They were recommended by a friend for a last minute request to clean an old townhome before we moved it. They spent 4 hours cleaning 3 floors from cabinets to floors & baseboards and they did a great job. Our move-in will be so much better now.

Kitchen n bathroom was great. The living area was not up to my standard. Certain areas n things had dust left n not wiped at all. Guess might workout next time. The team was very friendly n good to work with.

Ana and her team have been cleaning our house for several years. The team does an exceptional job, works efficiently, and is trustworthy. About a year ago the team implemented a scheduling confirmation which has greatly improved communication.

Unfortunately, the cleaning service that was provided did not meet my expectations. I recently purchased a home so a deep cleaning service was requested. The crew was granted access to a mostly empty home so I'd expect a pretty thorough and detailed cleaning. However,this was not the case. When I arrived home, I saw cob webs in various areas. Also I noticed that shelves weren't wiped down. I contacted the owner, who was very friendly, on the issues I saw at first glance. She scheduled another crew to come back to my house to address the areas that were missed and they were cleaned to my satisfaction. However, the longer I spent time in the house, I noticed even more areas that were not cleaned. For example, there were cob webs in the shower, there was a layer of dust on top of the fridge, and toilet handles weren't wiped down, to name a few. At this point, I didn't feel like it was worth reaching back out because there were just too many issues that I wouldn't expect to be missed in a deep cleaning that was missed. I started to question what exactly was cleaned. Unfortunately, I wasn't present in the house when the cleaning was done initially. Otherwise, I would have overseen everything. I'm just disappointed in the service. The owner was very nice but the service was just abysmal.

These people showed up an hour late and then didn’t even do a thorough job of cleaning. I inspected after they left and there were areas left dirty. Said they would clean inside cabinets and it was not clean, left the oven dirty, sink dirty, etc. Not worth it.
