I had two air conditioning companies out to analyze the problem with my air conditioning unit. It wasn't until Darren from Aire Serv of Smyrna came out was it diagnosed and fixed properly. A Big Shout out to them!

They came and checked my hvac last week and said it was fine. Now one week later it is not working. I keep calling and no answer. I have left emails as well. They say they are open 24 hours a day for emergency service but they have not returned my call all day. Do not use this company. They are not reputable

The Technician, I dealt with seemed like a good guy (Dominic) however lacked experience. I had an LG Minisplit system with a refrigerant leak. He insisted that the line set needed to be changed ($1500ish). The new line set then leaked significantly at both ends. After several visits troubleshooting he finally sent another company to fix the issue as he could not figure it out. The new company determined that the fittings used on the new lineset were the wrong style and they were all leaking. After replacing the fittings, it was determined that the real problem was in the condenser. Never an issue with the line set which I was charged in full for. Each visit he would charge the system and tell me it was fixed. It was not a huge leak and would take weeks for the system to not heat/cool effectively. I then had to pay the new company to replace the condenser (original problem). I ended up paying to replace a brand-new line set. This process resulted in months without a fully functional HVAC system and pain. Never a call back, apology, or refund of any kind.

They have also chosen to not answer the phone or respond to voicemails at this point so I am regrettably leaving this Review. Hire at your own Risk!!

We were in a very tough spot. We had two systems go down at the same time and had been working with another company that was getting extremely costly and up-quoted us on the work. Our neighbors swore by Aire Serv so we reached out and they came right out, ran diagnostics, explained the system and why it malfunctioned, never placed blame on anyone or company for how things had gotten where they were, and provided a clear quote and action plan options on moving forward. They just came out and checked my hvac last week. Now my AC is out and I can't get anyone on the phone. I tried for two days and no response. There website says they are open 24 hours. The technician Dominic was great. He has gone above and beyond to help me. He needs a huge raise.

I am very appreciative of Aire Serv of Smyrna and to especially Dominic for helping me out in a tough situation. I purchased a new HVAC system from different Aire Serv franchise less than 1 year ago only to find out that the system was inoperable when I tried turning on the A/C for the first time after this past winter. The original franchise (Aire Serv of Suwanee) that I purchased two new HVAC systems from refused to honor the warranty they provided with the systems, but Dominic stepped in and helped to get a new unit and install it (this time correctly). I replaced my 23 year old units and this company had the lowest price out of the four companies for the same or comparable units. Dominic accommodated my schedule for the 6 months maintenance service without giving me the run around.
