Randy and Andy cleaned the HVAC ducts in my large house. I was impressed with the professionalism and care displayed for my home during their visit.
These guys were very hard working , sincere and honest. I’m picky and very watchful but Air Quality System delivered in all areas.

Bottom line - They won my trust and I bet they will do the same for you. Even the staff in the office was pleasant.

I can breathe easier now.

I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate this company and the technicians who came to our house this week. They did a phenomenal job cleaning our 34 year old duct work and making the air in our home so much better. They took before and after pictures which they gave to us. They did a fantastic job cleaning up at the end of the project which was so helpful. If you need this type of work on your systems, this is the only company to call.

Excellent workers in the presence of Alan and Kevin. They did a wonderful job, efficient and mindful of a thorough clean-up of our spaces. Alan was very patient when we added on a dryer vent cleaning on such a hot day and after finishing a 2-system cleaning. Kudos to Air Quality Systems and their associates. Plus, good office staff in scheduling a timely appointment and then confirmed it the day before!

Paid for someone to clean and scope my vent. Explained at time of set-up my dryer vent layout. When technician arrived, he was asked to alert us when he needed to come inside. He didn't, and said that he does not have to come inside. Nothing came out of the cleaning. Oh, if you pay for scope pictures, you get it next business day. They don't tell you that at the time of set-up. My dryer didn't work when I tried to run it. Had to cut a hole in my drywall to shove a shop-vac in the duct to clean it from inside. Spoke with supervisor, he was very understanding. Supervisor tried to correct this, but this wasn't okay the first time.

We were very disappointed in our experience with Air Quality Systems. We have used Air Quality Systems 2 other times in the past and had a good experience so we called them again when we moved. From the very first call, everything felt like we were just going to be up-sold for all the add ons. We were told we HAD to have 2 crews to do the service since we had 4 units and 2 dryer vents. We went around and around to find a time to schedule the service specifically so 2 crews could be available but not to worry if we had 2 crews they would complete the work in half a day. Then on the day of service only 1 crew shows up. I asked about the other crew and then got a call from the office saying “yes, it’s only 1 crew today so sorry, have a nice day” and then basically ended the call. I had to call back to make sure they took the second crew charge off the invoice.

Then we were also up-sold to rent the air scrubbing machines - we’re supposed to have 4 machines to cover our home but only 2 were available because of the one crew. I had to call back again in less than 10 minutes to have them adjust that charge.

In the meantime I just had such a bad feeling that I canceled the system cleaning. I have a tiny baby in the house so the expedited original service that we were promised was ideal and I felt at the extreme costs of this service we were not going to get a quality job. I had them go ahead with the dryer vent cleaning since we are not comfortable in not knowing when the owners last had the service done (if at all).

So While the technicians have been nice, one has been on his phone the entire time - texting and looking at it while slowly performing the dryer vent cleaning. I also asked them to be try to be quiet near the baby’s room understanding the machines can be loud however they were yelling and talking to each other conversationally so loud it woke him up.

We are so disappointed with our entire experience from start to finish and have no confidence to use this company again.

After getting three new HVAC systems installed at my house that had not been likely cleaned in 18+ years, I knew it was time to hire a service to come out and thoroughly clean the ducts. I soon found that while there are a lot of companies out there that do Air Duct cleaning, they definitely are not equal and sometimes that is reflected in the price as well. As the old saying goes "You get what you pay for" and if something is too cheap, there's probably a reason for that. I found that Air Quality Sys in terms pricing was not the cheapest, but it also not the most expensive and they apparently cut a bit of a price break for residents who are doing service with them directly. These guys really know what they are doing and they also do large commercial buildings as well as residences. The staff was very helpful in helping me make the decision to hire them. Unlike a lot of air duct cleaning services, Air Quality sys uses large portable equipment that they can take room to room to ensure that no suction is lost. This is an important difference to some of the businesses that have the vacuum hose located on their truck as the length of those hoses can lose suction. They covered all three systems, every supply and return vent, took pictures and even did some large HEPA filter machines that basically are placed in the main rooms of the house to sit there and suck all the air and dust particles that are already in the home that are not in the vents and run it through a large HEPA filter. When I saw what they had collected just floating around in the air of my home that my family had been breathing every day, I was shocked. We do have dogs and cats, so I would highly recommend that extra procedure to be done for any home that has pets.

On the day of the cleaning, two technicians, Braulio and Victor and they were not only friendly and respectful of keeping the house clean, but they were here all day, at least 8 hours just cleaning and cleaning and cleaning and they did a great job of cleaning up any dust that was left behind from their equipment. They even washed and cleaned the vent covers for everything in the home making it look brand new. It was top-tier service and I'm very glad that I hired them. It's nice to finally have my home in a much cleaner state!

Tony and Luis did an awesome job. They were very professional. The stuff that came out of my ducts was ALOT after 34 years with dogs and cats and people and life. I could tell a difference in the air after they finished. They cleaned the vents and vacuumed everything before they left.

Its hard to explain but I can actually feel and sense the difference in the Quality of Air. My lungs say thank you.

The two technicians that cleaned my dryer, vents and ducts did an amazing job! Both guys were very professional, thorough and personable. They explained the process perfectly. I’d definitely recommend the company and these guys to anyone.

Oscar and Luis arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They were personable, knowledgeable and professional, and answered all questions and concerns. It took several hours to clean the very dirty ducts and vents in our 3000+ sq. ft. home, and the guys worked every minute of that without stopping. When I called to make the appointment, Cody in the office provided me with a complete rundown of exactly what the service would include, in an extremely polite and professional way. I would highly recommend Air Quality Systems to anyone needing their services.

Talk with owner of air quality systems, Anton. I had a good discussion not only talking about our ducts in our house, but our dryer vent. It is highly recommended. You cleaned this dryer vent out once a year because let me tell you mine was awful. I want to thank Alan & Aiden for their professional & hard work. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism I received from the service technicians. Randy and Andy did a superb job in cleaning my air ducts for the house and my dryer. They explained everything to me, answered my questions, and showed me the before and after pictures. A job well done.

Allen and George cleaned my ducts and dryer vent! They were very professional and explained what each step would be and did an excellent job! They went over what I expected to make sure I understood and that every detail was taken care of in a timely manner! I’ll definitely be using Air Quality Systems again!

The Deeper Story: I was fantastically impressed with these folks. I called them out after a Coolray technician told me I had “biological growth” (mold) on the exterior of my HVAC system, and that I probably needed a good deep clean of both the exterior (which they were happy to sell me, of course) and the inside of the ductwork and furnace unit (for which they recommended I call AQS). The AQS folks were easy to schedule with, and when they came out, I explained the situation and asked him to be straight with me on whether or not I needed a cleaning. The two technicians (Miguel and Jorge) were very respectful and it was obvious to me that they weren’t just lazy and looking to make a quick getaway. Jorge started work immediately on removing the vents and prepping the area with all the plastic and sticky paper, while Miguel went to the attic to do an assessment of the unit. After about 10-15 minutes, Miguel came downstairs with pictures and explained that I had zero mold and was at least 18-24 months away from needing a cleaning, based on the current accumulation of dust. They ended up charging me the $100 “service charge” instead of the $1,500 full cleaning, and I cannot thank them enough for being straight with me about what I needed. When I do need a cleaning in a year or two, these guys will be the only ones I call.

Anthony and his helper were on time, efficient and professional. They were able to service my large, multi-story home without difficulty. My ducts unfortunately had not been cleaned in many years and now my system is noticeably better and cleaner. I highly recommend Air Quality Systems.

What a big difference it makes to have such a excellent duct cleaning job done with a very respectful, hard working team at Air Quality Systems...Jeffrey, Jorge and Miguel. Air Quality Systems cleaned the ducts and dryer vent in our home in Powder Springs yesterday. They were very professional and thorough and did an excellent job. They even wore coverings over their shoes and put drop cloths down to protect our floors. They took photos of the inside of the ductwork when they finished and they were immaculate. They came only 2 days after I contacted them. They have the best modern equipment and to top it off they even vacuumed our carpets when finished! The two gentlemen were friendly and courteous. I recommend Air Quality Systems to anyone!

We had a weird odor coming from our airducts that permeated the whole house, they came and cleaned our system and now my house smells & feels brand new! the technicians were pleasant and they vacuumed my house whole and took great care of my furniture while cleaning our system! You need your air systems in your cleaned? Then this company is your choice!

I heard Tim on the local radio station WSB. I called him on Monday and he prepared an estimate over the phone. My house was built in 2000 and had never had the ducts cleaned. They came out the same week. The estimate was for everything to be done. I was very excited. The technician showed me the pictures and the ducts did not need to be sucked. They had pictures and videos of everything. Very thorough. The technician gave a new estimate of what was really needed. They worked 3 hours and cleaned everything and it was $600 instead $3,000. That is very honest. The exact opposite of what I get from my car mechanic. They did a great job and have my highest recommendation. Great work! Tim also has a great radio and youthful enthusiasm in his voice.

I had an issue with an odor that was coming from an isolated vent in our bedroom closet and after multiple hvac visits and electrical visits, i was suggested to try AQS.

The technicians that reported were friendly and very thorough doing a system cleaning twice to made sure to remove the accumulation of dust and debris thats been there for years. The odor is virtually gone and there is a significant difference in how quickly our systems cooling works now. I have had other vent services on my primary residence and this is a drastically better provider at the same price. I would recommend using them and you will be with the outcomes.

I had my ducts and dryer vent cleaned today by Miguel and Jorge! What an awesome crew! It started out with them being on time, a cordial professional greeting at the door and a thorough explanation of the work to be performed! They also did an amazing clean up on the living area as well as covering living areas with plastic and carpet runners! Having been in the HVAC business for my career I can vouch for this company to do a truly legitimate service on your duct cleaning and not a cheap job that doesn’t use professional standards!
