Silvesteri’s crew was outstanding. They blew the roof and gutters away from our gardening and patio areas, including doing some hand cleaning of the gutters closest to our back door. They were helpful and friendly. We have an annual contract and it’s the best money that I ever spent. I recommend them to everyone.

I received my ETA message just as I was told I would and the team arrived on time and were very polite. They completed everything without issue and in a timely manner. I've used them before and will continue to use them for any future projects. I definitely recommend Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaners.

They gave a reasonable price for gutter cleaning ($120 for a 2 story house) and cleaned up afterwards - even remembering to close and lock the back gate. I did appreciate that they give a 3 hour time frame but also call before arriving. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that they rescheduled me for Saturday and never showed - but they made it to my house on Monday while I was at work and left the invoice in the mailbox. 2023 Update: I have continued with this service 2x per year and service is still great, no missed appointments and not a hint of gutter debris in the yard or driveway.

It had been a while since we had our gutters cleaned and they did a very thorough job compared to previous cleaners. I was pleasantly surprised when they took the time to blow all of the debris away and even rinsed our deck. In the past cleaners just left a mess everywhere so I was very happy with this.

Effective cleaning of the gutters but left a lot of debris and mess from the leaves on the vehicle parked in the driveway.

The staff blew the leaves down from the roof and gutter onto my lawn. Then, unbelievably, they blew the leaves from my lawn onto my rose shrubbery, rather than towards the nearby forest as did before.

The 2 man crew who did the work were really good and thorough!

Juan de la Rosa and Robin Smith arrived on time, were professional, and finished the job quickly. Our gutters look great! They were very detailed, professional, and efficient. Keep this crew!!

They did a very good job of cleaning the gutters. Initially I was told they had knocked off some shingles during the cleaning; this was a miscommunication from the company. Multiple calls from the company to clarify the issue followed. The customer service is top notch (and rare these days). In the end; I am a very happy customer. I will use Ned Stevens again and highly recommend them.

I would give them ten stars if I could. From the initial contact to schedule the service, to the communication, to the professional team, truck and equipment that came out, to the actual job they did, it was a great experience from start to end. They left my yard, pool deck and driveway even cleaner than they were before they cleaned my gutters. And at a really reasonable price. I will be using them i for this and other services they provide in the future. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I recently embarked on the thrilling adventure of scheduling a gutter and dryer vent cleaning service with Atlanta Best Gutter Cleaners powered by Ned Stevens. I used to be their number one fan when Ned wasn’t providing the power. Back then I recall the services being both efficient and budget-friendly.
On a positive note, I must say that scheduling was easy, the service was completed within the promised time frame, and I received text alerts a few minutes before the service provider arrived. The customer service team was responsive and followed up, which is quite rare these days.
Now, onto the not-so-fun part. The lower level gutters seemed to have taken on a cloak of invisibility as they were completely overlooked during the cleaning. Cue my dramatic call to customer service, where I felt like I was bargaining for treasure with a pirate. At first, they insisted they couldn't send someone back until the next day, but after a bit of picture-sharing and a 'supervisor consultation' (which sounded very official), they agreed to give me a discount and send someone back within in a few hours.
To add to the adventure, the next day I stumbled upon clumps of debris behind my air conditioner unit and a piece of asphalt shingle roofing material, a surprise souvenir from the cleaning extravaganza. Totally my fault for not having done a post-cleaning inspection after the 2nd visit, but who has time for that when you're busy contemplating life decisions.
All jokes aside, this experience does make me wonder about the unseen corners of my gutters and if they received the royal treatment. Will I dare to venture into the gutter-cleaning saga with Ned again? Honestly I’m not sure I will use them next time.

I’ve been a satisfied customer for many years of Atlanta’s Best Gutter and for the first time in many years I am disappointed with the service men customer service skills and communication, or lack there of.
The first team arrived after receiving a 5 minute notification from text message but they never rang my doorbell and left as soon as they came which clearly showed me they did not want my business.
The second team came and within 15 minutes they were gone. I don’t feel at ease that a good job was completed on this occasion. Later, I received a call about a problem they found with the gutters in the back. I know longer trust your company for my future services

A friend recommended Atlanta's Best Gutter Cleaning for gutter cleaning and now use it for that service (does a great job!!). They indicated I had moss growing on my roof (over the summer I noticed it looked very stained, etc.) and gave me a proposal to clean it. I had the service done this week and could not be more satisfied. The roof/shingles look brand new! Highly recommend Atlanta's Best...very friendly customer service and technicians as well!!

I had used them a few years ago and couldn't remember why I had switched elsewhere. So I tried them again. It was hard to set up an appointment when I would be home so I could point out issues. They pushed back, and pushed back, and pushed back, and then reluctantly agreed to a time so I could speak with the techs.

They showed up on time. Techs were polite. They listened while I showed them three issues. They cleaned the gutters and then left before telling me what they found! Very disappointing.

Then, my worst fears came true. Three days later the "office" calls me to tell me I need all new gutters for over $3000. No repair options, no ideas how to make it better, just replace them. I simply said no thanks and hung up.

They charged my card for the cleaning because I "had enrolled in auto pay". No I didn't. I gave them a credit card number or they wouldn't make the appointment. I certainly would have paid but this was overstepping.

I won't be using Ken's/Atlanta's Best Gutter again.

When I scheduled an appointment it was sub/co contracted out to Ned Stevens which doesn't have such good reviews. Seems like a bait and switch. When I tried to cancel they argued with me. They finally agreed to cancel but didn't send me a confirmation. I hope they don't show up and try to charge me.

Update: The company reached out to me and explained the misunderstanding that the companies were actually co-owned. They said they would review the call and do additional training. They offered me a discount. I appreciate them taking the time.

After the call I did some research and discovered that they and several other companies are owned by Cobepa S.A. which is a private equity firm based in Belgium. Apparently private equity is buying local service companies and consolidating them.

The two workers were very careful to clean up all debris that fell from the gutters. They even minimized falling debris by hand-removing large clumps from the gutters before blowing them out with the leaf blowers. One of the workers even cleaned my pool of any debris they accidentally blew into it.

They did a great job and left everything clean, but they arrived at 8:00am, which is too early to start loud leaf blowers in most neighborhoods. After 9:00am is the standard time for this. Also, more notification and communication about the date and time of the job is required.

ABGC (Neds) is the most reliable and consistent gutter service in the area. I am so grateful to their scheduling and hard work.

They take the time to do a thorough job and leave a clean yard behind. I have never had drainage issues and I credit it all to their work and advice. They give advance notice on appointments and communicate any trouble spots they may run into.

They threw the debris from the gutters and left it on the ground and on top of my flowers. Unfortunately, I was out of town and by the time I got back, it is a complete mess. I have no idea how well they cleaned out the gutters, but they did a terrible job with the cleanup. People charging less than half their fee do a much better job.
