I called on Saturday due to my A/C unit blowing hot air. The company was able to schedule me for the 1st appointment on Wednesday. Tech was prompt and resolved my issue within 15 minutes. The job was affordable. I will definitely call to schedule any other maintenance with them. Thanks for your quick response during this heat wave!

Martin with Triple M came out on one of the hottest days this Summer and got our AC unit blowing out ice cold later that same day. Someone else had tried to fix the unit for 3 straight days with no luck. Martin saved the day for me and my family. Our 6 week old baby can now get some sleep. I highly recommend Martin and Triple M if you have any AC problems.

Martin with Triple M is honest and reliable. He was able to fit me in last minute at the end of his normal work day when my AC went out late in the afternoon, but when he arrived we were hit with a heavy thunderstorm and rain. He offered to wait it out, but it didn't look like the rain was going to clear for a couple of hours and I didn't want to make him wait around. He came back first thing in the morning and got the AC working again.

Tripple M was on schedule, completed their work, tested heater to function properly, clean and cleaned the stairs. The team were professional and respectful.

Still Amazing!!! Turns out we needed to get our 21 year old unit replaced because, well, it was old and leaking...LOL. Martin did an excellent job explaining what was going on, and providing us options.. we decided to get it replaced with Martin. The process was seamless, affordable, and still working great after 3 months.

Old post: We had our HVAC serviced a few months ago and all is well. Granted, I know nothing about HVAC systems, but our system works good and Martin's customer service was great!

Oh, The estimate received over the phone was exactly the same once he arrived. We'll contact Triple M HVAC again!

I was in the process of deciding on the purchase of a new Townhome with concerns on the HVAC system. Martin graciously agreed to check out the system. Couldn't be happier and will be using Triple M for all of our future service needs.

I contacted Martin on yesterday and came out today to repair the problem. He was professional and went into detail about the issue. He was able to rectify the matter and give suggestions to deter the matter from happening again. We will sure be using his services again!!!!

MMM has installed three systems in my home. They are always on time, and very personal and professional! I feel very comfortable letting them work in my home whether I am here or not. When I had problems with my old systems they responded quickly. They provide excellent value for their systems and installation.

Called to receive a quote, the rep I spoke w/ was difficult to understand but he was able to set the appointment promptly. He sent emails and text messages to confirm the appointment. (Good So Far)

Received a call 20 minutes later from Martin Watson (**0-8**-2256) who suggested that there would be a service fee of $150. Not a big deal, I understand cost (travel, fuel, etc). Then added that the quote would add an additional $100 for a paper quote. I asked how an estimate of services cost so much and he really didn't give a good answer. I told him I wouldn't need their services.

Listen, I received a quote from a different reputable vendor several weeks prior and wanted to compare. Their service charge was actually $135 total. I wouldn't recommend their services to my enemy if they will act in such a distrustful manner.

My AC unit stopped working the night before my in laws came to visit from out of town. I contacted Triple M via their website and they called first thing in the morning to have a technician come out the same day. The technician, Martin, was professional and kind. The service was reasonably priced. I would use their service again in the future and would also recommend them to a friend.

If you’re in the Atlanta area and need some work done to your air conditioning unit, I highly recommend Triple M Heating and Air. One of my units stopped working and I called them yesterday. They came out THIS MORNING and fixed it. It needed a new capacitor. He washed the coils of both units and added Freon to the second unit and his prices were VERY reasonable. And his customer service was excellent so you know I loved that! Save this number in your phone in case you need it in the future.

Had a scheduled appt for 12pm-2pm for a duct repair. No one showed up. I called at 240pm asking for a status update and they advised they would check and get back to me. They had confirmed my name, address, phone and email twice. I got multiple emails and texts relating the schedule 12-2 appt but I never heard from them again. Called the next day asking if they planned on showing up since they were a no show yesterday. They said the person left work yesterday and did not show up today so they don't know when they can come out. I asked why did no one ever contact me yesterday especially after I called for a status update 40 minutes after the scheduled appt. They had no rationale answer.

Martin came out an hour after calling him (we are located nearby their office). He is Mr. Business when speaking with you, and after all the fake friendly service men I've had to call this month, I highly prefer Martin. He pointed out the issue with my outside AC unit instantly, and suggested to refill my low freon. After everything was swiftly done, he professionally cleaned the area he worked on and was on his way. Instead of waiting 3 days for someone else to help us in this heat wave, Martin had us cooled off in an hour! He'll be my future AC repair man.
