United Air Temp HVAC service was absolutely fantastic! I just bought a new home and had AC issues and they came out the next morning and took care of my issues. I highly recommend them.

It was unpleasant experience because COI ( certificate insurance of liability) was sent incorrectly to my HOA fee times and when their technician arrived he was not able to get to my property due to not providing correct COI. It was very frustrating and overwhelming communication with customer service over and over. I wish give them “0” stars

I called United Air Temp at 8:19pm because our AC had stopped blowing cool air. I was immediately assisted by a very kind representative, and within 30 minutes, Caleb gave me a call back.

I can honestly say that in today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that consistently demonstrates pricing integrity, honesty, promptness, and true professionalism. Caleb came out and quickly got our AC back up and running, and his service was outstanding.

I also want to recognize Justin Constantin for leading a team that customers can truly count on. Justin, you deserve to be acknowledged and rewarded for ensuring that your employees reflect the highest standard of care and professionalism.

United Air is the best company. The technician found the furnished problem immediately, he answered my questions clearly and professionally. He ofer me solutions. I'm very satisfied with his job.

Brian is my hero! He went above and beyond when he came for my furnace tune up! In addition, I have had a contract with UAT for a while, and they have always been thorough and helpful, but Brian is the best.

Rodney was great! Professional, proactive communicator regarding his ETA and what was impacting my furnace to not communicate with my thermostat. 100% satisfied with Rodney’s work and correcting the issue caused during the ADT installation.

This is the second time I’ve had United Air out. They really do a great job. They answer all my questions. Tell me exactly what I need. Give me some options as well. I’ve now dealt with two Techs, Both have been fantastic. Caleb was out this time. Definitely ask for him as well. He did a He did an amazing job. Really great service prompt, here on time, Great price don’t feel like they’re trying to gouge me. I can’t speak highly enough.

After years of struggling with high priced, unreliable hvac companies I've finally found my go to. United Air Temp won the bid for the new hvac system install in my home. Their price was very reasonable and the service offered was incredible. The install was 2 years ago and the service after the sale continues to be top notch.

Technician came during the appointment window and was friendly and knowledgeable. He got our AC back to working order in no time. And spotted an issue that could have cost us more later and had a solution for it.

Caleb came out on Friday and provided a thorough assessment of why my home was not heating appropriately. The main reason is the improper installation of the ducts which he offered to have one of his managers to come out to evaluate and provide their recommendations. I have a manager coming out next week afterwhich I will be following up further with my HOA/Builder.

The technician was great. (I wish I could recall his name to shout him out, but I have his card.) He came in, went right to work, and put on shoe covers without me asking. He diagnosed that I did NOT need the three pounds of freon the previous tech, from a different company, suggested. I was very happy and will call them back every year he’s there, even outside of the warranty company. I appreciate good customer service and honesty.
