I called Shaw during the morning regarding problems with my upstairs unit and by the same afternoon, my air was back working with everything resolved! Richard was absolutely outstanding to work with! He was professional, courteous, and kind from the beginning to the end of the transaction. He went beyond the call of duty and explained every detail regarding our units, gave us several extra tips on how to save on our power bill, and made sure we were getting optimum air flow before he left. The customer service Richard provided was excellent and Shaw's prices were very reasonable and affordable in comparison to other quotes I received. If you need any type of HVAC service done, don't hesitate to call Shaw Air....you will be glad you did!!

Richard Shaw installed our unit and told us we had a warranty and now he refuses to respond back to us to address our issues.
DO NOT USE HIM or his company for anything. They are very unreliable.

after over a month of thinking what to write i finally came up with the words to say. this does not have anything to do with a service provided rather a accident.on oct 7th of 2025 Richard came to the company i work for and rented a lift and trailer. while turning around in our parking lot he hit my parked car. he gave me his insrance information and said " if it is under 3 grand i will pay for the repairs out of my pocket rather than filing a claim" a couple days later i sent him copies of the estimates and he said he would get back with me. now the fun part. after another two weeks of waiting for a call and getting no replies to text i had sent i filed a claim on his insurance. low and behold he DID NOT have insurance on his company truck when he hit my car.. he renewed his policy after he hit my car in our parking lot. after speaking to his insurance co,pany rep she advised me there was nothing they could do since he had renewed the policy AFTER he hit my car. i reached out again to Richard asking what he wanted to do and how we could settle this. now it is in the hands of my insurance company and after the first of the year my lawyer.. i am just glad no one was injured but i would think a "business" owner would have insurance on their vehicles.
So since this review Richard and his wife have decided to go to my employers Google page and make fake reviews.. here is a photo from the video of Richard truck on the hood of my car.. hard to deny with video proof..

I would be weary of working with Shaw Air. I am a small business owner (Bulletproof Equipment Rentals in Loganville). Richard Shaw rented equipment from us and in the process hit one of our employees cars in the parking lot. He at the time did not have insurance on his truck (though he presented an insurance card to our employee) so my employee is having make a claim on HIS insurance to get the car repaired. Not to mention we are owned for the overage on the rental because he did not return it on time and we had to recover it from the job site.

Richard, running a business is hard, but doing the right thing and being responsive is not. Handle your business man.

Got a service appointment the day I called. Their staff was fantastic! They was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Would recommend them to anyone.

Come home at 7 pm to a HOT HOUSE...compressor not running. Called this company and their staff was out lightening fast to fix an electrical short and blown capacitor. Excellent quick professional service at a fair price! A+ company!
