The technician did work carefully. They put down a cover on the floor to keep dust off.

I am impressed with the behavior and respect given by the Team. My family was there in home but they didn't feel insecure from the team because team was working without focusing anywhere else.

Great company. Our technician was named Jamiomne. He was on time polite and very professional. He did a great job and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend this company to friends.

It took 3 appts. for them to finally show up. They missed the first 2 appts. When they finally showed up on sunday morning they wanted to change the price. A supervisor called and stated the tech had taken pictures of my system and that's why the price changed, that was a complete lie the tech never took and pictures. Be aware that the price they quote you will change. I do not recommend this company

This is the 2nd year I have used Air Duct Cleaning Experts. They are courteous, prompt, efficient and totally reliable. They're pricing is consistent. Technicians feel like friends coming to visit.

Extremely disappointed in management. We were quoted a price for air duct cleaning and my husband took off work for the appointment… the guys (who were super knowledgeable and very friendly, not their fault at all) come in and tell us that they found return vents (which were never mentioned in the pricing) and we were left to pay an extra $150 in addition to our already quoted price. Felt super shady and the office refused to compensate for their mistake and lack of communication.

Only recommend this place if you are prepared to pay more $$$ than you were quoted.

Amazing service, from the first call to request a date until the post follow up. Office staff was very quick to reply and schedule a date. The email confirmation was great to schedule on my phone. The text message to let me Nick and Ishmiel were on the way. They came at the exact scheduled time and thoroughly explained the process. The work was done exactly as explained and in the timeframe given. It was a pleasure to do business with Air Duct Cleaning Experts and will definitely refer you to those that we know. Thanks again.

Do not use. I was solicited via neighborhood Facebook page. Company came out and techs were pleasant enough. I was charged $440 for a service that included hooking up a large vaccume to one outlet for each unit. The vacuum did absolutely nothing and after the upstairs I asked the tech to describe what the vaccume was doing and please show me what debris was coming out. He kindly opened up the vaccume and showed me that there was nothing in there. I said well this really isn't very useful in cleaning ducts. He said yeah it doesn't do much. You have to buy the upgrade for us to go in and snake the vents, that's a different service. I sent them on there way after 20 minutes and told them to have their manager to call me and talk about a price for their time as their service absolutely doesn't match their claims of cleaning you vents. I was sent and invoice for full price that does not match the invoice that was presented to me by technician. The technician took the invoice with him and the company has refused communication and refuses to send the correct invoice and is claiming they will put a lien my house. I will attempt to load the picts of the filthy vents that were left after the twenty minutes of "cleaning". Beware and stay away.

The technician and his colleague were cordial and explained what they would do. They were efficient and courteous. They did an excellent job and even cleaned the dryer vent. Air Duct Cleaning Experts even fixed our loose electrical wire to the vent.
