I needed a new water heater & piping and since I had had Allgood do my HVAC installation, I knew I would receive good service with professionalism & courtesy. My technician, John H., exceeded my expectations about turnaround time and made it all look great!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I had scheduled appointments on two consecutive days, for a plumbing issue, and no one showed up either day within the four-hour time window that was provided. I spent a lot of time calling and speaking with several different representatives. While everyone was polite and apologetic, there was no real resolution offered.
It wasn’t until I expressed how unhappy I was and mentioned canceling altogether that I was finally offered a discounted price for the service. Even then, someone eventually arrived hours after the final appointment window, which was very frustrating. I will say the technician who showed up was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, which was the only positive part of this experience.
Unfortunately, things got worse afterward. I was sent a bill for a service that was not performed, and the amount was more than double what I was originally quoted. This was incredibly frustrating after already dealing with missed appointments and poor communication.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. While the technician did a great job, the scheduling, billing, and lack of accountability from the company made this an experience I would not want to repeat or recommend.

I had an outstanding experience with AllGood Home Services, and I can’t say enough good things about the team that handled my installation. Jalvan Knight, Rodrick Brown, Rosendo, and Courtney did an excellent job installing my two new furnaces and two AC units.

The entire crew was professional, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently as a team. The quality of their workmanship really stood out, and they took pride in doing the job right. After the installation, they did a thorough cleanup and left my home spotless, which I truly appreciated.

I especially want to recognize Jalvan Knight for taking the time to carefully go over all the paperwork with me after the install. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the system and next steps, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

As a veteran, good service and integrity matter a lot to me—and AllGood Home Services delivered on both. I would absolutely use them again and again, and I will gladly recommend them to any friends or family who need air conditioning, heating, or HVAC service. Top-notch work from start to finish.

would recommend. customer service was great!! techs were on time, could have clean up after themselves a little better and forgot to put all the screws back into one vent (it fell off onto my husbands desk), but thats all very minor compared to the great work they did cleaning the vents. Our house has never smelled better. Will use again.

This company. Is very professional from a phone call to discuss the service for duct and vent cleaning to the professionalism of the 2 workers.
The workers arrived on time wearing uniforms, introduced themselves and started working. They showed me pictures before and after, and explained each step of process. When they finished they vacuumed the entire house as small amounts of particles do fall out as they work thru the cleaning.
I would highly recommend them for duct and vent cleaning and I’m sure they are tops of whatever other services are offered. You won’t be disappointed!

I thoroughly appreciated Cody's communication skills and Billy's assistance with answering all of our questions on the day of our cleaning. EJ and his team really came through for us. We didn't realize how big of a job we had (they didn't either until they got there). Our home was a full gut renovation so our air ducts had everything you can imagine in them. They even showed me the before and after pictures. They had to cancel their day to finish our project after seeing how dirty it was. They went above and beyond to make sure we were fully taken care of. Excellent work, great customer service and professional team that I highly recommend!

The most deserving 5/5 I have ever given. Rhiannon was terrific with customer service in scheduling and confirming my appointment. EJ and Marlo were absolutely terrific and professional. They showed me before and after pics of my vents and put the utmost care into making sure everything was cleaned perfectly. I am already breathing better and the air quality is ten times better than before and the air is so much fresher. It’s truly life changing for me since I am an asthmatic. I can’t thank you all enough! I highly recommend them!!

Very professional and conducted them self in a manner that superseded my expectations. They were ahead of schedule so they were kind enough to call and see if they could proceed earlier than expected two hour window. Of course this worked out better for me. The crew worked efficiently and finished earlier than expected. The crew did a awesome job and I am so glad that I did not choose a company based on price, because they are some companies that run specials for $299 or below and do a third of the work that these people did for me. Very Thorough process at a fair price.

Air Quality Systems was recommended by our Heating & Air guy of 35 years. He said they perform a thorough job and do not cut corners as others do with duct cleaning. What a great job performed by Eric and Alan. Explained everything, worked for hours, great cleanup, professional and very seasoned. My advice is not to take a chance with another company. This firm performs the job honestly and made a big difference in our air flow. Thanks Alan and Eric.

I would like to commend the entire staff who I worked with to have my ducts cleaned. Rhiannon was very helpful in explaining the process and sending information to help me make my choice to go with Air Quality Systems. Antonio Kane and Nichols was great. They arrived ahead of time and did an excellent job. They answer all my questions and educated me on the process. They did a great job in cleaning up after the process was completed. Sue Law was great in taking my payment and following up in e-mailing me my receipt. Great job all around. Thanks again!!!

I am very pleased with Air Quality Systems. I would specifically like to mention Antonio and Randy. These two technicians were courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and explained the process. I would also like to thank Cody for following up with me regarding questions and concerns I had after the cleaning. I received before and after photos of my air ducts, and that provided peace of mind because I know my ducts are clean throughout the HVAC system. I would also recommend getting the dryer vent cleaned as part of the service. My dryer now dries clothes much faster than it has in years. I will be using Air Quality Systems again for my future air duct cleaning needs.

Since the initial call with them I immediately noticed the sales rep was not selling the service but she was providing honest advice and she listened to my situation. I book the service on a Friday afternoon and they agreed to be at my place on Monday afternoon. Service was great and the two techs where super helpful and professional.

Lead Tech EJ and Donavon were very professional. Their communication skills were excellent! They did a great job cleaning my AC Unit. The air is so clean and fresh. It feels like I am in a different home when I breath. I will definitely recommend this company and these two techs. Thank you!

This review is long overdue. I had the pleasure of working with Rhiannon who's customer service was superb and who kindly assisted me with scheduling the cleaning of my vents and ducts. Randy, the Lead Tech and Cody, his assistant, were also superb. Randy was very knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to explain to me the ends and outs of my HVAC/Duct system. He even brought to my attention an oversight by a previous service tech that could of potentially costs me a ton of money I highly recommend Air Quality Systems and plan to use them in the future..

From start to finish, working with Air Quality Systems was a fantastic experience! I called on Monday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for the next morning. The technicians arrived on time, followed excellent COVID-19 protocols, and did the job well. The price was exactly what was quotes and they even showed me before and after pictures as well as made recommendations as to how I could avoid the clogged vents in the future. Excellent company and experience!

The communication with the office was great; they were able to respond to my request in a timely manner and get us on the schedule for the following week. The crew showed up on time and did a thorough job. They courteous and cleaned up after themselves. The house feels / smells much better and we have no more issues with allergies.

Allen and Aiden did a very professional job cleaning my hvac ducts as well as my dryer.
I had newly painted walls and they were very very careful about everything. They swept the floor and cleaned the registers before replacing, and so much more. Allen explained what they were going to do at the very beginning of the job and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again next round.
