Nathan Hunt is an exceptional technician at Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. He was able to answer and address all of my questions and concerns regarding my water heater tank, as well as any other plumbing issue that I mentioned. He gave me full explanations, he didn’t leave out anything important, and he proactively told me about what I might see during and after providing service to my water heater. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received and with the work that he completed today. I would highly recommend using Bardi services and Nate as a technician as well.

Just finished up with Greg Johnson and the guys of Bardi. Once they assessed the task at hand, They went to work! Asked questions and informed me of their plans to route lines. Did a minimal invasive excellent job and were pleased! Will definitely use them again if ever a plumbing issue arises. Thank you.

We were pleased with our service visit. Marco was very personable and was happy to answer all of my questions.
I had an issue with my appointment for an appointment to get an estimate and Marco assisted me in getting the matter straightened out.

I’m giving three stars primarily because the price was very high. The stars I did give are largely due to the technician and the quality of his work.
On the morning of December 26, I discovered a pool of water in my laundry room and realized my water heater was leaking. I contacted Bardi Heating and Cooling based on their positive reviews. The customer service representative was very polite and quickly scheduled a technician. About 10 minutes later, she called back to let me know the technician was already on the way.
Roughly 30 minutes later, the technician, Connor Jensen, arrived. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. After inspecting the water heater, he explained that it needed to be replaced and provided two options:
• Bardi would supply the water heater and installation with a 10-year warranty for approximately $3,700, or
• I could purchase the water heater myself, and Bardi would install it for about $2,000.
I chose the second option. The final cost was $667 for the water heater and $2,005.82 for installation, totaling $2,672.82.
After the installation, I contacted several other companies and was quoted around $850 for installation only, less than half of what Bardi charged.
Connor Jensen did an excellent job and completed the entire installation on his own. Based on his work alone, I would give five stars. If Bardi’s installation pricing were more competitive, my overall rating would be much higher.

Great service! The plumber (Chris Thompson) was polite, knowledgeable, and fixed our issue quickly. Chris kept the work area clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. My husband and I will definitely use Bardi Home Services again and recommend them to friends and family.

Charles McCall provided exceptional service! He was very polite and very thorough in explaining his assessment and recommendations and answering all my questions. He thoroughly explained all options for repairs and provided expert recommendations and guidance to ensure long term functioning. He thoroughly checked every faucet after installation. Would definitely recommend and welcome him back if future repairs needed!
My only negative response is to pricing I feel could be a bit more competitive… a tad bit on the high side to me.

Nathan stopped by and was very respectful and professional. He provided insight on the issues I had and repair or replacement recommendations. I was not pressured to make any commitments during the appointment and I really appreciate that and value his expertise. I just recommended Bardi to a friend for her plumbing problems.

I have used Bardi before and was blown away by their professionalism. I even referred my neighbor who then raved about their service. I had an issue arise with my heating system and Scott was the tech sent out. He was personable and informative. He even told me about additional products to keep my system running efficiently. Thank you Bardi and Scott for maintaining my high opinion of your company. I'm happy I signed up for the membership and look forward to our 1st year of system maintenance.

Mr. Connor carried himself with a lot of decorum, very professional and friendly. He patiently answered all my questions. By the time we decided to install the boiler unit, we were very satisfied with Mr Connors expertise. We're indeed grateful for his services and friendly disposition. He is definitely an asset to his employer.

Dennis came out and assessed our home to put an EV charger in our garage. He was very nice and took a long time to explain everything to us. He made sure that we understood what everything was and all of our options. When asked other questions. He gave us ideas on what is a good thing to do and not and we felt very comfortable with him. He did a great job . They also put booties on their feet when they come into your home so that your home doesn't get dirty with shoes. He was very respectful and kind.

I’m so thankful for Lane having assisted me a while back. He explained everything so clearly, was incredibly efficient, and completed the exact repairs I needed without trying to scam me like the last company hired. This company obviously cares about quality and customer service based on my above and beyond experience. I highly recommend them.

I've never used Bardi before, but after the initial visit I definitely will use them in the future. Mr. Jimmy Wise came out and he was awesome. Very professional and timely and he really helped pinpoint what we need to fix up our AC unit. If your going tk request a service call make sure to ask for Jimmy you won't be disappointed.

Malik Maxwell was very professional and courteous at all times. He came for the twice yearly HVAC system service checkup. He explained everything he was doing and he was very Instrumental in Resolving an ongoing conflict, And I thank him for that.Milik also advices that I should have a UV light Installed on the upstairs unit. We had one on the new unit, but did not have one on the upstairs unit. Malik said he had the light and could install it today; which we did. Milik is an asset to your company. I gave him 5 stars, plus an additional 5 for his professional, courteous demeanor. It was a pleasure to have him do his work in such a positive manner

Let me tell y'all about my new buddy, Pedro.

Pedro came in not realizing he was going to take on a futuristic, talking toilet. (Yes, I said TALKING toilet!) He took on the job without complaint and gave his 110%. He was very thorough and honest in his work, transparent when it came to fees and payments, went above and beyond in multiple instances, and was overall incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with. If he is what Bardi represents, then I’ll recommend him and the company over and over again.

I would not recommend Bardi.

At first, they provided good customer service and even enrolled me in a membership plan — which, in hindsight, was my first mistake.

Recently, I called them out to inspect my unit. The technician, Blake, was at my home for about 30 minutes and then presented me with a list of repairs totaling over $5,000. Something didn’t sit right with me because the inspection didn’t feel thorough.

I decided to get a second opinion from another company. After a proper inspection, they determined that Bardi hadn’t even correctly diagnosed the issue. The actual problem was the control panel. The other company replaced it for less than one-fifth of what Bardi quoted, and now my unit is running perfectly with all issues resolved.

After that experience, I contacted Bardi to cancel my membership because I no longer felt confident in their service. I was told I couldn’t cancel and could only choose not to renew at the end of the one-year term.

I used to recommend Bardi, but after this experience, I no longer can.

John & Britt were a quick, professional, and communicative duo. Our HVAC replacement/installation went seamlessly. Highly recommend!

He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the entire process. Jovan took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured the installation was done safely and correctly, and left the area clean and tidy. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made the experience stress-free and pleasant. I highly recommend.

The Tech was awesome. Did a gr8 job. Offered advice & tips !! However, getting the tech to the job took some work. They give a 4 hr window but the tech still arrived after the 4hrs… I understand the tech previous job might have gone longer but the next customer needs to be informed better when the tech won’t make the time slot.
And this was the 2nd attempt. The first attempt the tech flat out didn’t even showup & no one bothered to inform me the tech would not be coming!!! Do better !!

Resendo and Willy were very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant. Easy to work with. They explained the whole operation of my new ac unit, made sure I understood how to operate the new thermostat and answered all the questions I had. Very good job 👏

Took a minute, our technician showed up the next after being told they would arrive the day before. Anyway when Xavier showed up he promptly got to work. He inspected my furnace and I finally got an answer to what was making my furnace work intermittently. He fixed that within 10 minutes. He also suggested to me some of things that I needed to get fixed in the future to keep my furnace to keep running smoothly. He asked if he could check out the HVAC and he made a report of things to have done with that. Xavier very professional, and friendly he had before after pics of the work he done. Wasn’t pushy with suggested items. I will be sure to ask for him personally for future repairs
