We needed to contact Allgood for plumbing services on a leak near our water heater. The scheduler was courteous, helpful and booked a same day appointment. We received a call in our appointment window advising the tech was on the way. On arrival, he quickly determined our issue(s), gave us options, provided a quote and completed our job in about 2 hours. We are very satisfied with Allgood. This is our second service experience with them and I would confidently contact them again in the future. Thank you!!

Great Service from Brandon Goodman. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He inspected my system and provided photos and options for further maintenance needed. Arrived on time. I would recommend him and will request him when I decide to do my additional maintenance appointments.

Xavier Fanning was a respectful , Knowledgeable young man . He explained to me what was happening with the home system . I don’t know is his price was or not fair but he reduced from the original amount he told me , to the actually I paid him for a 2 hours job . Thank you Xavier

The experience with this company was simply terrible. They demonstrated a lack of seriousness and professionalism I had not seen in a very long time.

I had asked them to come to my home to service my heating system on Nov. 5. They said they would come between 12pm and 4pm. Sometime that morning, I called to get an estimated ETA, and first they said 2pm. I called at 3pm, and they said it was going to be 4pm. The technician ultimately shows up at 5:48pm! To make matters worse, he said he didn't have to tools to service the system at that time but that he would let someone know in the main office first thing the following morning so another technician could come at 10am. He gave me a quote and an exact time (i.e. 10am). I had no choice because I needed to vacate the home on the 7th. Fortunately, I suspected there might be trouble and decided to call a very well known "cool" company as a backup; I explained the situation, and they were kind enough to accommodate me despite such short notice for 2pm on the 6th.

On the 6th, no one from Allgood showed up at 10am, but I did get a text message AND and email from them confirming someone would come in between 10am and 2pm. When it was nearly 11am, I decided to call for an ETA. The woman on the phone asked me to wait so she could check. She then got back on the phone and told me someone would arrive within the scheduled time frame. Not even 2 seconds after I said "OK" she ends up saying (paraphrasing what she said): "Oh no, wait. We have no one going to your home. There's no one available. The next availability is within 2 weeks." Needless to say, I got very upset. Of course, I thanked the Allgood company for wasting my time.

There was a happy ending, thank goodness. That "cool" company did get to send their technician on schedule and did the servicing and repair for 30% of the cost the Allgood technician quoted me the day before. I am so happy to have had the foresight to call those true professionals as an alternative to this company.

The lesson to be learned: Go with proven, reliable pros. Sometimes, there is just too much at stake to be experimenting with service providers that may not take their work as seriously as you deserve. I can count my blessings for having been so lucky.

The two gentlemen that came to service my A/C did a professional job. I also purchased the A/C purifier system for my home that they installed . I did this for the reason that I deal with allergies and for the reason that I have two pets as well as multiple grand furbabies that love to visit. So it’s nice to know that I’m not breathing in the same recycled air, but clean fresh air. It’s like breathing fresh clean outside air! I have a yearly maintenance contract with the company . The purification system was an extra item . However it was on a special sale . Plus being a Senior , I received a discount. Couldn’t pass this up! I am always satisfied with the service I receive !

Courtney and Rescendo completed my furnace installation. They were knowledgeable, professional and skilled. They answered all of my questions and ensured that everything was working properly and efficiently. I am very grateful for the excellent service.

New HVAC system installed. The guys installing the system were outstanding. Nice, professional and explained everything in detail. But the after service is less than expected. The installers had to remove our steps into the attic to get the new system upstairs. Once the system was paid for All good seems to forget about you. Bee waiting for over a month for inspection and to have the steps reinstalled. Not real happy with the follow up. No one wants to help. We call everyday and the only thing we are told is "we will submit a ticket". It's crap

The young man who came to my house today to do an HVAC Maintenance checkup for me was very polite and helpful.
He did a through job and best of all he's is a Georgia Dawg!

The installation team (Mauro and Spencer) did a beautiful job installing our new replacement of the HVAC and furnace. My wife and I, so far, have had no problems with the system. They were very informative and professional with the work done.

Technicians were very detailed oriented and thorough with their installation. It was not a simple install because the air handler was under the house in a crawlspace. That made it very difficult to work with but Armando stayed with it and did an excellent job. Tyler worked on the condenser unit. He kept Armando supplied with Help and Parts while he was working on the condenser unit. They both did an excellent job of cleaning up behind themselves.
I have never worked with a more professional crew.

They came quickly and were very informative. We were having some issues and instead of charging us for something that may not actually fix the problem they were honest and gave us the correct corse of action. Our technicians Mike and Oscar were amazing and I will definitely use them again if we need help.

Mr Andrew Shinn was AMAZING he thoroughly diagnosed, explained and repaired our HVAC system with a new motor, main board and filter. System working like new again. He represented professional service and skilled technician repair along a very kind spirit . He will be our requested go to when needing future work done by Allgood

I hired Allgood Services for a tune-up on my HVAC system today. The tech Andre was prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable. He gave me some very helpful information and was not trying to sell me something I didn't need. I believe they are very honest and their prices are lower than others. I had a great experience with Chris at Allgood Home Services! Our household had a bit of a plumbing emergency after my son accidentally flushed a full toothpaste tube down the toilet (lesson learned 😅). The toilet completely clogged, and we were worried it was going to turn into a much bigger issue.

Chris arrived quickly, was extremely professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how he was going to fix it. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and had the toilet back to perfect working condition in no time. What really stood out was his positive attitude, no judgment, just solutions.

Great experience with Lowe's purchase and Allgood Home Services as installer of a gas water heater. Chris explained everything to us and got to work. He was efficient, and friendly too. Price through Lowe's and Allgood was reasonable all in. Hope the A. O. Smith heater lasts for a while.

My experience was not a very good one. I feel I was over charged and it took forever for them to complete the loose ends, like replacing the attic door, fixing the damage wall.. I had to call the fire department when I first turned it on.. they said there was a faulty wiring.. someone came out, said he fixed it but there was am issues with the air flow..ask us to change the filter and they would come back to fix the problem but as of date they haven't returned.. I personally would not use your company again or recommend you to anyone.

I received a quote which was much less than others were charging for installation of a HVAC unit for my basement. I appreciate the fact that they were able to come the next day and complete the job in one day. I would highly recommend them.

The tech, Brandon, was absolutely awesome. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my system, went up into the attic, and even checked the outside unit. He was so knowledgeable I swear it felt like having an encyclopedia right in front of me! Very professional from start to finish.

I’ll be honest, I had lost faith in this company because of past techs who would be here for less than 5 minutes and tell me, “Your unit is new, there’s nothing to worry about.” But Brandon restored my faith. Because of him, I would recommend you all again.

My thermostat is pushing out heat when I turn on air conditioner, I called service to come out and find the issue, I was told someone would be out within 2 hours, no one showed up, I called back and was told someone would be out the next morning between 8-12. No one showed up, I called back and was told again someone would be out shortly! Im still waiting! This company have very poor customer service when it comes to repairs, and I’m under warranty! Don’t do business with this company. Day six and still no service! Glenda one of the supervisors assistant became frustrated with me and hung up in my face. I have been living with the uncomfortable weather conditions for six days because Allgood refuses to service me! And they don’t stand by their word!
