them and they KEEP calling! I would not use their services if they were the LAST cleaning service on the planet! I wish we could give them negative 5 stars. Learn to take No for an answer.

This is a really good company. I really love their unique way of cleaning and responsiveness. All I really ask is my vendors and service providers do what they say when they say and Coverall does that. Would recommend.
