I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in sears on my project.
1. My project took 2 months longer than what I was promised. I had to track down my project coordinator to find out why nothing was being done or why I hadn't heard anything.
2.I had to take alot more time than expected to meet contractors to do things they should of done the first time they came out but didn't. I personally had to be present to ensure the work was done.
3. I had to do work myself because I was told it couldn't be done but for an extra charge they would do it even though I was originally told they could do it.
4. My project coordinator Nathan was horrid! He clearly knows nothing about construction and I don't understand why he was placed in that position. Sears should pay me for doing his job!
5. I asked for an itemized bill before I was charged so I could make sure I wasn't being charged for things sears didn't do. I've yet to hear anything, 6 days after Nathan said he would have someone send it to me.
I will not be using Sears for any future anything and will discourage anyone who is thinking about using sears for future projects.

Victor, our installer was fantastic and did a great job. The job turned out to be more than expected and we were very pleased with the quality of work done. No shortcuts, and very professional. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with the heating and air installation we had done with Sears recently. They finished everything efficiently. All in one day. All seems to be working very well so far. I would definitely recommend Sears heating and air to anyone who cares about quality and making sure everything is up to code. We were approved quickly for credit and the monthly price was affordable. Thank you Sears!

Our furnace caught on fire, very terrifying. Sears made it so easy had an adjuster out me the next week we had a new furnace. The guys who came to install the furnace were very nice punctual and polite. Would definitely recommend to everyone

The whole process was easy and pleasant. Everyone from Qui who did my at home estimate, to Tim at the installation office, to Cory and Eric who actually did the install was great to work with. After years of having different people patch on my ac system, only to never fix it but take my money - I finally have a system that works with a digital thermostat and energy efficient. I'm looking forward to lower energy bills every month. Thank you to everyone at Sears who helped me.

I absolutely love the service from the sale presentation through to the finish the project. The greatest person the customer sees is the installer. Victor is absolutely exceptional, I'm sure you wish you could clone him. He is professional in all ways; his area is clean at all times and took care of my home as if it were his. Victor was able to explain a way a problem that was created by the sales person. The hanging barn door present a set of unique problems that the sales person should review with the customer. Victor handled it so professional in trying to teach me. I also wanted the wall to go to the ceiling and if I hadn't called in and added the trim the job would not be completed with a finished look. The sales people need to explain more to the customer as I thought I could have that trim about shoulder height as in he picture but it was really needed to fill the gap between the gap and the ceiling.
Those are just a couple of issues created by the sales force, but; victor handled everything in an exceptional professional manner.

It took over two months before the project was started and we had to keep calling to get an update on the starting time of our project. They could have been a little more professional in letting the customer know the status of their project without the customer having to contact you. The two men that done the work were very professional and polite and done a very wonderful job.

The worst company they do a temporary fix for 30 minutes and as soon as they leave the HVAC stopped working and then they reschedule you after 10 days

My 22-year old Air Conditioner failed on one of the hottest days of the year. Clay came the following day in the morning. He was prompt, professional, thorough and honest. He made everything super simple. Did not try to sell me anything. Showed up on time and solved the problem! Even provided some very useful tips and recommendations. I recommend their service without any reservations and would definitely use them again!

I had contracted with Arctic Blast Heating & A/C to install a new HVAC system for my 2-story 3BR/2.5BA home in Nov. 2020. Around Mar. 1, 2024 I noticed the A/C blower wasn't turning on (heat was working). I called Arctic Blast to get a quote for a service call ($80) and texted some basic troubleshooting I had tried (I have an EE degree and worked for Mitsubishi Electric US for a few years). I had it roughly narrowed down to the thermostat, but wasn't sure - Arctic Blast came out and confirmed. They texted an ETA before coming out and showed up promptly, wearing shoe protectors when entering the home. Their diagnosis took maybe 30 minutes. They offered to install a new thermostat but I declined, so I only had to pay the $80.

No made-up issues to charge me more money, no hard sell on a new thermostat, everything up-front and honest. I will definitely use them again, even considering purchasing their annual routine HVAC maintenance package for $150! The only negative (not their fault) is that the attic is over our daughter's bunk bed, which is a royal pain to move.

Call on a Saturday afternoon to get a quote on a new HVAC system. Sunday morning Clay showed up promptly and was a pleasure. He genuinely cared about provided quotes for systems that matched our needs. Additionally, hats off to the install team led by Richard that managed to get the furnace into our tiny attic space. This is a professional company that cares about their clients and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

A few years back Arctic Blast replaced one of my A/C units. That unit works perfectly to this day! Today, they replaced my 2nd unit (in one day)! Quoted with other companies, but Arctic Blast remains the best service for the price. Give them a call for sure! Thanks to Clay and Richard for explaining the installation process step by step, and even allowing me to observe their work.

Clay, the owner of this company, just left my house. I am blown away with his level of service and knowledge. He came in, diagnosed the problem and made the needed repairs quickly. Both HVAC units at my house were replaced recently with brand new 2 ton 16 SEER Rheem models by Arctic Blast Heating & Air Conditioning. Clay and Rick did a great job. They were on-time, explained everything well, no issues with installation and reasonable price. I love the new wireless thermostat. Would recommend them to anyone.

I bought my home in November 2018 and wanted the heating and air system checked. Arctic Blast came (at the exact time of appointment window) out and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and did not try to sell me anything. In fact, the technician gave me some advice on simple repairs that I could do so as to not pay him $100 to do it! He noted some things that I should be concerned with in the fall when it is time to service the furnace but again, did not try to sell me on it today.

I called this company to do AC tuneup service for my Johns Creek house earlier May 2019, and the service was performed very smoothly with 3 units of coolant added in one unit. On the Friday before Memorial Day, one unit stopped working and Arctic Blast technician came to repair on Saturday Morning. After hours of troubleshooting under the hot sun, they figured out it is the compressor oil jammed up. They fixed it and did not charged me a penny. This is a great company! It is not big, but technicians are very knowledgeable and they have a great passion to help you. Definitely I recommend Arctic Blast for you.

Clay was very professional. He made sure he found the same Lenox thermostat before He scheduled the appointment. The technician arrived right on time the next day. He did diagnosis and replacement of my thermostat with a new one. He collected all the details for filing a warranty. He stayed till heat and cool functions were verified. He had great attitude and was happy to be there. He has provided a great service and I am a happy customer!!
