Over the past 4 years we've had to replace two full systems in our house (upstairs and downstairs). We initially suffered through months of using multiple HVAC companies provided through our home warranty company which would only provide minimal service and band-aid repairs. After deciding to quit using these companies, we called Gwinnett Heating & Air. Daniel and Tim were quick to come out and get our house comfortable again. They were honest and up front about what needed to be replaced and what could just be repaired. I never felt like I was just getting a sales pitch or price gouged. They completed the work quickly and left no trace behind when they were done. Any issues we've had have been quickly addressed (one of the new outside units had to be replaced after a few months of use - manufacturer issue) and at no cost under the warranty. In fact, Daniel went to bat for us with this manufacturer and we ended up getting a new unit instead of just the parts replaced. We've recommended Daniel to several folks in out neighborhood. There's not a better HVAC company out there.

We have been relying on Gwinnett Heating and Air for 12 years now and have done so because they have proven time and again to be honest, reliable, respectful, professional, trustworthy and very friendly. For those looking into calling this company for any HVAC needs, do not hesitate! It's been a family owned and operated business for decades and there is a reason they have survived. Just this past week our A/C stopped running properly and Daniel was out to our house the same day to diagnose the issue. We needed to replace our blower motor, and lucky for us the part was available for pick up the next day and he was back at our place shortly after picking up the part. He fixed the issue and had our A/C up and running very quickly! I cannot stress how honest this company is, if they say you need a certain repair - you need it. If they tell you that you need a new system - you need it.
Their prices are incredibly fair, there are never any sales pitches, just genuine honesty. Not to mention, they are willing to answer all of your questions with friendly, patient, truthful and knowledgeable answers. We haven't even entertained the thought of ever calling another HVAC company. We are eternally grateful for the existence of this business and the fact that they always respond so quickly when an issue with our system arises, which honestly hasn't been often over the past 12 years because they have done such an excellent job helping us to maintain it!!

HVAC guy was very respectful and kind. He got right to work and found the issue in no time. I recommend this company. Part was ordered today. He will return in 5 to 7 days with part.

After paying over $1300 to replace the compressor. Two weeks of having my compressor replaced. I stopped get cold air. I had another company look at it and the found out the technician did the most terrible job welding the compressor and all the freon leaked out. It cost me an additional $900 to fix.

Service technician (Caleb) was the best I have dealt with in years, he is polite, friendly, knowledgeable explaining our system, its issues and appropriate repairs.
