Guys did an excellent job. They took their time to clean out all of the downspouts and then they cleaned up after themselves all around the house. Compared to other companies we used before this was the best service.

Crew arrived around the exact time of year as expected and as was placed in my account notes. Provided a thorough roof and gutter cleaning as well as cleaned up all the debris in yard, driveway, decks and patios. My only area for improvement might be to consider using some sort of protective device on the ladder so as to ensure the contact with gutter isn’t scraped or marked (the area scraped is directly over my front door but not bad but just a suggestion).
Thanks to the crew for braving the cold temps to get this job completed on schedule.

This was the first time they cleaned our gutters since being acquired by Ned's Homes. The crew arrived on time, knocked on our door to make their presence known, cleared our gutters of a large accumulation of leaves and other stuff, and did a complete and thorough cleanup after clearing the gutters. Definitely will continue to use them for this service!

Steven works really hard. They did a great job, unclogged an underground drain and helped with a custom gutter. Very satisfied, a platinum member for years!! Worth the money. They worked to clean up all the debris as well.

Actual service was great / thorough. “Customer Service “ however, a complete failure for me. Placed our original order to just clean gutters on 11/28, did not see anyone on-site here until 1/22. NEVER had this problem from you when you serviced our former home. During that period, talked to 3 so-called customer service agents, no info further than “we will try to get to you when we can”. Helluva way to deal with customers.

The 2 men that came out cleaned out my gutters and clogged downspout. My only issue was I could not find out what day they would come in advance ( I have Dr appointments), and they did not speak English. It was difficult to explain the issues I had with my gutters. They worked quickly and cleaned up. So 4 stars.

Hired these people to clean my gutters. They were substantially cheaper than the company that I used to use. It rained a few days later and it was obvious that the downspouts had not been cleaned. I called and told them that there was a problem. They did not come back to handle the problem. I made the mistake of recommending them to a friend; mostly because of the price. I thought that it was time to write a review when my friend told me that she had the same problem with this company.

The owner of this company implies that I actually hired a different company. I can read an invoice. I've been reading for 57 years. My ability to read took me through engineering school and law school. I hired this company and they do not do good work. They are cheap for a reason.

When your gutter cleaner does poor work, water cascades from your gutters and the soil around your foundation erodes. The photo of my foundation was taken after one cubic yard of soil was added to the hole.

I wish this company spent half the effort cleaning my gutters that they spent disputing my review.

The team arrived on time and cleaned our gutters much better than they were cleaned over the past four years. We used Atlanta Best Gutter's when we lived in metro Atlanta. I am truly excited that we can use them again! I have already signed up for the twice a year cleaning of the gutters. No more worries about this project thanks to Ned's and Atlanta Best Gutters!

Ned’s comes as scheduled without me having to call or email to book an appointment. Blew my entire roof, cleaned the gutters and washed away all debris !!

Look at your quotes carefully as they are not what they seem. Quoted 468$ for a job but invoice after completion was for 580$. I was able to negotiate to the original price but buyer beware.

Ned Stevens always does a professional job for our community. Their crews are very polite.

When I called to schedule my gutter cleaning I was never given an exact date of service- instead, they gave me a three week time frame and then texted me hours before arriving to my house with no prior warning.

After the cleaning there were many instances of my gutter guard not being properly reinstalled. I have reached out multiple times to hear back from their support team to have this resolved and have not heard back from them once.

It was a good experience. They did the job quickly, and cleaned up well.

Booked for gutter cleaning with specific scheduling instructions on when available to arrive for service since had contractor on site, landscaping & out of town. Ned’s totally ignored & showed up next business day. Called & first representative RUDE & stated he didn’t care since they performed service. Do not use this company. Will have new gutters installed but not with Ned’s since they can’t follow instructions.

NedStevens bought business from Atlanta best. Since than their service is less than desirable. Many times when spoken to their CS female rep (it seems I get the same individual every time so not sure if they have only one) she’s is rude and very unhelpful and argumentative. I’ve requested my gutters to be cleaned on specific months, not only that they haven’t followed the schedule but have not provided 24h notice when they are coming out. My most recent experience, I got notification when crew was standing in front of my house. And per their CS they can not set specific dates to come out but approx depending on weather etc and that they will notify ahead of time.

Gutter Cleaning: I’ve used them for a number of years, but this year was a first - they left a bunch of Shingle Granules and Debris on my 2nd Floor balcony & outdoor furniture. They were done in less than 45 mins. I called them the day after - Monday - and sent them pix. They sent a couple of guys that afternoon (i was impressed they did it this quickly)… but it still wasn’t totally cleaned (esp the furniture). I was getting ready to hire the company to clean our windows - but i’m somehow hesitant right now. Not sure if finding good laborers these days is the issue, nevertheless they still showed back up immediately to try fixing what should have been done right the 1st time! We shall see! BTW they are reasonably priced!

Wonderful service. I had trees in my gutters. They came and took care of it, cleaned up and took everything with them. Didn’t even realize they had been there until they texted the next day. Also, I like the quarterly recalls to keep them clean. Great job! I will definitely use them again.
