Kathleen and Alex just left from cleaning my house today and it looks fantastic! They used the proper precautions (masks and gloves) and were very detailed and thorough. The TCA team is always dependable; I really count on them to keep my home clean and safe.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for six months and have been really pleased with the quality of service. Louda and Elsie do a great job! Very pleasant and concerned about doing a quality cleaning! But so far all of the team has been great to deal with and always responsive.

This company sent over 2 cleaners just to do the first floor which is about 3900. Within 2 hours they were done. Missing 3 rooms and only mopping the hallway. They didn’t sweep or vacuum 4 rooms or wipe down kitchen counter tops and appliances. My home is clean and I believe because my home is clean they believed I was not going to notice the missed areas. I immediately called and requested a manger to come out and they assured me they would come out the following week and send another cleaning crew out. Today is Friday the end of another week and no manger or cleaning crew. Very disappointed. They surfaced cleaned my home and I can surface clean and it wouldn’t have cost me money. So glade I didn’t have them do my entire home. Beware

TCA Duluth always does an excellent job in my home. Their professionalism is top notch. I've used a few other cleaning services that I was unhappy with due to their inconsistency and lack of professionalism. But TCA has been consistently providing good quality service to me for two years now. Special thanks to Keosha and Shika for the excellent job that they always do!
