Martin is very professional, always responsive to communications and prompt on arrival time.

We purchased two units and the quote we received from Martin could not be beat.

We’ve used him exclusively for regular maintenance and servicing of our units. Few years later and it’s still running great.

Side note: as a shoe free household I appreciate Martin always wearing shoes coverings. it amazes me how often contractors arrive without booties and I have to then insist removal of shoes.

Martin was so great! He was honest and helpful and did exactly what he said he was going to do and it was a fair, reasonable price considering what was needed. I would recommend triple M and Martin specially to anyone looking for AC repair. Being a single woman it’s nice to have people treat you fairly and not try to sell you on things you don’t need. He listened , gave me options and was in and out rotting na hour!

This is the second time we’ve hired Marvin and he always come the day off and fixes the problem - but just be sure to discuss the price before the work is done. If you expect this experience that price is discussed before work commences, which i did assume would happen because it happened the first time we hired and happens every time we hire a service, but the second time around this was not the case and was caught by surprise a bit by the price. As i reflect on the experience I’ll still hire Marvin in the future but will discuss the cost before agreeing to the work. Overall Marvin is very knowledgeable and has helped us out in tough spots when it was super hot. I would recommend him.

Martin is the man. Honest and reasonably priced. Had nightmare experiences with a couple other companies and Martin saved the day. He’s honest, which saved us money. Using Triple M for all our HVAC needs going forward. Recommend them to everyone.

Today I had thee best Customer Service Experience with Carter & Sons. My tech Adam came in and did a thorough routine check on my HVAC system once I expressed my concerns. Once his evaluation was complete (which eased my concerns) he also made sure I understood everything that took place and I had the knowledge needed for my HVAC system!

Ryan was great from start to finish. Easy to make and/or change your appt, confirmed, texted when on their way, and they were always within the window provided. Their timeframe windows were 2hr windows, where other places I called were 4-6hrs--one was a 12 hour window which was absurd. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and did a comprehensive check of overall system and parts to double check. The only thing I wish was that the diagnostic fee was included if you accepted and had had them fix the issue. I know some places do that, but just know it's not, but it was fine. I highly recommend them!

Zac was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was functioning perfectly.

Had a very friendly and helpful technician come out to inspect and clean my system.

On the negative side, I had issues receiving a quote for some duct work. Easily and quickly scheduled someone to come out and give us a quote to redo our ducting in the house, and a very guy came and looked it over. Its been about a month with multiple reminders and we still have not received our quote. Unfortunate since we really liked the guy who came out!

Great follow up service from David and he is awesome. This is such a great family company that has its values rooted in its employees. Thank you!

Darrin just came out and figured out the problem of our hvac super quick. He was EXTREMELY nice and friendly. Everyone who works here is just that. I highly recommend Carter and Sons.

Darren and Mac (she was training with him) we so awesome!!!! They thoroughly checked the entire system and gave it a clean bill of health. They suggested things like better curtains to insulate the windows, and upgrading the attic insulation to help the house hold heat and cold more efficiently. Super easy stuff the was can dp ourselves but hadn't done yet, and I appreciate the education about holdingthe house at a more singular temp. I would give them a million stars if I could!

I'm not exactly sure why I was told my ac needed a new capacitor and new fan ball bearings, so since I have a different company's home warranty plan I told the service man not to fix those problems. When my Choice Home Warranty sent out a Sears repair man he did NOT see any problems or issues with the fan or capacitor, so now I'm wondering if the Carter man was just trying to sell me something I don't really need. I don't want to believe I was deliberately misled by Carter and Sons, but time will tell.

Even though it was a costly replacement these guys were wonderful. Easy to deal with great options and the friendly service was A++++. I highly recommend them

I woke up with a broken furnace in the winter, called the office and spoke immediately with a kind and knowledgeable woman who sent a technician promptly. Adam arrived quickly, was polite and explained his troubleshooting. The issue was fixed quickly and the price seems to have been fair. I’m happy to recommend them!

Ain’t it always the way that your A/C decides to quit working right as it’s warming up outside? Carter & Sons literally saved our sanity by getting us back up and running after days of no air and getting up to 80 upstairs. They were available the day after I contacted them, were SO prompt (incredible!), and since the fix didn’t require any new parts, they only charged us for the visit out to our home and didn’t charge extra for our outdoor unit being on the roof. 10 out of 5 stars — we will be using them again.

Our AC unit was shaking so hard it was going to tear itself apart. Another company said they recommended replacing the entire unit, but we balked at the price of that. We called Carter and Sons for a second opinion, and they were able to replace the motor the very next day for a fraction of the price of a new unit. Darrin was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to call them for future HVAC needs.

Adam has helped us three times now and has always done an outstanding job with fixing our HVAC. We called this morning and they were able to squeeze us in. Adam was able to fix our problem in less than an hour. This company goes above and beyond to help their clients with the best service and in a timely manner. I can't recommend Carter and Sons HVAC enough.

Scheduled for a Saturday, they had an opening, and got me in that day. Ryan was professional and personable. Seemed like a tricky situation but was able to get the A/C blowing cold again and informed me more about my unit. Appreciate the assistance and you can trust these guys!!!
