My repair was simple. The exhaust pipe was damaged causing the heater to shut down due to heat build up inside the system. Now that I think about it I had a new roof installed and I feel the roof installers caused the damage. My home is now warmer and I had to turn the temperature down to 70. I am very happy with the results. Winter storm coming this weekend to Atlanta and I was afraid I would have to get a hotel room. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable.

They went above and beyond for me as a customer. Very patient, knowledgeable & worked with all the questions that I had offering recommendations and options specific to my situation. And most importantly, I haven’t had problems since they’ve fixed my air and this is being written 7 months after service was rendered & still no issues.

They have the best service. Very dependable. Keep in contact.
The technician was knowledgeable, spoke English, kind, very presentable, very careful, kept me informed about what he was doing and even sent me a video showing inside my system abd it working. Totally awesome. I would never have another company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our United Air Temp technician, Derrell Lackey, arrived at our home to perform preventive maintenance on our furnaces well within the time that had been promised. He was very friendly and professional, and serviced our two furnaces quickly. He kept us informed as to what he was doing all along the way, and he was a joy to work with. The entire process was just exactly that - professional and friendly - from the time that I called to schedule the service to the moment that Derrell left. UAT has always been like that, though. The company is a pleasure to work with, and I appreciate them very much.

I reached out to United air temp during the last week of December because I was provided their information by a family member who uses them. I was told they had a special going on for a Clean and Check of my HVAC system. The process from beginning to end was enjoyable. The technician, Bryan, arrived when he said he would and he was able to answer my questions. I’ll definitely be using them in the future!

The technician Kaleb and his trainee were the best! They were very pleasant, understanding, and explained everything that was going on. They were sent by my home warranty company, I will ask for them whenever I need service on my heating unit.

Rodney came out today and was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. The entire experience was great and my HVAC problem was fixed. But, I must also acknowledge his manager, Joe Nolan, who rectified an unresolved problem from months ago, and called me on a Saturday to assure me that my problem would be resolved. I think United is a trustworthy and reliable company that I will certainly call again when I need HVAC work done.

United Air Temp saved my cold house. Working thru AHS who doesn’t monitor what parts some of their vendors replace on your unit in need of a repair. In this instance UAT took the time to discuss what was going on with my gas furnace, gave me viable options and recommendations, then went above and beyond to remedy my situation. UAT is a conscience and responsible option who I will work with going forward. They’ve got my home heated again!!!

I called United Air Temp about 2pm today. They had a technician at my house around 5pm the same day! Other places quoted me 8 days as the soonest someone could come out (the high for the day was 37 degrees with the rest of the week not much higher)!

Caleb, the technician who came out, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! He quickly found the issue and had the house heating up quickly.

Greeted at the door by Caleb, with shoe covers on. Technical knowledge and skills displayed were impressive. Checked my heating unit for issues reported and identified corse of action to work with. All work explained and in details reflecting on forms signed. Consistent and would look forward any work coming from company.

Rodney your technician was great not only did he fix the issue he took his time and explained the process on what was wrong and what needed to be done and he did it in a timely manor. He was running a little late but call us and gave us his expected eta. Which we appreciated and he showed up and got right to the repair and was able to repair both furnaces. Best service we have had we will always request your company from our home warranty company and Radney.

Was available from 2-7p to receive the employee to do my air conditioner maintenance, but no one ever showed. The next morning I got a text asking me to reschedule my maintenance. I know of 2 other people who used this company and told me the service department is not at all reliable. Was able to reschedule. We will see if communication regarding coming vs not coming is any clearer.

Wow!!! Highly impressed. I was given this company through AHS but SO very pleased!!! My technician, Rodney was great!!! He called me 30 mins out and was actually at my residence within the time he quoted. Once inside my home he was very professional, explained everything to me and once he put heat back in my home he gave it 10 mins to confirm it would not shut off AND stood above vents to confirm heat was flowing through!!! I would recommend this company to anyone with HVAC issues!!!

Justin's Technician at United Air Temp, John, is an expert in the HVAC/Furnace realm. He was able to clearly diagnose the issue. He kindly reviewed the system with me and walked me through the corrective action he took to get the furnace up and running again. My family and I are so greatful we have a warm home again on a 23 degree Fahrenheit cold day!
