Suwanee Mechanical is one of the few remaining honest loyal and dependable businesses around. We have used them for four plus years and each time we call them they exceed our expectations. We are grateful to have them as a service provider.

Of the hundreds of licensed HVAC contractors operating in the state of Georgia, I could not have made a better choice than Suwanee Mechanical to install my equipment in my 'new house build' project. The technological knowledge that the company owner has of 'state of the art, high efficiency' equipment, far surpassed my expectations. As his crews worked through the entire installation, during difficult times that the COVID pandemic presented, he was always mindful of not only keeping me informed of his progress, but also of my budgetary concerns. In other words, he demonstrated good communication skills and is a person who is a good steward of other people's money.
My wife and I have been living in this house for over a year now. To the credit of Suwanee Mechanical, we are reaping the benefit of excellent comfort, good indoor air quality and low monthly electric bills. -
We have been using Suwanee Mechanical over the last 10 years for our HVAC and plumbing repairs. SAM the boss is hands-on & highly skilled & knowledgeable. More importantly, Sam is trustworthy and fair in his fees.

Ken was very knowledgeable and efficient. What I appreciated most was he didn’t just come and make a fix, he also educated me. He showed me how to access and change my air filters and taught me how to troubleshoot issues related to having a zoned HVAC/heating system.

These guys did a great job for us.
Our system was down during a freakish storm and they got all of our equipment installed and running in 2 days.
The finishing of the installation is clearly professional and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. -
I am so grateful to Sam and Tina for their assistance in installing a brand-new Trane unit. Unfortunately, the previous unit had issues due to its age. I truly appreciate their professional work and the fact that the timeline was met. I highly recommend their products and services to all my clients. Thank you again Sam and his technicians!!
Best,
Tommy

Sam at Suwanee Mechanical was VERY helpful. He took time to explain everything to us about what was needed to be fixed and the order in which he believes would be best for our repairs. We'll definitely be returning to them for future service needs. Thank you!

Had such a great experience with Suwanee Mechanical! We needed a Make-up air system installed to comply with new building code after remodeling our kitchen and installing a more powerful hood vent system. Sam is very knowledgeable and provided a great solution. We also had him install a humidifier system.
we are very pleased with our entire experience. The courtesy and responsiveness of the scheduling staff to the technicians that completed the work. I’m so happy we found this company as so many HVAC and pluming companies didn’t even know what a MakeUp air system was. Thank you for doing such a great job with such promptness and professionalism. -
Mr. Norwood was very professional and knowledgeable of our HVAC system. He completed a thorough inspection and provided photos of further improvements to keep our system up and functioning. He was patient with taking time to answer any of our questions. We look forward to doing business with him again. Thanks and Happy New Year!

Overpriced, trying to take advantage of the customers. Quoted over $1400 for some services. Upon my refusal price went "miraculously" down to $750. Upon my refusal technician wanted to call his manager. I ended the visit as I was not in an used car dealership.
Would not recommend this company to anyone. -
Had a great experience with these guys today. I called this morning and they were out there... this morning. Very fast, and the technician that came out (Lane) was very knowledgeable and thorough. My problem was fixed before noon. I'd recommend them if you want someone there quickly who will do it right.

Caleb arrived on time and promptly got to work. He described the ( weather-related) problem, explained it clearly and had our furnace functioning properly in a jiffy. Once again we were very pleased with Bardi services.

We needed three old toilets removed and new ones installed. We were able to get an appointment within 24 hours. The plumber arrived, provided a quote, we accepted, and the plumber did the work immediately. It took about three hours. There was no mess. The price was reasonable. We would recommend Bardi for future plumbing needs.

I called Bardi with an emergency appointment for the very first time! They answered, set the appointment to arrive on-site within the hour. Edgar arrived a few minutes early (which I greatly appreciated), he assessed my issue and presented several options! I had an old air and furnace unit and it needed replacing, and Bardi was able to obtain the replacement and replaced the very next day! Edgar, the office staff were kind, friendly and efficient! I highly recommend!!

Dennis Valesques did a great job! He was very informative about installing my new door bell and explaining the changes. I would be happy to use his services in the future
-
Kyle was professional and very knowledgeable. He helped me not only understand how my Unit worked but don’t leave until my unit was working as intended. I’d definitely use Bardi services again
-
Bardi was so helpful and responsive in getting me a plumber same day when we had water gushing from our house. Pedro was so thorough, patient, and efficient in explaining the issue and getting our pipes repaired. Absolutely recommend!

One awesome experience with Corey at Bardi Home Service. He met with me late afternoon on Tuesday and I considered his proposal against 4 others I had received. I reached out that night saying I wanted to go with Bardi and he had a crew here the following morning at 9a to install a complete system and completed the install in about 6 hours! They protected my brand new floors, were very professional with everything they did and have been super response with my questions.
If you are looking for the best for your home needs, you are missing out if you don’t reach out and ask for Corey Fuller at Bardi - you’ll be happy you did! -
It was it really rough beginning. First they send the wrong tech out then they send a technician that can’t do the repair. If I just would’ve known everything upfront, things would’ve been great. the second day Jacob and Matt fixed everything 100% satisfied.
-
Marquez came out and got the job done with perfection and no hesitation. He went beyond expectations. We were greeted and he explained everything he was about to do and he got right on it. I truly appreciate his hard work and dedication. I will be recommending BARDI to others. They deserve as many stars as they can get. If you need your HVAC up and working or just need an upgrade, just give them a call and they will be out the next day. THANKS BARDI AND ANDY for a job well done in a timely manner. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bardi Plumbing Tried to Cheat Me — I Caught Them. Read This Before You Hire Them.
Full Review:
I paid Bardi $12,000 for a full-home repipe. What I got was lies, corner-cutting, and a month-long ordeal uncovering what they tried to hide. This wasn’t a mistake. This was intentional.
The job was supposed to take one week. After the first week, the plumber told me the work was done. I paid in full. But when I checked behind the walls myself, I saw large sections of old, clear PEX pipe still in place—easily distinguishable from the new red and blue PEX I had paid for.
I called Bardi. They sent the same plumber back. He had to cut new holes in my walls just to reach pipe he should have replaced the first time. That alone proves the job wasn’t complete. Yet again, he claimed he finished. I checked again—more old pipe.
On the third visit, a different technician removed nearly 70 feet of old PEX. Let that sink in: 70 feet of pipe left behind after two “completed” visits. And still, a fourth visit was needed to finish the job.
This was not an oversight. It was a calculated effort to charge me full price and hope I didn’t notice. Had I not inspected the work myself, I would’ve gone years without knowing I was cheated.
And how did Bardi respond?
They initially offered me a $1,000 refund—just 8%. Only after I detailed everything that happened did they raise it to $2,400 (20%). I accepted that refund to move on, but it still falls short. Bardi tried to steal from me, plain and simple.
Even worse, their Plumbing Director initially told me their plumbing manager was fired over my job—a manager who, by the way, was the most helpful person I dealt with during this entire mess. But when I cited that fact later in writing, Bardi tried to walk it back and claim the termination wasn’t related. That kind of revisionism only further proves the leadership team isn’t interested in owning what happened—they're interested in damage control.
Bardi even assured me that the original plumber—the one who misrepresented the work not once, but twice—would never be allowed back in my home again. If that’s how they treat their own employee behind the scenes, it speaks volumes about what they know and aren’t saying publicly.
Here’s the takeaway:
I was charged $12,000 for a job that was knowingly left unfinished.
I had to act as my own quality control, uncovering deception two separate times.
Bardi damaged my home, delayed my project by weeks, and only acted under pressure.
They offered a minimal refund, and only increased it after I documented the full extent of what happened.
They fired the one person who took real responsibility and then tried to rewrite the story.
If this had been addressed promptly and honestly, I would’ve chalked it up to getting stuck with a bad plumber. But this went far beyond that. It exposed a systemic failure within Bardi’s plumbing leadership—one that includes misrepresentation, revision of facts, and a clear attempt to sweep this under the rug.
Before you hire Bardi, ask yourself:
Do you trust that you’ll get a competent, honest plumber? Or will you get the one I got—the one who cut corners and lied to my face—while the leadership team rewrites the facts behind the scenes?
Proceed with extreme caution. My experience says you can't trust them.
