We found them with a Google search last year. When it was time for another cleaning, they sent a reminder email and I called to set up an appt. The service was fast and thorough. They also did a quote for repairs, and we were happy with the price and service we received.

These guys showed up several months late with no communication and did not even bother to knock on the door to notify me they were on my property. I realized they were here only when I heard a bunch of noise on my roof and saw some guy on a ladder outside my window. After they were a no-show with no communication, we had decided to search for a different company to do the work for us, we did not want this company to do this work anymore. But they just decided to show up months late with no notice and no notification, no confirmation or permission, did the work, and left an invoice in our mailbox without even bothering to acknowledge we were home?? Unbelievably unprofessional.

Northside Gutter cleaned and did some repairs to our gutters. They were dependable and did a very good job. I plan to use them again in the future.

What and FABULOUS experience!!! I spoke with Charles at Northside Gutter Cleaning this morning and he had a crew out at my house before noon. Our basement was flooding because our gutters were full of leaves. His crew was professional and they did a terrific job. ( in between rainstorms)

Charles and his Northside Gutter Cleaning crew were extremely empathetic to our small emergency and I really appreciate the great customer service. There prices were very fair and they really went the extra mile for our family. We would definitely recommend them to everyone in Peachtree Corners.

Northside Gutter Cleaning was working on my neighbors house. I called and they dispatched a crew to my house the same day. They were very thorough and provided a good service. I will be using them again this year.

I found the company on Google. They seemed to have good reviews.
Called them with an inquiry about a repair and left a message.
No response.
Called again and got a hold of someone. The person answering the phone told me to send pictures of dented gutter so that they can give me an estimate. Sent pictures the same day.
Called them back. The same person told me that someone will look at it and call me tomorrow.
Called back 3 days later. The same person told me that someone will look at it -today- and call me back.
Called back next day asking if they even want my business. That same person told me that someone will get to me next week!
I don't think so!
I thought that would be the end of it. I am now getting survey requests from them on the quality of their service! This is a total joke.

It's been a while since I've dealt with these guys. My friend needed her gutters done sometime earlier this year while I was house sitting. The workers were really nice and were gone before I knew it. My friend was pretty happy and said that they were worth her money. So hey, I'm happy that she's happy, and that the workers were decent, efficient folks.

Not professional. I called them to get a service and was told they will call us back once they check the schedule and the weather condition. Did not hear from them for two weeks. I called them again, but get the same response. Waited another week and called them, but still talk same thing.

It seems they are either not well organized or doing this as a part time job.

I literally wasted a month calling them back and forth.

I scheduled periodic cleanings with Northside for a year or two on a rental property. In December, I called and was told someone would be out in a week. On the call, I notified the office that we were concerned about gutter damage on the front of the house and would like feedback. I never got a confirmation call but that has happened in the past. When I called to see if the cleaning occurred and what payment was due, they informed me it never occurred and they'd get someone out in the next week or so.

Cleaning occured, receive bill, no feedback whatsoever. A week later, our tenants indicated pieces of the front gutter guards had detached from the house completely. I sent an inquiry asking if someone can go back out to see if something went wrong with the cleaning. I then heard for the first time that the front gutter was damaged, the gutter system itself was broken, and l was asked to pay the bill from a week ago. This was the first notice of any damage, but given we were concerned about it, I asked for a repair estimate and paid my bill. Jokes on me I guess. Despite being told they could make the repair and get me an estimate, I haven't heard a thing in months, and have followed up twice.

Would not recommend due to both customer service and quality concerns.

I quickly needed gutters cleaned on our home we had recently put on the market. We had a lot of pine needles from a huge pine tree piled on top of the gutter guards at the front of the house. I contacted several companies, all of which had a several week waitlist. It was the same story with Northside Gutter Cleaning but he sensed my desperation and went out of his way to send people the following day. They showed up about an hour before the first of several showings. It was perfect timing and they did a great job!

Reasonable price and excellent job. Waiting period is very long sometimes up 3 weeks. I will always use them for my gutter cleaning. Very good people.

Northside Cleaning has provided gutter cleaning for my residence for more than ten years. They have provided dependable service for the entire time. They schedule the gutter cleaning in the fall and late spring. We have a large home with a detached garage. They also have done minor repairs to the roof and gutters as needed. I am very impreesed with this service. The price is also very reasonable.

Second time using them. They give you enough time before coming to be ready. They did a good job of cleaning both gutters and yard afterwards. Will use them again.

I was so impressed with Northside gutter cleaning. The gentleman did an unbelievable job. The clean up was far better than I expected, the price was fare, and the gentlemen were very professional/kind to me. I will use this company again and a again. I just can't say enough nice things about the men who came to my home.

SCAM! STAY AWAY!
Back in 2019 I had a gut feeling about this company being a scam. We live in a two story home with vaulted ceilings so an extendable ladder at the minimum or even a cherry picker is needed to reach our gutters. They claimed to have cleaned our gutters and repaired a seam (that still leaks) one day and called for payment when we never even received an invoice. I work from home and I never heard or saw a car, person(s) or ladder. Our neighborhood is quite intimate and our shared driveway access is small so it's very easy to hear any sort of car or people outside. This company took advantage of us because we’re unable to see our gutters on our two story home. In hindsight I wish we had never paid them but I didn't know any better as a new homeowner. I vowed that I would never use their services again, or lack thereof.
Fast forward to 2021, I received an email yesterday stating that they wanted to "give a heads up that they would be out today to take care of the gutters and to pay the guys directly if we were home. Or call in with a credit card"
I emailed back saying that I didn't agree to any sort of consistent maintenance so I would not be paying them. And that I wasn't convinced that they had actually done any of the work they claimed to have done back in 2019.
Charles Rollins very unprofessionally opened up his reply with, "I'm not sure what you are all upset about." And even contradicted himself by saying, "You are not on a maintenance program. You never have been. You didn't hear or see us because we were not there [yesterday]".
Then why am I getting an email for maintenance that I never authorized, nonetheless demanding for payment when Charles CONFIRMED that no one came by?
Based on previous reviews from others and this recent interaction with Charles, it has only solidified my distrust for this company that lacks customer service and overall knowledge on how to even run a good business.

Awesome service from Northside Gutter. We have been using Northside for years and they always delivered. They always are swift and thorough. This year they even helped hang some xmas lights on the gutters where I simply could not reach. Great job!

I called Northside Gutter on a referral from a friend and I'm glad I did. Some how we started discussing house repairs and I told him about an issue with my gutters being clogged and separating from the boards on the highest part of my house. He suggested I call Charles and see if they could help me out. The company was very professional and they fixed my issues quickly at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Northside gutter has been servicing my family for over a decade. They have performed quality work and taken care of my family home time and time again. They did a good job last year when they actually showed up and cleaned my gutters. This year they have failed to arrive for two appointments. Guess it’s hard to make it the 3 miles from their office to my house.

Update: I received a call from Northside a few hours after initially posting this. I was promptly scheduled for Wednesday. They promptly FAILED to show up, yet again. No calls. Nothing.
