House Cleaning reviews in Norcross, Georgia

I booked their services and they said they would come within a week. I had to call them about a month later because they didn't show up. That being said they did give me a small discount due to that inconvenience and they did exactly as advertised and cleaned my gutters.
So the service was good but their customer service and communication was terrible. Three stars for eventually showing up and the small discount.
P.S. not a knock on the workers that came to my place. They came, worked hard and got it done without any issues. I hope I can rely on them to show up for follow up services.
They also showed up two months in a row which was not scheduled and the guys were already on my roof and it was too late to cancel the service. They were supposed to come three times a year. I do not recommend. I will be cancelling their services. -
We contacted Ned's for a gutter repair for which we.were given a quick, fair quote. Aside from having to wait nearly two weeks for them to get to our job, the crew was exceptional in knowledge, professionalism and courtesy, making the wait for them worth it. They completed the work beautifully and left the work site spotless. We are very pleased and would certainly recommend Ned's to everyone.

I like everything about this company. The office was quick to have a human being answer the phone. The person taking the call was very knowledgeable and explained the options. The technicians arrived on time and they were very professional. Not your typical gutter cleaners. They quickly and thoroughly cleaned my roof and gutters. I have chosen the option to have them return four times each year. I highly recommend them. The price was very fair for the quality service.

I scheduled a gutter cleaning and made sure to explain during the initial order that my home has gutter guard screens. I was given a reasonable quote, and I was told this would not be an issue.
When the two technicians arrived, they stated they needed to contact the home office to approve an extra charge for removing the gutter guards. I explained — just as I had when placing the order — that the guards don’t need to be removed; they flip up easily for cleaning. Unfortunately, the customer service representative I spoke to didn't seem to understand this and kept insisting on extra charges.
While I was still on the phone trying to clear up the situation, the two technicians got into their truck and drove off — without saying anything and before the issue was resolved. Only one of them spoke English, which made communication even more difficult.
Bottom line: it seemed like the technicians saw the job might take more effort and decided it wasn’t worth their time. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. Just saying! -
UPDATE 2/14/26: I was contacted by a manager from Ned Stevens and they were able to issue me a refund for the service that was completed back in September 2025. They did offer to give me a free cleaning which I did decline because I am back on schedule with my usual company for cleanings. However, I did think it was kind of them to offer. I will note that I still am receiving mailers for the problem they found, which has been fixed by another company. The manager did promised that the mail would stop so I’m hoping that that one that I received this past week was just already sent out and they won’t be any more coming in the future. I do appreciate them doing their best to fix an issue even though it was a longer period of wait time in between the work and when I let them know that there was an issue. In the future if anyone goes to this company please know that they have a 30 day. No clog guarantee which I did not know about at the time of the work being completed by. I am happy to know more about it now. I do feel a little bit better now, knowing that if there is an issue that this company will do their best to rectify it if they can.
If I could rate them a 0-star, I would. I had a very poor experience with Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning (also known as Ned’s Home). I hired them on 9/25/25 to clean my gutters and paid $161.47. The “inspection report” I received contained only exterior photos of my property (carport, lawn, water spigot, and the door hanger on my door) and **no photos of the gutters, downspouts, or any work performed**, so I had no way to verify the service was completed.
The door hanger claimed an issue was found and instructed me to call. When I did, I clearly stated I was not interested in additional services and planned to get a second opinion from my regular gutter company. Despite this, the representative repeatedly tried to upsell me.
Four days later, my usual gutter company inspected the property and found the gutters still packed with pine straw and leaves in multiple areas, with very uneven cleaning. They provided photos confirming the gutters were not properly cleaned and that there were no structural or pitch issues just poor workmanship.
Since that visit, I have been repeatedly harassed with mailers, emails, and phone calls from 9/2025 through 2/2026, despite clearly and repeatedly requesting no further contact. I even emailed on 1/23/26 asking all communication to stop, but received yet another sales email on 2/3/26 from a different representative. I have had to block their numbers due to persistent calls.
I feel I wasted my money on subpar work and was then pressured nonstop to buy more services. This was my first experience with the company, found via Google and it will absolutely be my last. I’ve requested a refund and reported the company to the BBB. -
Just randomly chose Ned’s gutter service I was very pleased. Tech Michael and another visited my home and did a very professional service. Once the debris was removed respected my home and cleaned up the overspill. I have hired them for another service to revisit and repair he brought to my attention. Thank you very much as it’s hard to find good people and service!

Good quality work. Set the appointment for a specific day about 2 weeks in the future. Got an email the day before they were set to come out. Got a text one hour before arrival. Met them. Went over scope and they were off. Got it done quickly(small job).Crew was efficient, experienced, easy to talk to and the gutters look great!

Once I completed the online request for a quote, I was contacted within 15 minutes. I described my home layout and size, and was given a very reasonable price. Work was scheduled and the crew were at my home within the stated time frame. Thirty minutes later, the job was completed . I had a door hanger describing the job completed. They cleaned up so well I could not tell they had been there. An excellent job. I will definitely use Ned’s Home again !!

We had a great experience with the services of Zerorez! The Zerorez tech, Mr Thomas was very professional. He was open to educating us in the Zerorez process and how to keep our carpets looking great moving forward. We will definitely be back. Thank you! R. Owens

Highly recommend!!! Will be using them again. Very professional and my carpets look amazing!

With all the carpet cleaning companies out there Zerorez did an excellent and thorough professional cleaning. Price point and what they offer are both very good. Noah the technician that came was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He explained everything that was needed and asked for concerns and problematic areas. The house look and feel very clean. No stains or dirty carpet. Very pleased with service. 100% recommend.

I was loyal customer of Zerorez until today. I scheduled a cleaning for my rental property, which cost over $350. Unfortunately, I was not notified prior to the technician's arrival, as I do not live there. I was promised a 30-minute call before arrival, but that did not happen.
When I arrived, the technician was courteous but informed me that the knob on his pretreatment equipment was broken and that I would need to reschedule. He mentioned he would provide a deep discount. While I understand things can go wrong, this required me to take time off work and navigate Atlanta traffic.
I subsequently called the Atlanta office to speak with a manager and was connected to Caroline. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and only offered me a $25 discount when the technician had indicated a deeper discount would be available. When I inquired about waiving the walking closet fee, she declined. I expressed my expectation for thorough carpet cleaning and mentioned that I would be particular about it. Caroline then stated she would cancel my appointment because "we don't want your business." This response felt unprofessional and hurtful. I would stay away from the Atlanta location go to a different location. Caroline, a manager here is very unprofessional and disrespectful. -
Very professional. Kept in contact via emails with confirmations. The carpet and upholstery were left as brand new! I will definitely be a return customer and I highly recommend!

Ok..so my review just changed from 5 star to 1 because of the severe damage to the property.
After their services for duct cleaning, the condensation pump was either unplugged intentionally to work by their technician or knocked off by their vacuum line they used for duct cleaning.
The water overflew to the basement damaging the laminate flooring. Tried giving them a call but they are closed at the time of contact.
Awaiting their response regarding the damages
UPDATE: After a few times of explaining the situation over the phone, they sent a technician to look at it on-site. I was told since there is no proof of them causing the damage, they will not cover any repairs.
Let’s not forget that they could not have done their duct cleaning job with the pump power line being in the way in which they had to unplug to move forward with their services.
Excuse was that other people may have accessed the mechanical room. 1. It’s only the hvac system in there and water heater. 2. No other person used that room. 3. How come this happened exactly a day after duct cleaning?
After a month of going back and forth I was offered to sign a release of liability form and in return I wouldn’t have to pay for the duct cleaning service that was done.
If you are so sure of not causing the damage why offer such deal?
I would personally not ever use them after having to spend $3800 to redo the entire basement laminate.... -
Beware of Zerorez Atlanta – Classic Bait and Switch!
I feel completely deceived by Zerorez Atlanta. I booked upholstery cleaning after being promised over the phone that their system would remove pet stains/odors and even make my furniture last longer. I agreed to a quote of $310.
When the crew arrived, I was hit with a surprise: apparently, I had only signed up for a “Tier I” cleaning (something NEVER mentioned before). To actually remove the pet odors I specifically asked about, they wanted another $65. Then they had the nerve to push a $75-per-sofa “stain guard” on top of that.
This is nothing short of a bait-and-switch scheme. They lure you in with bold claims, then pressure you into expensive “upgrades” the moment they’re inside your home.
The technicians themselves were kind and professional, but the business practices are manipulative and dishonest. I was left with drying furniture, a lighter wallet, and a sick feeling that I had been scammed.
Save yourself the frustration. Get everything in writing if you dare use them—or better yet, take your business elsewhere. -
Had a great first experience with Zerorez today. Brandon and Jay were very courteous and knowledgeable. Brandon demonstrated a level of care rarely seen. Scheduled both HVAC systems to be cleaned along with air ducts. Upon seeing the 2nd system and the zoning set up on it, Brandon advised it would not be best to service it due to the damage that could be caused. He could have easily performed the service and left me with a nightmare. Thanks Brandon for educating and doing the right thing. The service performed on our upstairs unit was great, but the customer service exhibited was superb.

Zero experience or knowledge in handling oriental rugs. Tore it while stuffing into the back of his van. I’m heartbroken and wish I had never trusted them. Do not use!
Update: Zerorez refused to clean my rug that they damaged so they did an unscheduled drop off and left it on the street uncovered and unprotected. -
I had an appointment set today for a window between 12 and 3 PM and at 245. I get a text that they will be late. I called to confirm and they said they were 60 minutes out. I waited an additional 10 minutes and they are still not here. What a horrible experience. I spent all morning prepping and moving furniture so they can come in and swiftly do their service. Why bother setting an appointment and the flood of appointment confirmations via text?

The guy was awesome. I wish my carpet would've come cleaner but he did give a disclaimer so I can't complain too much. I've seen other companies get those high traffic stains up but I suppose it's the tradeoff for not using harsh chemicals. Overall the customer service was great and the rest of the carpet looks ok. I don't have another company to compare it to directly so we'll see next time ill try someone else.

"ZeroRes completely ruined our expensive silk-and-wool rug.
Despite multiple attempts to fix it, they left us with a completely damaged rug and "ZERO RESOLUTION!! A small yellowing spot they managed to spread to a 4 foot square area. Their customer service was unhelpful, and then offered to come back out to clean the pad for $65. The pad was not even the problem! I would not recommend their services in a million years!!! -
Every single aspect of the service was fantastic. From the easy scheduling, the payment process, and the cleaning service itself. We had 3 rooms and a hallway done, and the carpet had gone through A LOT before Zerorez came. The result was carpet that looked like it did when we moved in. The technician checked in before, during, and after the appointment, since I could not be there. Customer service is top-tier. Truly appreciative of the experience.
