Thank you Spencer Heating and Air for your professional reliable services! You excel at prompt response and resolution during outages or equipment failure. Alex was friendly and professional. He quickly identified the issue and made the necessary changes to the duct straps to renew proper airflow and heat in our house. Very grateful to finally have heat in more than one room in our house.

Both my thermostats went out, leaving me with no HVAC. They had been installed years ago by a well-known national company so I called them. Their solution was a $7,000 repair or to install new systems. I called Alex with Spencer to check things out. He located wires that had been chewed through by some backyard critters. He spliced the wires and secured them from future snacking by The Little critters. My systems are now up and running. Alex was vigilant in locating the problem and dedicated to solving it. Needless to say, Spencer, heating will now be my HVAC service provider. Thank you Alex, caring about your client.

When we moved into our home 2 years ago, we followed the recommendation of the previous owners and used Spencer Heating & Air. The guys who come always show up on time, are courteous, and take as long as needed to to the job and explain whatever we need to know. Spencer is a pleasure to deal with and I feel that we are in good hands.

Our a/c unit stopped cooling and requires a compressor and evaporator replacement (the current ones are Lennox and 31 years old so owe us nothing). Their technician, Andrew Parker, did a great job identifying the problem and breaking the bad news. The be fair I expected this based on their assessment during their maintenance visit a couple of months ago but I hoped it would make it through the rest of this summer but no such luck. Andrew was courteous, pleasant and thorough. In other words a typical representative from Spencer.

Austin did an awesome job laying out possible issues, investigating the unit and repair parts, and giving options for how to move forward if needed in the future. Very professional, personable, and prompt.
