I live in an upscale community and had an air-conditioning issue so I called reliable and told me it would be $1800 for a new fan motor I couldn’t believe it so I got on line and found this company. Richard came out. Gave me a price for 620 for a new motor capacitor and labor. definitely will use them again.

Have dealt with them for both my home and business. They’ve always been professional and gone above and beyond with their excellent work. Their expertise is top notch and their experience allows them to diagnose the issues quickly and determine the best course of action with long term solutions. I’d highly recommend them as their costs are not only competitive but better than the other estimates I received on both residential and commercial jobs. They’re excellent on all fronts: repairs, replacement and maintenance as needed.

These guys are great! For so many reasons! Their customer service was outstanding, they were respectful, clean, helpful with any questions, genuinely honest and got the job done very timely and effectively. Clay, the owner of Arctic Blast was very communicative and helpful with regards to finding a time slot that suited my crazy schedule. My A/C unit AND furnace was installed that day! Living in Georgia, one must have a dependable A/C unit and I was very grateful for these guys getting the job done, AND right before a heat spell.

Clay came out today to service a system he installed almost 4 years ago. I was so impressed with the initial installation that I tell all my friends about Arctic Blast when anyone needs AC help. This visit solidified what I thought 4 years ago. So happy to have Arctic Blast available when I need them. There simply are not true craftsmen around much anymore., Deal with confidence with this fine company. Clay is a great guy and takes pride in his work and providing superior service.

I highly recommend Arctic Blast Heating & AC. Our AC went kaput in the first week of August in Georgia. Clay and Arctic Blast took care of us quickly, gave us a stellar price, and he was very responsive. He gave us far better prices than Arcadia or Casteel. I was so impressed! His team that installed our HVAC had worked with Clay for many years and the lead technician had 32 years of experience. Also, Clay told me that there was a high voltage surge that killed our AC compressor. The other two companies didn't mention it. However, when the insurance guy came out and looked at the unit, he confirmed Clay's assessment, which meant the home insurance company helped us replace the unit ($$) !!! Clay and his guys did a great job replacing an evaporator coil that failed on my AC unit the other day. Their price beat all the other estimates I got, they arrived on time, and they finished the job promptly. The guys were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will definitely be a return customer if/when the need arises.

I left a v/m for Clay and he returned my call right away. I explained what was going on with my outside unit and he suggested general troubleshooting tips by turning the circuit breakers off and on. By doing so, it started working again. This guy is fair and honest and I highly recommend using his services. I definitely will!!

Contacted Clay (the owner), advised him of the issue and he was able to stop by en route to another job within an hour and fixed the problem. Looking forward to coming home to a nicely cooled house on this hot July day. I’ve used this company several times and have always had a great experience with no issues to note. Will definitely call Clay and his team back with any future needs and would highly recommend to others in need of good, honest work.

Update: We have now used Arctic Blast to completely replace our HVAC and they did an excellent job! After shopping around for prices, they came in with the lowest price and were available to quickly come out to haul away our old system and install the new. The price they quoted us is exactly what it cost! No hidden fees! They are always available quickly when we call.

I called several companies when our heat went out on a Friday morning. Arctic Blast was able to send someone out in the quickest response time. They came early Saturday morning and were very professional. Brian quickly assessed the problem and fixed a part which saved us a lot of money! He said he would come back and do a tune up in the spring so we could get a few more years out of our unit (which is around 20 years old). I appreciated that he didn’t just try to sell us a new unit, but wanted us to get the most life out of the one we had!

Wow, these guys are great! After a tough week trying to deal with a home warranty company and their shady contractors I came across Clay and Arctic Blast. Our AC had been down for a week and we had to stay with a friend with our dogs. Clay made time to meet with me the same day. He listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. He was able to work us onto the schedule the next day. His crew was professional, friendly, arrived on time and got right to work. They replaced my system in two hours and everything is working perfectly. They even took time to explain everything they were doing which gave me peace of mind. I don’t think I have ever been as pleased to have any contractor in my house. I’m so glad I got a second opinion. What a great service experience! How often do you get to say that?
