I recently had Air Quality Systems come out to my home to clean all the ducts, vents, and vent returns, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Our ducts had never been cleaned before and were severely dirty, which had been contributing to ongoing respiratory issues in my household. After their thorough cleaning, the air quality in our home has improved dramatically—it’s like night and day! We can finally breathe easily, and the difference is undeniable.

The Technicians: Alan, Aaron and Josue arrived on time. they were very friendly but also very professional. They again explained what would be happening, set up their equipment, efficiently performed the cleaning, and left everything back in perfect order.

The Results: Significantly improved indoor air quality.
They removed massive amounts of dust, debris and allergens that had accumulated throughout the air ducts and had been circulating for years throughout our home. The before and after pictures of the air ducts that Alan showed us made it
abundantly clear why the air in our home immediately felt so much clearer and fresher.

Follow Up: They also cleaned out our clothes dryer duct which was clogged with lint, and set up an appointment to replace a small plastic vent cover that needed to be replaced. I think this says so much about their attention to detail and dedication to make sure the entire job is done right.

Timothy took time to explain more about how this all works. The vacuums are rated at 5000 cubic feet per minute. Alan attached a vacuum to the base of a furnace. Once turned on it creates a powerful suction throughout all of the ducts connected to the furnace. At the same time, at a vent at the other end of the duct the team snakes air rods that blow compressed air into the ducts. The vacuum takes everything in as the air rods blow everything toward the vacuum. Several additional components of the HVAC system that collect dust and debris are also cleaned.

I haven't experienced a more honest and ethical company. Air Quality Systems came out, showed me picture proof explaining the ducts were rather clean and the service didn't need to be performed. They also inspected my duct work to improve air flow in my daughters room. Miguel was very honest and friendly, treating our home like it was his own. I did my research ahead of time and it was clear that Air Quality Systems had the certification and customer satisfaction history to warrant having them clean our air ducts. The home is 40 years old and the duct system from age, use and construction was filthy. The process from scheduling to the crew showing up and doing the work was very straightforward. Our crew of Alan and Steven was top notch. They were knowledgable, very hard workers and careful to cover carpeting and furniture. Very pleased with their overall professionalism. I wanted our air vents cleaned for a long time, reviewed a good number of them. I finally decided on Air Quality Systems and they did not disappoint. KJ, the customer service rep who took my call explained the process - what to expect and how payment is processed. She was excellent! The technicians assigned to do the job, Miguel and Jorge, were very thorough. Miguel explained what to expect, answered our questions. They did a thorough cleanup after. The process took a whole day but I believe it was all worth it. The service was done November 5th. I purposely held off on posting this review until after Thanksgiving. My son who develops severe allergies every time he visits said he can smell clean air when he entered the house. No allergies this time. I also had my regular HVAC technician come 2 days after the air duct cleaning was done. My HVAC tech also gave his approval.

Thier customer rep (K.J.) was absolutely fantastic with the details she provided about their services & vent cleaning processes. Her being so personable, kind & informative (along with competitive prices & their having a dozen NADCA certified employees) is why I chose Air Quality Systems. Their duct cleaning crew (Alex & Anthony) arrived on time, worked meticulously & also took the time to answer all questions asked throughout their cleaning process. They left my home spotless. --FYI: The "Air Scrubber" purifier machine they ran during the process was AMAZING. I could already feel the difference in the cleanliness of the air in the home even prior to them being halfway done. I highly recommend this company for a job well done. We had a great experience with our air duct cleaning and dryer vent service. Alan and Manuel arrived on time and were incredibly courteous and polite throughout the entire process. I had a very confident referral to Spencer Heating and Air as being a very honest and good company to work with. After Dana got my call yesterday afternoon of my air conditioning not working, she got a technician to my house very quickly that afternoon. Austin showed up very eager to help, friendly and again very honest! He inspected all of my unit and diagnosed the problem along with it being covered by warranty. Unfortunately it was a unique motor that he did not have on his truck, so he made plans to come back the following morning to install it. Spencer does a great job. Their office admins are super friendly and easy to schedule. The techs service techs are polite, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Alex did a great job communicating with us about the work he planned to do. We had experienced small problem with a unit Spencer had NOT installed.
