Erik & Jay were FANTASTIC! ZeroRez helped me sleep better by cleaning the ducts, and getting the mold out, so i can breathe fresher air in the home!

Appointment started earlier than slated, which was a plus. Service was done professionally and timely. Will use Zerorez again.

I have no carpet so only had upholstery cleaning of a rocker recliner and a king headboard only. When I scheduled by phone I was told the price is was $187. I asked if that was for each and was told that was for both so I scheduled the appointment. Here's the deal. That is the price to simply clean it. Using a sanitizer on it is extra, reapplying a fabric protector is extra. The technician did a good job and listened to my feed back. The chair wasn't as clean as I hoped but he spent an extra 10-15 mins. working on the areas of my concern and it actually was much cleaner. The catch is that by the time I added extras the total was just over $400. Lesson learned is that I should have asked about these costs. The technician did give me $100 charge for fabric protection for both as opposed to $79.00 each. I just wish pricing was very up front when scheduling. It makes it feel like such a scam when the technician gets there and has to up sell or has to tell you it's extra to sanitize. Shouldn't clean and sanitize always be the standard? When I clean at home it includes both.

I had my carpets cleaned on 01/14. I had a work trip that evening so i didn’t see the extent of the finish producted until today. (I’m just now returning ) My carpets still look the same. The whole service lasted maybe 20 min. The technician said the fluffiness wouldn’t come back in the carpet but I already expected the color of the carpet to change. He was nice but i’m very disappointed

Tech was very nice, did all the areas as requested. My sofa looks nice. He pre-treated and worked extra on one area for us and it looked good when he left, but when it dried the spots all came back.
-company came back after our first review, however the new tech stated the 1st one should not have cleaned our carpet without pretreatment first and “made the stain worse”. My husband got a manager once who said he would call back but did not. Now zerorez won’t answer or return our calls. What happened to the 30day warranty? Our carpet actually looks worse than when we started now that it has dried and we are having to find another carpet cleaner. - Pics are from after the cleaning has dried!

Donta and Ethan did a great job cleaning our ducts. They were early, professionally, and very accommodating and kind. Our oldest son loves learning new things and asking all the question! Thank you guys for getting our ducts nice and clean and getting us on the books quickly.

This week has been an excellent week! Our home is 4 year old and we decided to refresh our duct systems and furnance and we chose Zerorez because we had them out last month to refresh our carpets upstairs and their employee for that service was amazing. So we decided to use them again for our duct and furnance maintenance.

ZEROREZ must have sent their number 1 guy (Tilon) out to install our air purifier to our duct and furnace systems. Nothing but clean air from now on.

Tilon was so professional. He took the time to respect our home by covering his shoes before else entered. He installed our air purifier systems and explained in detail how it works, the warranty, the ability to move the systems to a new location if we decided to sale our home, and how to register the units online. We purchased (2).

Zerorez, if you read this review you should be proud of your employee (Tilon). When we use your service again in the future, please send Tilon back. We will welcome his presence and expertise any time.

STANLEY STEAMER I’m coming back! I had a terrible experience with Zerorez!! They didn’t do a good job of getting my carpet cleaned thoroughly and convinced me I needed an extra service that I saw no benefit. I was offered a re-service with a Quality Lead Technician and a regular service technician showed up asking “how can I help out”. He spot cleaned the carpet and left without letting me he was done. I looked out the window and his truck was gone. Thankfully, my carpet looked better than the job the first technician did. Don’t bother give these people your business. They have no customer service skills and don’t care if their customers are satisfied with their service. Go to Stanley Steamer! They been around and know how to treat their customers!

Had my air ducts cleaned by zero rez. The technician upsold me to have the coil and blower cleaned and install a UV light to prevent mold growth in the ducts. Originally quoted $400ish the total bill with all the up sold products was $1600 which is fine seemed fair . The issue I’m having is now my hvac isn’t functioning properly and neither was my heat. The technician turned the system back on and I could feel it blowing air from the vents but the weather outside was in the 60’s so my heat and air conditioning never triggered to turn on while the tech was present . They’re supposed to be open sundays according to their website and I’ve been on hold for over an hour trying to talk to someone to help me go through their checklist of what they touched to troubleshoot why nothing is functioning properly . Very dissatisfied and feeling taken .

This was our second time using Zerorez, and once again they exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain the process, paid attention to detail, and left our carpets looking and feeling refreshed. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and the consistency in quality is why we continue to choose them. Highly recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy carpet cleaning service.

Timothy was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process, what he was doing, and why it mattered. He worked meticulously, respected our home, and ensured everything was done thoroughly and cleanly.

You could immediately tell the difference in air quality after the service. There was no pressure or hard selling — just honest recommendations and a genuine focus on doing the job right.

Excellent service from Dylan! He cleaned the carpet of all the bedrooms, the hallway and the staircase meticulously. He did not rush through any of the rooms rather took time to clean all the area to ensure that it gets clean properly. I was really impressed to see how he cleaned carpet of every riser and nosing of all 15 stairs. Not a single inch of carpet got missed by him! Great job Dylan and kudos to Zerorez!!

Initially I was done with Zerorez, I was having my carpets cleaned because we have pets and it was just time. The first initial service was horrible, the technician was rushed and did a very subpar job. I called and left a message to be called back by a manager. It was less than 24hrs and I received a call by a young lady (and I’m sorry her name escapes me) but she was very helpful and got me an appointment for a re-service the very next day.
A technician showed up at the exact time window as advised and I briefly explained to him all the things that were wrong. Initially he was reluctant to hear my claims and hit me with all the company jargon, but then I posed some questions to him as this wasn’t my first time getting carpet cleaned and is when he realized maybe we didn’t get the service we should have.
He spoke with his Disptach and informed them what was going on and gave him the go ahead to move forward.

He redid the space which I had a problem with and he did a fantastic job. The carpet looked amazing.
Mr. Shamari saved the day and the reputation of Zerorez, which is why I sought them out to begin with, but it made me realize when people don’t value your vision and does something on your behalf incorrectly, it can ruin a reputation, thank you Zerorez for listening to your customer and making things right.

Tim was amazing! He was professional, personable, and made the whole experience easy from the start.

He also has a great sense of humor — super funny and easy to talk to, which made the appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell he really cares about customer service.

Looking forward to seeing the final results, but so far I’m very impressed. Highly recommend!
