Here are the specific issues we encountered:

- **Punctuality and Communication:** The team arrived late without any prior notice. Additionally, during the last visit, there was a delay, and we were informed about a supposed "Flex Time" policy, which contradicted what was previously communicated to my wife. This inconsistency in arrival times caused inconvenience.

- **Damage and Lack of Communication:** A piece of decoration was broken during the cleaning process, and no one from the team informed us about it. We had to discover the damage ourselves, although it was eventually compensated for.

- **Incomplete Cleaning:** Despite being marked as completed, several tasks were left undone, including the cleaning of mirrors in the restroom and the shower. This necessitated the cleaners to return and rectify the oversight.

- **Subpar Cleaning Methods:** The floors were cleaned using towels and feet, leaving behind a sticky residue from the chemicals used. This cleaning approach did not meet our expectations for cleanliness.

- **Missed Areas:** Despite assurances of dusting the entire house, certain areas were overlooked, including the room where we were present. Additionally, several shutters upstairs were left uncleaned, which was done satisfactorily during previous visits.

- **Safety Concern:** Leaving the door open for an extended period while going in and out of the house raised safety concerns and was not acceptable.

Considering the number of personnel involved – three women and a manager – the frequency of shortcomings is disappointing. This inconsistent performance for what should be a straightforward task is perplexing.

Had the Broomers squad come through to deal with my disaster of an apartment last week. They showed up exactly when they said they would, came prepped with all their gear, and went straight to beast mode. They got all the dirt out from under my bed and those weird stains off the kitchen shelves and the oven. It's like I've got a brand new pad now – so fresh and so clean. Big shoutout to Broomers – these guys are legit.

I did not have a great experience with this company. When my friend called to set up service we explained that we moved out and needed the entire house professionally cleaned. The house was 2800 square feet and we specifically asked if they had a crew because we knew it would be a lot of space to clean.

Once the day of cleaning arrives the cleaner gets there a little late which wasn’t a big deal. The big deal was when I asked if there would be someone else helping her and she assured me there would be. That someone else was her son who looked middle school aged. I was expecting two or more adults to clean the house and not a woman and child. I showed her around to all the areas that needed cleaning and then left so they could do their work. While away my friend received a call from the front office asking about a yard in which we were confused and said no to the yard being cleaned. Once we returned and cleaning was done we saw that the “yard” they were talking about was our sunroom that I previously showed her needed cleaning.

There was a huge language barrier because the cleaner did not speak or understand English well. Because of this an entire space went unclean and after inspecting their work we realized after they had already been paid and left that our fridge was not touched at all. To add insult to injury the invoice included a 10% gratuity so we ended up paying $340 for a not so thorough clean.

Two stars are for the floors and baseboards which were cleaned properly but other areas severely lacked. I would not use this company again and if you decide to use them ask specific questions as to who will be cleaning your place and get confirmation on what you are getting charged for.

The work itself is good. The only thing that somehow if I get a 2 hour notice in lieu of 5 minutes to 60 minutes estimation of arrival notice, I could be more prepared to welcome your crew. Fortunately, my wife is at home most of the time that we could overcome this challenge. However, if the wife is not around, and if I need to come back from work to welcome you better, I could do so.

Brian came out and gave us a quote. It was quick and he was happy to stay and answers questions.

We had our gutters replaced, gutter covers added and some roof work done. Karl’s crew came when he estimated they would, they verified the job to be done before starting. They were very professional and worked hard the entire day. They cleaned up all the materials and my yard looked the same as it did when they came. Very happy with the service performed and I will call them again if I need any gutter service.

Quality of service is great. Price is fair. Only complaint is they don’t schedule the service with you for a specific day. They text 15 minutes before showing up on a day that is convenient for them.

Atlanta's Best did the "Best" Job ever! My gutters and downspouts had been neglected for years! Embarrassed to admit, there was a lot of debris that had accumulated with even plants growing in the gutters! The guys did an excellent job in getting everything off my roof and gutters. They were respectful, courteous and left the grounds in a clean condition.

They did a great job and they cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Will continue to use their services.

I’ve used Ned Stephens gutter cleaning service for several years. Each time they come to my home I’m always glad to see them cause I know they’ll do another great job. They not only do good work but they’re safety conscious which is very important to me. I highly recommend the Ned Stephens co. They also cleaned my windows & as expected, the work was professionally done.

It took 5 appointments over about 4 months before they showed up and cleaned my gutters. When they left my hose was just thrown behind my schrubs and not coiled up as it had been. They didn't clean off my rear deck, they just left it laying all over the deck. The price was increased by 40% without any notice before they charged my card. Over all it was a very bad experience and I certainly would recomend them.

I have only one complaint. They don’t provide 24 hrs notice and cannot provide an exact date when scheduling.
However, the team that completed my gutter cleaning were fantastic! They went the extra mile to make sure my gutters were clear and then came back with their ladder per my request to check on a gutter that appeared to be pulled away from roof. Great job!
