The project manager was not a good communicator. I had to call several times to get information

Wonderful from start to finish! Great communication throughout the whole process. And the floors turned out amazing!

There were some minor issues with online document access, but I couldn't have been more satisfied with everyone involved in my HVAC replacement project.

I was under a timeline set by county code enforcement and hoa complaints, everything was done early and quite nicely! Even finished the job on Sunday!

The product is great, service and project mgmt sucked. Missed appointment, damaged goods delivered, no communication / coordination. No one knows whats happening, no one keeps you informed.

We love the vinyl on our home, we had a wonderful over all experience and look forward to enjoying our new siding for years to come!!!
