Everything went wrong with this service. I called and canceled it before they started. Crews cant communicate with dispatch. They stayed and cleaned my gutters and reported everything was in good condition. The gutter is falling off the back of my house. Not in report. I have called in 2 times since and they say a manager will call me. 3 days waiting so far. Do not use this company.

I was very pleased with the work done the workers where professional and even showed me photos of the completed job! Excellent job well done!

The beginning sale pitch when I called was a little lengthy and had to say no to extras several times, but the service went as stated!
If I hadn't heard them on the roof, I wouldn't have known that they had been here!

Paid a lot of money to have brand new gutters installed. Immediately after installation we noticed there were leaks underneath the gutters on the corner pieces, and in addition when the first rain storm came the angles must have been incorrect because the water just pours over the edge of the roof and doesn't even make it into the gutter, despite the gutters being brand new and completely empty.

We waited for our next service date, today, to show the gutter servicemen the issue and they noted all the same problems. Then Ned's customer service called us letting us know their service men identified the issues mentioned above and asked if we wanted pay for the repairs. We explained these were brand new gutters installed by them and they said technically they bought the company and so any adjustments/repairs would have to be requested from the company they bought out, which I'm not sure even exists anymore. We are cancelling our cleaning service (4-6 times annually) and our HVAC service with them.

The Neds folks showed up shortly after their text message. They got straight to work to clean my roof and gutters. In a short time the work was done and they were gone. The roof looks good. This service is well worth the money as I just can't get up on the roof to do it myself these days.

The fact I can schedule them to do this twice a year is great.

I regret using Ned's Home for gutter cleaning. They charged $255.47, which is almost double what my usual company charges. While they did flush the downspouts, there was no real gutter inspection as promised—just blowing out leaves from the roof.

For the price, I expected a more thorough service. I should have stuck with my regular company, who charges less and does the same job.

The team came out and cleaned my gutters, downspouts and gulleys on the roof. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess for me to clean up when I returned home. I was pleasantly surprised to see they high quality of the work that they did. I was even called shortly after the crew left to give me feedback on a few follow-up repair items that they observed and to ask if I had any questions or feedback. Great service overall and I will definitely utilize their services again in the future!

Finally found an awesome gutter cleaning company. Show up, clean up for a reasonable price. Super pleased. Highly recommend.

They came to my place and said they couldn’t clean my gutters because there are screen covers on them. They got in their trucks and left. I called the company and they said screen covers don’t help keep trash out of my gutters and that they wanted to remove them. They tried to convince me that no screens would help my gutters stay cleaner longer and that they would remove them and take them away for about $80 plus the fee of cleaning the gutters. Trying to convince me that my screens don’t actually help my gutters stay cleaner longer doesn’t make sense. I’ll try another company.

Easy to arrange the gutter cleaning. They showed up and completed the work on their schedule. A text was sent when the crew were on their way.

I’m a repeat customer because once again I’m very pleased with the service! Juan De La Rosa Veloz and Robin Smith did a great job for me. I’ve hired several gutter cleaning companies over the last 20+ years and this the best. I was able to lock in a good price & guaranteed appointments even during busiest seasons by signing up for quarterly service.

We were late getting scheduled but when they came they did excellent work and cleaned up very well afterwards.

I was told that I could have my gutter installed the same day, but it would be extra. I was fine with that. However, the wrong crew showed up and they were unable to do any installation. This was frustrating to be told one thing then nothing happens. So one employee stated they would check and see if it could be done same day. So I waited toward the end of the day and called back and a different employee said it can’t be done and scheduled me a week out. This was frustrating. So they show up early and start the work. He made some great suggestions and I agreed. They did an excellent job. I was very impressed. The color matched perfectly, thank you very much.

I have service for gutter cleaning every few months. This last time I was home, the crew was here 7 minutes, didn't clean my gutters at all, just took pictures of my house and left. I called them and sent pictures and a video. They promised they would send a different crew and that they would include a free repair because of the inconvenience of this situation, because clearly the work didn't get done. I got charged two times for work not completed, over $660. Very frustrating situation.

I had my gutters and dryer vent cleaned by Ned's Home yesterday. The crew, Arturo and Jaime did an excellent job. They did a better job than my previous go-to gutter cleaners. Arturo and Jaime deserve 5 stars for the job. My issue is with Ned's Home scheduling. I called May 27th to get on their schedule. Service was finally done yesterday July 7th. I still might consider using them again next year mainly due to the skill and workmanship of the crew.

Super happy with this service. This is the second time I've used Ned's to clean gutters. They do a great job both cleaning the gutters and clean-up afterwards!
