We've used Spencer Heating and Air for several years, and we continue to be highly pleased with their service. Alessandro was our technician for our most recent system check and filter changed. We found him to be prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Also pleased with the fact they are intentional about fitting in their service with our schedules. It's a pleasure doing business with people like this!

We have been using Spencer H&A for almost a decade and have been so impressed with their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. Andrew did a great service check on our furnace today, and we count on Spencer to keep our home warm in winter and cool in summer!

2ND REVIEW 2/4/26 Alessandro performed our yearly contract renewal. Our heating system was checked today. Alessandro is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We have used Spencer's for all of our HVAC needs for years, including installation of a complete new system. You will not find a better company than Spencer's.

I was very pleased with the furnace yearly tune up. I have been using Spencer HVAC service for over 20 years and they never fail to send out a highly qualified and friendly technician to do the job. They come out twice a year once for the furnace in the fall and once in the spring for the ac every year for the past 20 plus years.

Huge fan of Jay S. as a sales man! He explained the whole process to me in a family type way, given how little i knew about HVAC units. They installed my new HVAC in March 2025, and the entire team was extremely professional. Also, big fan of David Merrick who maintained my account. They came out free of charge on a leak that was unrelated (roof damage), and quickly diagnosed I had a different issue. All things considered, I have been happy with my purchase.

I called about 930 AM and she told me they'd have someone here between noon and 5 PM. Alessandro showed up about 1 PM, quickly went to work and had the problem resolved in a fairly short period of time. The longest thing was letting the heater click on and stay on long enough to know if the part needed replacing or not. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am happy.

I am so pleased with the work that Andrew did. My furnace had not been serviced for over three years and he was very thorough in checking everything and making sure that everything was working correctly. He showed me the old filter, which was in desperate need of being changed and put in a new one. He explained some features of my furnace that I did not even know was a part of it. Extremely professional, extremely courteous, I highly recommend using Spencer Heating And Air.

I’ve used Spencer Heating and Air for years and always been happy with the results. Honesty is important. The first time I called them it was after an HVAC company told me I needed hundreds of dollars in repairs and probably a new furnace. I contact Spencer for a second opinion and they told me I didn’t need anything and since my equipment was top of the line, to do everything I could to get it repaired if anything went wrong and not replace it. They are very responsive and reasonably priced.

I switched over to Spencer earlier this year for their annual maintenance plan on our units and can't recommend them enough. The maintenance plan is a good value and leaves us with peace of mind. During a recent maintenance visit, Austin noticed an issue with one of our units that dated back to when the unit was installed incorrectly by our last provider. Austin went above and beyond to figure it out, communicating throughout the process and even returning a second day to make sure it was resolved and then working with me to help minimize our cost. Will definitely be sticking with Spencer in the future!

Alejandro came to my house in Dunwoody today and diagnosed and repaired my furnace that was not blowing warm air. He was incredibly professional and he diagnosed and corrected the issue in a matter of minutes. One of the most professional HVAC people I've ever worked with. I highly recommend Spencer heating and air. I had read positive reviews on Next-door, but these guys are amazing

We highly recommend Spencer Heating and Air. They have serviced our HVACs for two years, and we plan to be customers for many years to come.

In August 2024, they replaced our 15-year old attic HVAC system. Last week, they replaced our 16-year old basement HVAC. We are very pleased with both systems.

Alex performed our seasonal tune-ups last week. He arrived promptly, and we appreciated his attention to detail. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting our 16-year old basement furnace. He diagnosed the problem; our heat exchanger had a hole and a few cracks. He showed me photos. The unit could not be repaired; replacement was the only option.

Three days later, a 3-man crew arrived promptly at 8 am for the 8-hour project. Brandon, Fidel, and Jalen did a superb job. We highly recommend this crew; we appreciated their attention to detail. All three are very knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up when the job was finished, and they respected our home throughout the project.

These folks are great! everyone i have ever worked with is very competent, and polite and prompt.

They take good notes, so if my usual guy isnt able to come the other tech is able to pick up on their previous notes.

I had Spencer Heating & Air Conditioning come out today to give me an estimate of what my home needs to be up to code, Replace my units (one is out completely), and repair my duct work in attic to improve air flow to all bedrooms.
Andrew saw exactly what we were concerned with and addressed our issues. He was kind, professional, and feels very trustworthy.

I’ve used Spencer for 20+ years. Easy to schedule, always on time and professional. I never feel like I’m being sold on anything not needed. Alex is thorough and respectful of property. Ben has been here many times, and services my parent’s home, and always does a great job as well.

Don’t give him your money. He took our deposit and gave excuse after excuse on not showing up to install our new ac. We scheduled 6 dates over three weeks with multiple excuses. We had to get another company to install since we have a family. Now he’s refusing to give any kind of refund. We reported him to the bbb and he ignored them also. We are taking him to court.

Richard is the most honest and trustworthy HVAC professional I’ve ever worked with. Our AC went out two days ago and we had Carter & Sons HVAC out to assess our issue today. The “tech” said we needed to replace EVERYTHING.

So I called Shaw (Richard) and he came out same day. After 5 mins of diagnosing, Richard told me we DID NOT need to replace everything. Richard proceeded to troubleshoot several different areas and discovered a few lose wires. Once Richard tightened the wires, and reset the unit, everything switched back on.

Richard saved us $6000 and we are forever grateful. Thank you!
