We had a great experience with Weldon. We wanted a second opinioin on whether we needed to replace our furnace, we called them and they came out same day for a reasonable price. They communicated well waht the issue was and what their recomendadtion was. They also lent us space heaters as well since we had to keep our furnace off. Would definitely recommend working with them if you are looking for good customer service and a team that knows what they're doing.

Will came and checked out our system for fall and winter coming up. He was friendly, professional, quick, and efficient.

We love Paul Assini. He came and efficiently changed our filter and set us up for hot weather. He is friendly and courteous and professional.

Today, Thomas Muller was courteous and professional. He checked out our system and said we were good to go.

Matt was friendly and informative. He went above and beyond by discovering our dryer vent was disconnected and he took care of it.

Weldon Heating & Air Conditioning really helped us out yesterday. Our air conditioner was not blowing cold , and the temperature in the house was really high. I called, and they sent Tommy out in the afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and by evening we were cool and happy again. I will continue to use Weldon. All my experiences with them have been really satisfying. They are friendly and honest too! Highly recommend!

They are part of the family. I speak to the same people every time I call. Eric does my checkups. Other companies would be at our house for less than an hour doing the checkup on our three units. Eric is there for three hours and is working hard the whole time making sure the units are in top shape. They care and it shows.

The work crew was friendly and understanding, explained what they were doing and checked into some related problems.

William came to service our HVAC and was so knowledgeable and took his time to throughly look over our system as well as explain his findings. William is the best and trustworthy. Hope he is our technician again in the future!

My AC broke on a hot day in July and it was quickly determined (by another company) that I needed to replace my entire 19 year-old HVAC system. I got multiple estimates and decided to go with Weldon. They did a great job explaining different options and emphasized that they are a local, family-owned company who do not lock you into service contracts and have better warranties than the competitors. They gave me two temporary AC units to help me stay cool until they could install the new AC, something the other companies did not offer. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. Communication by text and email was easy. I was very happy with their service.

Will was very thorough and spent a lot of time, not skipping over anything. I was very pleased with his effort.

Our 17 year old unit finally stopped working during the recent heat wave and we had a tech with another local company come out to take a look. They quoted around $1,200 to patch the unit up with no promises as to how long it would last as the other components were so old. We decided to get a few quotes on total system replacement and had four contractors come out. Weldon was not the cheapest (or most expensive) and I really appreciated that Bryn wanted to take a look at the entire system, contorting himself through our crawlspace to inspect areas others had not. We felt absolutely no pressure to commit on the spot and Bryn masterfully ran through everything he felt was needed to bring our old system up to modern standards.

Once we made our decision, our install was done the next business day and we have been staying cool since. I enjoyed speaking with the install tech and he was very kind with answering my many questions. All trash was removed and the area around the unit looks great.

Also, the thermostat included with the system we chose was a little too basic for our liking, so we called Weldon and asked if there was an opportunity to upgrade. They are scheduled to come out tomorrow to install a new programmable thermostat.

Weldon Heating and Air came out to do a very difficult HVAC replacement at our home last year. They did an excellent job and I've actually had other types of contractors comment on the workmanship when they were in the crawl space.

Today we woke up on a very cold morning to our thermostat not working. Weldon had a technician out, replaced a small frozen drain pipe with a larger one, and had our heat running again by 9:30 am.

All of the technicians I have met from Weldon are very professional, competent and hard working. 100% recommend this company.

I met the techs at a home show. Great group. It took multiple emails over many days to schedule an appointment. Once the appt. was booked, the tech arrived as planned. He stated I would need a new motor as mine was installed incorrectly. I accepted his diagnosis. Three days later Claudia, the lady working the back office, yet again has not respond to any emails.

Techs seem good but the back office lady doesn't do her job. If you are in need of service due to your HVAC not operating, look some place else.

Weldon HVAC was highly recommended on Tucker Town Talks Facebook group which is how I came to use them. Lovely front office staff in scheduling and Eric was a great friendly technician who also educated me about the unit I had. Great service and highly recommend them.

Paul was amazing this morning. Plenty of videos, pictures and explanations on what he was seeing and what the fixes were for our HVAC unit. Would recommend to anyone! Great service!

My grandmother has been using Weldon for almost twenty years and we've always been happy with their services! Both Will and Eric were wonderful and we appreciate how detailed they were in explaining what needed to be done with making our air conditioner more efficient. Will made sure our furnace keeps running for longer and we'll be grateful for that come this winter.
