The Cleaning Authority of Duluth has been doing a great job cleaning our house. We have been using the company for about a year. The team members are on time, friendly, and professional.

Several months ago, the team members cleaning our house were doing a sloppy job. When I reported it to the office, the response was quick, and those cleaners have not been back to our house. Those who in came in their place have been awesome. The Cleaning Authority also offered to come re-clean the house. When we couldn't find a time in our schedule for that, we were given a discount on the next cleaning.

I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority - Duluth.

Very disappointing with the quality of the cleaning. I had two rental homes cleaned by two different teams. Both homes were vacant with hardwood floors. I didn’t have them clean the appliances since they were cleaned by my family.
Confused how this company received so many five stars.
The floors still had debris from where the woman shook the wet mop throughout the house as she was mopping, so I’m guessing she didn’t sweep the floor before mopping.
The kitchen cabinets, the lower section had to be cleaned again by my family.
The bathtub, sinks and shower looked clean but the exterior of the toilet bowls was completely overlooked.
Four hours to clean a 2400sf home and three hours to clean a 3000sf home.
I paid almost $800 for both homes and it was a big mistake using this company. Never again!

My crew leader has been the same for a few years, and I love that stability. The team is always great and they are respectful of us while we work from home while still doing their wonderful job. I wish I was a better housekeeper, but no amount of wishing will make it so -- Having the Cleaning Authority of Duluth in my home is a god-send.

The Cleaning Authority did a great job today.We have use them every four weeks. The two cleaners did a great job today. They didn’t leave their names on the form but they have been here before.
Showed up on time worked fast and did a very good job. Would like to have this team every time.

I haven't had my house cleaned in a while. TCA used to come by every month, but I stopped it for a bit. Anyway, they came today and my house is soooooooo clean!!! They are thorough, fast, but not too fast, and really did a fantastic job. So glad to have them coming back. You will not be disappointed in their services!!

Crew arrived on time as they always do. This crew does an excellent job. I wouldn’t have anyone else clean my house. I’m always surprised at the detail in cleaning that they do. Highly recommend them. Great job.

Inconsistent quality week by week. They never complete the entire checklist. For example, this week they didn't vacuum my couch, dust, or clean my windowsills and baseboards in my living area. Incredibly overpriced for what you actually get. And the advertised services are misleading.

I've reported these issues to management over time, and the problems still persist. It's become a headache instead of a help in my day to day. We've been using them for over a year, and I'm finally going to call it quits and look elsewhere.

Just came home to a spotless house, the cleaning team did a great job, refreshed the couch, the bathroom looks spotless. Very pleased with their work today!!

A class act all the way. Family home in the area was in need of some TLC and we contacted these guys for one reason – they specialize. Sure, you could risk your homeowners insurance by hiring “somebody” to come by, get on your roof, hopefully NOT fall, and 'clean' your gutters by throwing wet leaves all over your sidewalk and driveway. What a difference! Courteous, professional and communicated well, and better than just some 'handiman' rushing through the job. Finding a company who cares is worth it 100%.

Northside does a great job on my roof. They are prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Last time here, they re-attached part of my gutter to the roof and they really secured it. Thanks Northside!

Wonderful group of people at Northside Gutter. We have used this company for a few years now I would recommend them top anyone who does not fancy climbing ladders.

I've used this company for the past 5 years. They've always done a wonderful job. They come when they say they will. During the busier season there is a bit of a wait but they're worth it. The crews that come out are always very polite and they answer any questions i may have. I'm very pleased with this company. I'll be calling them again next year. 😄

The owner is a jerk and the company is a rip-off! After receiving a quote, the owner told me that he would be at my house sometime this week, but would call me to let know in advance. I never received any email giving the policies/scheduling. I clearly gave him 2 numbers and stated my cell gets no service in the house, he only called once days later, and I didn't know he was coming. I had to cancel when they showed up as I was leaving, and instead of letting me reschedule he charged me the full fee!

They quoted a job for $600. Showed up without advance notice to ensure I would not be there. When I arrived home, they claimed to have done a lot of unauthorized work and presented a bill for $5,850.

When I told the owner that they were not authorized to do the work they claimed, he got combatative, refused to have his crew leave my property until he was paid, and threatened to 'have my assets seized '.

This was beyond bait and switch and likely criminal.

Do not do business with this company. But if you must, insist that everything be put in writing before you allow them to access your property.

I made the mistake of trusting them because I had done business with them in the past. They are clearly now just in cash grab mode instead of customer retention.
