Martin talked to me and was very positive, after I reached out on Angie's list, and he was ready to come out immediately. He was professional, so I gave him the list of issues the other company told me. We met at my house a few days later, he did his evaluation, he assured me that it was a few of those items but aside from that he should have me back up and running, he replaced the capacitor, cleaned coil, and added refrigerant. All seemed well at first, but by the evening of that day, it was blowing heat again. So I decided to replace the unit. Martin reached out to me to check on things and when he realized I was not up and running offered me a refund and the option to purchase through his company. He was always professional and very caring. I would recommend this company for sure.

I called MMM to solve a problem because my air conditioner did not come on. I was able to get an appointment the following day .Mr. Martin came on time, knew how to diagnose the problem and fixed it immediately in a very timely manner. The price was fair, and I would recommend MMM to anybody at any time. I was very well pleased.

I’ve called Triple M a couple times for my heating issues. They are an honest company that doesn’t overcharge. Martin was very professional and helpful and was able to diagnose and fix our issue to get our heat working properly the same day.

Professional, direct and to the point. Mr. Martin evaluated the issues and offered the relevant options. With an older system it was either replace the Freon that had been lost, with some risk due to knowing the system does have leakage somewhere, or replace the system entirely at a different cost. We chose to replace the coolant this time but understand our risks. 👍👍

I waited 5 months to write this review to make sure there were no issues with the repair. I can safely say Triple M did a great and lasting job. I called Triple M in late June. Our main level AC unit was blowing hot air. I called on a Thursday afternoon and spoke with Martin. He advised he could come out 1st thing Saturday morning. On Saturday, Martin called at 7:30am and advised he was on his way. He arrived around 7:50am and inspected our unit and determined slightly low on refrigerant.. He added about 1lb and we were cool again. He advised the coils could use a cleaning but it was not pressing. I asked if he would have time to clean the coils and he agreed. The cost was very reasonable and our repair has lasted all summer with no issues. I highly recommend.

Always great service. Had a electrical short in my outside unit that send a power surge that burned out the transformer in the system. Martin gathered a new transformer for me and almost had to take apart my entire outside unit to find the short. Fixed it and got my system back fully functional. Highly recommend Triple M, you definitely won't be disappointed.

Martin always answers the phone when I call- I never get voicemail. But more importantly, he is always available within 24 hours to fix the problem, even on a Saturday. He shows up exactly when he says he will, and takes care of the problem immediately. You get the feeling that you’re in good hands and I feel that I always get a fair price too. Triple M will always have my business! He installed two units for me approximately two years ago. I have no issues but today he spent an entire hour cleaning my units outside and checking to make sure they were perfect including clearing the line to in case there was some buildup! This is simply part of his service to check on them after they have been installed months later… Who else does that?

I called to make an appointment for next day and Martin(the owner) called me and told me he could come the dame day. He is very honest, hard worker and his price is very fair. The AC was not working on one of my floors. I called three separate AC companies and they couldn’t figure it out. I then called Martin and he had my problem fixed in a couple of hours. He was really pleasant to work with and gave me a discount as well. Highly recommend him.
