This was a wonderful company to work with. From, Claudia to Eric they were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Plus if there were problems during the job, they called for help from managers who arrived quickly and helped get the work completed. Can’t thank them enough.

Wonderful service ! We lost AC on the hottest day ever and they came out that day and had us back up and running within the hour. The woman who took my call was a joy to talk to and Eric our service person was amazing. Really awesome experience. I would highly recommend them .

I would highly highly highly recommend Weldon. They sent a knowledgeable tech out named Eric to service our HVAC unit. He explained the system to me, important things to do to keep it running at optimal level and was just really cool to talk to. Best HVAC person who’s been over.

Eric was on time with professional appearance. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. He answered all questions thoughtfully and with expertise. He made the process easy and the care he took gave the impression that our furnace was now well-maintained.

The installers were on time and very polite. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves, which was very much appreciated.

Fantastic experience overall! Tech Er*c was very personable and constantly described what he was doing and exhibited a professional demeanor at all times....saved us about $300 in terms of diagnosing! Would recommend to anyone going for the big players in the field: choose a local company instead which is honest and conversant about what they are doing on your HVAC stuff. Will call these guys back for maintenance and possibly a free estimate to install a new HVAC in place of an ancient HVAC downstairs next year! Cannot believe honest companies/techs still exist in the modern age AND totally recommend and approve. GO WITH THESE GUYS!!!

We were looking for good HVAC company for long time. We've found Weldon Heating and Cooling. He is fantastic to deal with! He does a great job and is exceptionally knowledgeable. Most of all he's not a scam artist who tried to sale capacity, thermostat like some other. He really cares about his customer. A great pick for your HVAC needs.

I have had uneven heating problems in my 1960s ranch ever since I bought it a decade ago. I called Weldon to see if they could figure out how to change my ductwork to fix the problem. The estimator identified a lack of return ducts and other imbalances. His expertise and proposed solutions inspired a lot of confidence! The install team was also very professional, friendly, and efficient. They did such an excellent job that rooms of my house that were always cold in the winter are now toasty warm! It’s like I have a whole new house! I would definitely recommend the Weldon crew to anyone!

Alvin explains what he is doing each and every step (without me asking). He takes his time to ensure the service is done right. We've used Central Heat and Air for many years and their service and technicians have always been good. The most recent tech, Joshua B, was exceptional: knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He answered our questions and explained some technical details in a way we could easily understand. We've requested him to be our go-to service person. Highly recommended!

Alvin came by to check out our unit on one of the hottest weekends of the year and got us back up and running in less than an hour. He was kind and super knowledgeable, too!

I had the privilege of having my yearly maintenance of air and heating systems by Central Heating and Air Tech (Alvin). The Technician was very knowledgeable about my systems and explained how they worked and what he had tested. I highly recommend this company that I have used for years.

Have had a maintenance contract with Central since I purchased my house in 2010 and have always been pleased with the service. When the A/C stopped cooling during some of the hottest days this year, I braced myself for the worst. But my technician Alvin was courteous, professional, and found the problem right away. After replacing the capacitor, we were cool and comfortable again! I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Alvin arrived (on time). He was very thorough checking the system and cleaning the compressor unit outside. He also changed the filter. He does a very good job and gives me peace of mind about the reliability of my system.

We’ve done business for a number of years with Central H&A and our Technician Robert is THE reason we continue with. He is knowledgeable and totally focused on our system. He's a quiet man which I like so he's never distracted from why he's here. He is honest about what he assesses as the life of our system. We sincerely hope Robert is well taken care of and that we have him throughout the future. Business names are one thing, but the people make the business. He does just that.
