I was very impressed with the thorough nature of my gutter cleaning. Not only did they blow out the debris but used a hose to completely clean out the gutters and downspouts. And washed off my house of any splatter and even our deck. Highly recommend Ned’s.

I made initial contact and enjoyed service the very next day. Gutters were a real mess but two staff showed up from Stevens Gutter first thing the next morning, promptly surveyed the challenge and immediately set up ladders and prepared equipment. Work was challenging but the two employees wasted no time in clearing the gutters and drains, then promptly cleaned up and removed all the debris. Impressive work, impressive speed, and impressive thoroughness in their work and congeniality. Glad I signed up for a year's service with repeat visits when needed - I highly recommend their service and costs.

We had new gutters installed on our entire home and WOW! The two professionals came on time and completed the job in one day. They were very professional and courteous (there was a sleeping baby in the house). They cleaned up everything and left us with a big smile on our faces. The quote given was the price they charged. Don't sleep on Ned's home....they're the best. We saved $2,000.00.

$140 for 10 minutes work. Used a blower leaving debris flying everywhere. I had to clean up my deck, yard, railings and my neighbors yard Never touched the front gutters. Will NEVER use them again! I would advise everyone to stay clear of Ned’s Gutter cleaning because they DON’T!!!

This review is really a 4.5 - I think they did a very good job, addressed my concerns about debris build-up where house met roof & left the site clean & free of debris. The only thing I had a problem with is that they couldn't tell me when they'd be at my house - not a day or a time - instead, you're notified only shortly before arrival - well, because this was the 1st time using the service, I definitely wanted to be home! Luckily, they showed up & completed the service just before we were to leave for an app't - if not, I would have cancelled.

Guys were great. Surprise when they tried to get me to buy gutters @$300, said Ned was charging to much and they could do it for less. Sounds like Ned to to check out this crew that did my job

Used Ned’s Home for gutter cleaning services in the Hiawassee GA area. On time as promised, friendly, efficient and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend them.

Brand new gutter installation. They told me they would invoice me after the installation and I would have an opportunity to look over the work, however, the auto-billed my credit card. I haven't gone up to see if the gutters are installed correctly, but these downspouts give me heartburn. Screws not in designated areas, straps cut, offset not symmetric, sometimes only two anchors for a ~30' downspout. They said they sent a guy out while I wasn't here who confirmed everything is installed satisfactorily. Emails go unanswered, they will only talk to you if you call. Though I have to say, everyone is very nice and professional in conversations. They Re-scheduled another guy to look at it with me then never showed up. They sent a guy to fix the loose anchor by jamming a screw in it. Looks like garbage. Unless you're satisfied with terrible workmanship DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Reliable. I love that every six months my gutters get cleaned . The debris is taken care of so no worries. This last time they really went the extra mile to blow the debris and all the leaves in the yard away from the house

They no longer call/text the day prior to service (to allow for cancelation/rescheduling). They text when 5 minutes away and don't identify which address is going to be serviced. I had 3 properties being serviced with N-S and this became confusing to keep track of work orders and locations being serviced, not to mention ability to reschedule when needed.

I canceled all 3 accounts because of their lack of transparency in services provided.

The cleaning crew did a great job cleaning the gutters and clean up afterwards. The crew was Rasiel's crew. I would definitely request them for my next scheduled service.

The men who cleaned my gutters were prompt, courteous and thorough. Their work is totally satisfactory. The only thing missing was the ability to get an appointment within the three weeks time frame from the time I first called. However, the satisfactory work done makes up for this.

Do not use this vendor for gutter cleaning. They do not check that gutters are flowing properly. My basement flooring was ruined because the workers did not check for gutter downspout clogs. Gutter at tube junction was so clogged, the downspout backed up to three stories high and gutter overflow at the gutter and downspout exit caused water intrusion into basement. Now I have to replace all my basement flooring. (Gutters were cleaned in July and re-cleaned a month ago by our roofers when we replaced the roof shingles). Clog material was *very old* pine straw and so much material had built up, it had to have been completely blocked when they cleaned the gutters in July. Beware! They are by no means through in there cleaning and inspection.

Their semiannual gutter cleaning was fine, although a bit pricey compared to others. My major issue was with their inspection report. They "identified" an issue with a downspout, but I couldn't tell from their description or photo which downspout had an issue or what the issue was. They kept calling, texting and e-mailing for weeks offering to complete the repair (even offering a discount), but would never explain what specifically needed repair. I finally arranged for them to schedule someone to come out to my house on a Tuesday to show me and explain the issue. Unfortunately, they texted 5 minutes before they arrived and I was checking out at Kroger. My wife was home, but said their English was not very understandable. I completed my checkout and got home within 10-15 minutes, but they left without even speaking to me (which was the purpose of their visit). I got so frustrated that I cancelled my service and will find a new gutter cleaning service.

Quick/fast service but I wish they replaced the wood before replacing the gutter. I’m concerned about wood rot and I pointed this out to the techs but they said it did not need replacing. Also, they told me they did not have 40ft ladders to work on the other 2 sides of my home. I thought they meant that the company did not work on gutters this high but after contacting customer service they advised that they do. There was definitely a language barrier. The prices are fair compared to other company quotes

The clean up crew that came the day after the first crew was fantastic. They listened to what I explained they needed to do and exceeded my expectations for clean up. Really appreciate the two gentlemen that came, they were kind, thoughtful and excellent!

I had gutters installed, the job was fine, my problem is with them billing, I setup a payment plan.I didn't authorize them to do auto pay, but they did it anyway, so I called and they apologized and said they were not going to do it again. The next month they were not authorize to go into my bank account, but they did it again. I feel they are not respecting my which to send me an invoice so I can make the payment.I feel like I'm being bullied and they are doing what they want to. It is illegal to go into someone bank account without authorization.

I had my gutters cleaned. It had been a long time since the last cleaning because I have metal leaf guards and not much debris gets in. But now they really needed it. Ned Steven's men were great! They were very professional, polite, thorough and cleaned up the mess afterward. I think the price was very fair. I can't wait to find a reason to use them again.

Ned Stevens crew showed up just when I needed them to clean pine straw out of my gutters and off of my roof. I have annual contract with them for several years…. I did not have to call them… they show up on a schedule which worked perfectly with my needs…. I cannot use products like gutter guard because I am dealing with pine straw not leaves…. The straw on the roof is as concerning as what is in my gutters…. Thank you to Ned Stevens for taking care of this problem without a call from me! 😃

I am very pleased with the regular gutter cleaning service we receive from Ned Stevens Services. They are extremely professional and the price is very reasonable. They always send notifications and announce their arrival when they arrive at our home. Definitely a 5 star company.
