The ladies were professional and courteous. They did a great job cleaning and finished in a decent amount of time. I'm happy with their service. I used this company for my old house too and was pleased with the service then as well. I would highly recommend them.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for more than 15 years. This time has included cleaning with teenagers in the house, to empty nesters and now retirement.The cleaning service has been good through each stage. On the rare occasion when I needed to communicate a question or problem the response has been friendly and quick.

This Tuesday our house was cleaned by Latisha, Donna and Emily. They were friendly and efficient. Latisha has been cleaning our home for the last 2 years. She and her team has always done a good job.

We have been very happy with the quality of service provided by The Cleaning Authority over the past several years. Most recently, Brook, Cara, Ciara and Donna have cleaned our home and have done an outstanding job! They diligently follow the prescribed areas of rotation and additional tasks and never miss a thing. We can't thank them enough, and highly recommend TCA.

We love the cleaning authority! I like their rotation schedule and that you have a detailed overview of what is being done each time. Their easy to use app is great to know when they will arrive. Anytime we need to make changes to our schedule, they are always accommodating!

Jennifer and Brittany did an amazing job cleaning my house. They were very thorough and detailed in their work. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I hope to get them again! They did such a fantastic job!

TCA made a great first impression. Unfortunately, the quality stopped there. As far as the actual quality of clean, it was never as expected. They ended up only cleaning about half of the house at a visit, usually in 30 minutes when I had been advised they would be there approximately two hours. Additionally, they were almost never on time even though they had a large window of time to arrive. Overall, just not a great experience.

Steph, Brianna, and Summer did an excellent job cleaning our house yesterday! We are completely satisfied. They do a great job every time! Before we found The Cleaning Authority, we had tried another cleaning company - and The Cleaning Authority do a MUCH better job than they did. They're wonderful!

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for quite some time now. Donna and Latisha come every two weeks and do a terrific job. I know they have 4-5 houses to do each day so they get to work right away and arrive on time. Sometimes they bring a third person or trainee like they did this past week with Tiffany. They have a list of things they do each week and they do a great job getting the list done. They are very good at their jobs and take pride in their work. We are very pleased with them! Brad Winter

Courteous, professional and quality enhanced. I use Cleaning Authority for bi-weekly bathroom cleaning and they do a great job everytime. Easy to work with and great services.

Probably the best cleaning service I have come across so far. it's nice having the same people clean my home every time. They're very thorough and I think what I like the most is every time they come they remove my rugs and make sure they clean under them. It may seem like a small deal but it's a big deal to me. We have Latisha, Tiffany and Donna and they're awesome

I am a new customer and today was our 3rd cleaning. When I met with Donna to learn about the company and how it works, I was very pleased. She was professional and personable. She put me completely at ease. I knew what to expect once my team arrived. From the very first cleaning, the team exceeded my expectations. They cleaned my home like I would myself. My team is Priscilla, Kandy, and Kathleen. I love that I can have the same people each time. I like being able to get to know the people coming in my home. Alex has been cleaning for us regularly is always so professional and conscientious. Today Alex and Julia cleaned our house, and I couldn’t be happier. It is wonderful to come home to a clean home!!

The ladies showed up on time and did an excellent job cleaning our house. When my mother in law says she was happy with how they did I known they did great! Very pleased and will continue to use them. Reasonably priced as well.

Tabby, Jess and Sam are a fantastic cleaning team! They are very efficient; very friendly and great at their job. They show up happy and energetic - and go about their cleaning activities like the professionals that they are. They are also very adaptable when it comes to working around my wife, myself and our dog while we are working in the home. When they have finished, we are just blown away at how great everything looks.

I Have used this service since Oct last year and they are just amazing! Donna has been my main housekeeper and she is awesome! We have a very busy lifestyle and this has been a blessing for my family. Never have I had a bad service with her or the team. She has also trained new associates to our families needs. Team 11 did a wonderful job on our home, arrived early and were very professional and did a really nice job on our cleaning. Their inspector came in during their service which was a surprise. I highly recommend and will use them again. Thanks ladies.

I have been using this service for a few months now and I love coming home to a clean house that I didn't have to clean. Working full time and having 3 kids in the house ranging from 9yrs to adult and not having to spend time doing the everyday cleaning is awesome. Jennifer & Brittany are the two who regularly clean for us and they do a great job. They also want feedback if there is anything unsatisfactory. Great ladies who do a great job!
