I called another company whose name starts with Ameri____. They promised to be at my house between 3 and 5 pm. No show, no call. It was 90 degrees in the house at that point! I then called Suwanee Mechanical and they said they could have someone out at 8 pm, and I called them at 6:30 pm.
Sam arrived right on time and immediately found a simple fuse had blown. I had missed it...He charged me a little extra for coming out late and about $50 bucks for a 50 cent fuse, but it cooled the house down and within 3 hours we were nice and cool.
Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of information that I could use for future preventative maintenance. Like any good salesman he did try to get a few hundred more bucks from me, but as a former salesman myself, I used objections he couldn't overcome.
So all in all $150 bucks was definitely worth it! Thanks Sam!
