I cannot understand how these guys have such high reviews. They were very quick to respond with a proposal (received on 4/16), and pricing seemed fair for the amount of work. I responded the same day saying I would like to schedule an appointment. No response, so I sent a follow-up email on 4/24.

They responded on 4/24 saying their turn around time is 1-3 weeks depending on the weather. There has been zero communication since this email. I followed up on 5/12 to see if there would be any way to schedule the service. And still no response.

I am sure the work they do is great, but their online responsiveness and customer service is severely lacking. I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that running a business especially during these times is not easy. But to provide transparent communication is paramount in customer retention and leaving a good first impression.

They do good work, but my God the scheduling is a nightmare. I asked them to clean my gutters every 3 months, out me on their rotation. The past 3 times, I've had to call because it had been 4+ months since the last cleaning. I'm going to have to find a new cleaning service as I can't keep calling every single time they miss the schedule. It's a shame because like I said, they do good work, but having to constantly hound them to do a job so I can give them money is just unfortunate.

Northside provided stellar service from beginning to end! They were very friendly and patient during our phone consultation and when preparing a quote. They took their time while cleaning our gutters and ensured our satisfaction after the job was completed. Their level of service was superior and second to none. I recommend their company over any other I have used in the past.

Service crew - 2 of them went up and climb to my roof start cleaning my gutter using a leaf blower on 05/21/23. I noticed a day later (05/23/23) that one of my panel board by my daughter's bedroom gutter slid out. I called them and sent a picture of the home panel board is out of place. Initial response was we did not do anything.
I since then got a response from Charles and promised that he will send someone to fix the issue. He sure did and panel board was restored to its original state. Thank you

I had a wonderful experience dealing with the people from Northside Gutter Cleaning. From calling in and scheduling the appointment to the actual work being done was great. This is my first home and I wanted to get everything right so I called them and they made sure that this experience was as painless as possible for me. It took them no time to come out and get the work done. Now when I turn the corner to my house it looks amazing. Thank you to the staff for doing such an "AWESOME" job.

I hire Northside Gutter Cleaning three times a year for one of the communities I manage. They do an excellent job! I have never had any complaints, it has been a great relationship! I have always been able to count on them.

Came when they said they would come, did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters, & price was great. In addition, not sure what they did, but the gutter over my back porch is not overflowing for the first time in years. Highly recommend them & would use again.

I called this company 3 times over the course of 37 days and got pushed off every time. This company must be rolling in it because they obviously couldn't care less about my business. I couldn't get them to call me back so I had to call them every time and then they scheduled to come out to clean my gutters and don't even call to say they can't come, they just don't show up. If you want a company that does what they say they are going to do and give you decent customer service then I would look elsewhere.

I have used Northside Gutters for over 20 years and they always do a great job, very thorough and professional and on time. They are a reliable and friendly company with really good people.

I have used Northside Gutter Cleaning for several years and they have always performed very professionally. Not only have they done a great job cleaning my gutters, but they have left the area around my house as clean as when they first arrived. Also our house is 3 stories and some of the gutters are hard to get to and they have done a good job cleaning them without any damage whatsoever to the roof. And all of this at a very reasonable price.

Northside Gutter Cleaning is a great outfit: they are prompt, professional, and to a great job... for a very fair price.

I'm glad they'll come out next year and take care of my gutters.

Called them to figure out why my downspout was spewing water from the top when it rains. Scheduling was an issue from the start as they do not let you know when they are visiting until the day they show up. So be prepared to be "on call" for a few weeks. When they did visit, they repaired a small opening in the gutter where some critters had entered and possibly built a nest. I was assured the clog was cleared. I paid them immediately that day. The next rain though, the same problem occurred. After trying to get them to return for 2 MONTHS, I went ahead and had others handle the clog which was 2 feet of a clogged downspout near the base. Buyer beware. Don't pay until you are 100% the issue is resolved!

Update 9/26/23:
So the owner's response is just downright disappointing and he completely mixes up facts and dates. Just reading his own response you can observe the inconsistencies. Would be more than happy to share the entire email string, but it really is not worth taking this any further. This company has a lot of glowing reviews and I was expecting the same level of service, but it was not the case. It pains me as this is my first ever negative review.
They were hired to clear a clogged downspout (and this is clear from the very first email which included photos and videos). It did not get cleared. They never returned and were just awful at responding to an email or phone call. I fully stand by my review.

As a property management company, we rely heavily on our vendors to complete projects in a timely and competitive manner. Northside Gutter has completed 10+ projects for us in the past year. I have had Northside come out twice this year to clean my gutters and look into any potential leaks with my gutter system. Any time I have called, Josh has been able to address any of my concerns in a very friendly and professional manner.

I was only home for the most recent cleaning and they were efficient in their work and were minimal in their disturbance (I have an old dog and I work from home sometimes...my dog only barked one time during their work on my house). I appreciated that they blew the debris off of my back deck! I'm sure some of the deck debris was from their work, but some debris was present before they arrived.

As far as price goes, I think they have been fair with me on anything they have invoiced, so I am pleased on that front, as well!

I would also note that, scheduling-wise, Josh has always been transparent about expectations on when they can fit me in and, more importantly given their line of work, Northside appears to prioritize worker safety. I would not want workers on my roof or on ladders on my property if it was wet and there was a fall risk.

All things considered, I am pleased with the service Northside Gutter Cleaning provides and I hope to continue using them in the future! Thank you!

The guys showed up right on time and I wanted to talk with them before they got on the roof. I have new gutters and wanted pictures and they agreed to take some for me. When finished, we discussed the pictures and I was very happy. Price was excellent and performance was too.

I am on a plan with "A Better Gutter Cleaning" every 3 months.
They send an email to let me know when they are coming, never missed an appointment and are always professional and very thorough! With all the rain we have in Atlanta, better safe than sorry to keep your gutters clean before they get filled with debris and overflow!!! Definitely recommend this company. I have been using them for several years.

I paid $700.00 to clean and repair the rain gutters and they dented and use the wrong screws to fix my gutters. When they finished most of the gutters where damage.
Don’t use them and save your money.

Long time customer and they do for most of our Community. Does a very good job of gutter cleaning and charges are very reasonable.

Had Northside come out to clean our gutters. It took a few weeks after contacting them before they could come out and they had to cancel once on us. When they finally came, they were super quick. They took their blowers and ladders and cleaned everything out, blew away the mess and then took off before I could even talk to anyone. When I went outside after they were done, all the debris was gone but there was mud all over the house, deck, and our cars! I now need to pressure wash the whole house to clean up the mess. I expected more from a professional company.

Amazing and professional work!! My family has used Northside Gutter Cleaning for the past three years and have been very happy. Guys are quick and efficient and do a wonderful job cleaning up the mess on the ground. They also have competitive prices that don't astronomically increase each year.
